all right dvw fam starting another day in beautiful Malaga got another tree a whole full day of the true Malaga experience for you guys we are at the Central Market here in the city and Hanny here will tell you guys what we got on this tour today okay we've got lots on the tour this morning I hope you're ready Dan because uh we're going to be 11:00 a.m. drinking for starters uh we are starting here as Dan said at medcal atanas it's our Central Market um after that we are going to be taking a weave through the Old Town we're going to be going to malaga's oldest bar we are going to go to a really iconic spot for a really nice Tapas lunch uh and some cool cocktails uh yeah we've got loads we got loads in store awesome sounds great the market already looks hustling and bustling barely open so let's go inside and uh see what we can snag all right great so it looks like we're in the center of the market it is huge guys there's a lot of locals I noticed getting their fresh produce so there are and actually tomorrow is a public holiday here in Malaga just in Malaga City it's our Patron Saints Day and so uh there'll be lots of people planning lovely lunches for tomorrow which will include some of this delicious fresh seafood a lot of fresh delicious vibrant saturated color in here fish looks great so the nice thing about shopping from the market as you can see is you're buying from experts you are your your fish Monga is going to be able to show you exactly the right type of fish that you want for your whatever you're making if you ask him they can fill it it they can prepare the fish exactly how you want it we've also got down here a huge range of shell fish and the Market's so great because it serves of course uh the locals but it also serves the hospitality industry so as you said yesterday we tried ciche with fish that have come from this Market it's really typical that I see when I'm down here in the mornings doing my own shopping for home I'll see business uh owners restaurant owners in here choosing their Catch of the Day choosing their uh cuts of meat that they're going to be serving in their restaurants that day it's very cool this is a coastal city so the fish is going to be fresh and delicious yeah yeah monk fish tiny monk fish okay so KES venas are from Malaga very very specific to this area very famous in Malaga um and if you get them anywhere else in andalia you can see them chopping their um chomping at the moment they're still alive we eat them kind of like an oyster so they Shu them open and then we eat them with uh salt pepper uh and lemon juice and they go beautifully with a nice glass of either Malaga wine or a glass of cold car but fabulous we're going to try them definitely wow oysters this guy's my fish manga who I buy all my fish off and I've just seen on the other side of there who's coming around who's the only Japanese Chef in Malaga and he uses the fish from here in his uh sushi restaurant and he's going to come around now because it's the finest grade Seafood tuna fish Sashimi gr that we have here in Malaga man look at that Toro guys nice and marbleized look at that tuna Gambar Cal from Malaga you can see they're super fresh they come from a little town down the road called C de which is a part of uh Malaga and they're tiny tiny little shrimp they get uh fried hole like that and then often served with a fried egg on top which you mash up into the shrimp super delicious oh it looks like little baby Lobster ta bugs more you can see that he's putting fresh water onto the seafood to keep it nice and cold and fresh in here on this quite warm day H so beautiful selection we're right on the Mediterranean here and uh so we have this great beautiful the shrimp the small clams that come out with the Mediterranean but if you go just a few uh miles west where uh we hit the straight of jalta the Mediterranean turns into the Atlantic so as well having all this kind of warm water fish from the Mediterranean really close by we've also got the fish from the Atlantic like the the tuna the swordfish and all those kind of deep sea fish so uh we have such a we're so blessed to have such a great selection of seafood here yeah and stay tuned cuz we're going to try some of this later but uh I could attest to this most of the seafood I've had in Spain almost all of them have been very fresh and delicious yeah so you can hear everyone shouting about their Catch of the Day so generally um as locals we have our stores that we giving a good example there we have our stores that we shop from dayto day but it's always worth doing a Once Around the market to see what's what's on offer um it depends a lot of these uh businesses will see the whole process of catching the fish to selling it and so if they've had a particularly good catch of one thing last night they might be uh lower in price there might be a better price than Elsewhere on the market so it's always worth having a check before you buy this guy's a real sales he say aren't you going to buy any they're so fresh they're so good they're R off how can you walk away without buying any these guys are the ultimate salesman in here it's all about the energy I don't understand the language but I want to buy some I really do so we're going to try some later [Music] all right not exactly migan but it's from southern Spain from [Music] Sevilla like I was saying the seafood's Super Fresh here look at this the razor clams are still moving you see that this is not special effects it's the real deal oh wow oh my gosh that's crazy the clams are also moving back here that's how fresh they are oh there we are I just saw someone I just saw one snapping so what he's doing back here is he's plating up the mixed fried fish so it's a really really typical thing of Malaga feso Frito fried fish and it comes in all shapes and sizes and formats what he's doing here is preparing the uh frur malagia which is the mixed fried fish fish plate so you can see he's placed up a selection of different seafood and fish popped it into the S there shaking in flour and now it's going to go straight in the fryer and it won't be in there for very long before it comes out Super Fresh and crispy and uh goes to someone's table so they got a whole patio area here for the restaurants that we're eating in there we're going to eat us Straight From the Source so this is still one of the most economical places to eat in Malaga and the freshest food that you're possibly going to find baratas and it was the first bar within the market so we ran the owner he's quite young quite Innovative and he was the first person to open up a bar within the market as you will see as you watch the video so many others available now but this is like the the OG so we've got manania wine so we tried a cherry at vinot Los patas I know you tried a Sherry when you were in Madrid as well this is another type of cherry it's a dry Cherry called manania um it's a fortified wine it's a white wine it needs to be drunk very very cold it's very crisp and it goes beautifully with all of the seafood that we're we're going to be trying this morning from uh hi which is a city uh in andalia west of Malaga but yeah it's very native to this part of Spain white wine and seafood absolutely salude Chin Chin I love cherries every time this one has more of like a bitter finish to it but it is aged in Barrel so it always like kind of reminds me of whiskey like a lighter Whiskey and a wine yeah ooh the aftertaste too it's coming up really T taste the oak as well I think the barel aing yeah this one is a little bit more oy but you can definitely get all of the complexity of the flavor of cherry if you guys uh remember before we were walking through the markets I looked at the tuna and I'm like the color is amazing atun it is just really deep dark red and we got the fresh aun here H so you're right actually when you say about the deep dark red color we actually call it in Spanish at which means red tuna in English we call it blue fin tuna that's how we know his particular type of tuna uh and this has been super simply prepared it's a skewer uh of tuna chunks that have just been grilled on a very hot Grill and then it's dressed with olive oil parsley and garlic very simple no over complication needed the product speaks for itself texture really feel it with the pork are oh Mom wow wow wow again extremely fresh the texture it's fish but it's really firm almost like a steak nice light sear on it and the Spanish olive oil is great touch on all these dishes a lot of natural flavors guys it's all about the freshness of theun came straight from the market and it came straight from the sea to the market yeah exactly exactly it doesn't get fresher than this yeah there's no oceany like fishy taste at all it's just delicious delicious delicious delicious and hry was telling me that this is one of the most economical places that you can still get like fresh fresh fresh Quality Seafood in mhm absolutely I think this is €4 maybe 4 for this 4 for the freshest blue finin sear you could get so good watch down some Sher so the so they C oh my gosh last bite best bite I know the best places yeah seriously simple but effective honestly some of the best here I've had so good another one of their must gets here the whole fish fry Hy can you tell us uh what we got here yeah okay so we have a variety of uh local seafood here starting with salamones it's a little red fish whole uh all of this is treated in the same way it's dusted in flour and then fried in hot olive oil uh until it's just perfectly cooked so we got the sound nitting we have the Bon very very very typical from Malaga then we have um we have bakala Cod we have gambas these beautiful gray BRS we have calamares the little squid rings we have Kon in Adobo which is type of shark it's dog fished shark yeah wow mhm um and it's been uh marinated in a beautiful uh vinegary marinade with spices and then that gets added into the mix as well uh and then just for good luck we have a little green pepper in amongst because why not so yeah there we go our little fish selection oh really excited get try to try a shark in Malaga there you go yeah how about we start with that yeah let's do it so this there you go I'm going to pass you a piece there this one right here very hot it's just come out the pr don't bur any Stu straight off the fryer guys we got a photo bomb behind us photo bomb oh yeah video bomb uh you don't mind yeah this is a full Mala experience here in the market going grab all right trying shark in Mala it's going to have a little bit of bone in it h well I noticed oh that's surprising definitely some type of bones or cartilage in there has um uh kind of like a sour flavor I don't know if that's from like the marinade or from the shark itself it's from the marinade marinade the fish itself the dog fish is a very neutral kind of flavored meat it's really nice cuz it doesn't have lots and lots of Bones it just has that one cartilage going down the middle um but yeah treated in this way and ouro is very very typical from southern Spain oh that marinade sour like you said that's the neutral flavor so not too much flavor from fish itself but it's fresh and it's just um the texture just like almost um slimy uh for lack of a better word but I like that oh it's not the word I use what is the word that you would use I don't know actually I think I would just say yeah super smooth smooth very smooth okay another one I'm going to say go in the bodon small anchovies they're like white anchovies very very very typical from Malaga they've had the head removed but nothing else and we go in hole have a very strong flavor of course but I like that it's deep fried this time because you get that like batter on it that crunch but you definitely uh taste sardines and it's really fresh so it's not too much of like a oceany flavor but yeah nothing exactly it really is nothing here is going to taste too too fishy because of course it's all super Super Fresh so just tastes like the sea it doesn't taste fishy or you know bad exactly so these are yeah these little white anies bonis very very typical to Malaga the people from Malaga are known uh in friendly terms as bones because we consume so many of these things they're abundant here in the Mediterranean we eat them in lots of different ways and this is the most typical way to eat them they come from the water right here if you put a net down in them in this part of the mees you're probably going to come up with bucket on this in it that makes sense so the bers here I would say have been like the least fishy and most fresh cuz I've had some in the north and they have more of a stronger flavor to say the least but yeah the Bon come straight from here the South and this fish fry guys like you saw him grabbing it and putting in the frer all these fish are fresh going to keep hammering that boy home straight from the market to the fryer amazing and just coated in just tiny bit H tiny bit of flour and some salt it's almost tempura style yeah simp quickly cooked M simple and effective yeah it's a little baby little baby one I'm going to eat with the tail I love the crunch yeah wow so much um to that prawn very flushy me and um just that simple fish fry really good I have a malfunction in my glass might have to get another one it's the condensation it's very humid here today yeah okay should we going for a bit of calam ringi so this is the fresh squid you can see the ring is Tiny uh this the ring is Tiny uh and that's cuz they're super fresh again out the sea here and they're quite caught quite close to the shores so the little ones love all the calore I've had here is super crunchy the squid itself is super super crunchy it's from the natural squid and then you get that coating extra crispy lovely right yeah one of my favorites so far great the C there you go and I'll grab this piece here so you can see it's still got the skin on we're we're all about you know minimal intervention so let's try it yummy pod has some of the best texture it's softer than the tuna and has it own fresh flavor super good and then one thing actually that I missed at the beginning but I can see is in here octopus octopus okay there there it is yeah you can see the little oh yeah like purplish tint yeah exactly there you go mhm MH also very crunchy with the added a layer of better love octopus love the flavor walk with again everything fresh 10 out of 10 freshness I think we had oh the only thing we haven't tried is the salon there's one of these salon so I'm going to uh split it exactly and actually you kind of need to cuz it's a one of those fish that's very bony there's bones in it so there you go you need to take that piece oh it's falling apart I'll take this piece and we'll go in Oh I thought that would have like um an odor to it because it looks like a an or sardine but really fresh no fishy taste at all I like the texture of that one like very glassy it's one of the most one of the most popular fish with the locals like if you see a local family going out for a special lunch they will almost order someone it if they're on the menu yeah look at this fish little red uh red skinned um fish about the size of a sardine but with a red skin rather than a silver skin bony but like you say the meat's got a very different texture yep what would be your top two or three o okay my top definitely bucket honest like this is the CR of the creme of a local freshly caught Seafood um and then I would probably also go the Caston in Adobo the dog fish the shark the shark exactly uh they would be my top two how about you I would say I'm very glad to have tried the dog fish mhm Dogfish dog fish the the shark it's very interesting texture and flavor I'm glad I tried that here my first time but I would have said squid calamari and uh this this one right here the salmonete salmonete yeah it really surprise me there we go Salud Sal mhm so the American and me saw this and thought it was tartar sauce but I'm like we're in Spain right now can't be tartar sauce so this is alioli and garlic alol garlic mayonnaise garlic Mayon and um it's good for dunking and seafood in try this garlicy fresh and delicious love the garlic flavor from it and really creamy oh man so good fantastic never all right if you guys been keeping track of Spanish vlogs I love the Spanish fruits here so we have just entered the produce section so let's see all the colorful fruits they have for us down to the really tropical fruits most of the uh fruits that we're going to find on the market are going to be locally sourced so because as I mentioned uh another at another point we are very close to the Costa tropical which is just um east of Malaga they grow these dragon fruit uh we grow we have lots and lots of tropical fruits available that you wouldn't necessarily associate with with Spain you would maybe think of them being more from uh from from the Far East from Asia from other parts of the world so yeah very very lucky and it wouldn't be a Spanish Market without honia you could find these in almost every market and a quad right for ham and cheese exactly Habibi Habibi Habibi all right we got uh our Amigo here Habibi he owns this Olive shop here and yeah olives are a really big deal in Spain this is the best of Andalusia I have the typical of Malaga we are famous of the Almond we cook today so apparently you get the best olives and almonds here so should we try some almonds yes let's do it yeah so you can see here we have a vast variety of Olives eating olives which um surprises a lot of people here in andalia we are the world's biggest olive oil producing region so as such we have a lot of varieties of Olives which make a lot of different types of olive oils and they also make very different tasting uh eating olives so do you want to try some down try some olives do you know the sexist olives I see here very sexy woo this guy is killing me he's saying that's the sexiest olives he has it it looks Prett sexy you can see you can see them M again are very shy you can tell how shy they are okay so we're going to try uh a few different types of Olives here be warned they all have stones in them so be careful there's a little bin on the floor that you can Chuck your uh your Olive Pit into so I'm going to get you to try this one first this is from Malaga Malaga from a little town called allera not far from the city go very crunchy oh this one has like a sour pop but not too much it's manageable cuz some olives I've had you can see the the expression I'm making like but um sour salty yeah very salty fresh indeed yeah exactly I'm going to give you a chupo next so chupo means f licking good I mean it literally means lick your fingers so go in there dive in there and you're going to see how different in flavor this is to the last one you had different in color beautiful emerald green way different more mile not sour but salty fresh what is this one called again chupo chupo yeah you want to lick your fingers it's so good it's a real Crow please yeah there you go there you go okay I've just been past the almonds because you have to try the almonds this is next up so these are marona almonds they're fried fresh um as how told us they're fried fresh every morning in olive oil and then dusted in salt so dive in give them a go you're going to love these mhm M oh my gosh almond is super crunchy natural sweetness from almonds and there's like how Hy said SL olive oil and salt on them really fresh okay these guys are loving that their moment of Fame so we're going up with another absolutely delicious snack so these are figs that have been sundried and then you stuff one of those almonds into the middle and you get a lovely combo of like sweet and sour um crunchy snack absolutely delicious all right if I had more hands I'd be going in myself M it's coated in like some powdered sugar yeah yeah exactly so it's dried in the sun coated in like a little bit of powdered sugar sugar and then with a lovely Armond in the middle the figs here are crazy they're really sweet it's like eating candy but in the form of fruit I actually don't like figs back home because they could be kind of like sour but these figs are a totally different breed yeah next up this is it's kind of a strange uh combination of things we're getting here but I want you to try everything that I love so This Is AO this is garlic which has been pickled it's so it's sweet takes the heat out of it have a try I've always got this in my fridge it's the perfect Apper a garlic a garlic okay it's quite contrast after the fake of course when she said garlic it wasn't what I thought cuz um it doesn't have like too much of a strong odor cuz they put some um they pickle it in um in vinegar yeah so it takes the heat out it takes the strength of the The Arc garlic flavor out and it just becomes like a really nice edible snack yes vinegary uh sour so it's but you get the crunch from the garlic and all the nutritional benefits garlic really help you we're very good at healthy snacks here in Spain very very good at healthy snacks the Mediterranean diet these are the dried figs my favorite thing that I tried here I really love the figs here in uh espa all right all right so many different and diverse things to try at this Market guys it's like Sentry overload everything is very colorful a lot of items here we are now entering the meat section go through this Archway from the center where the fish is and out the other side and we uh come to the meat section so we have lots and lots of butchers here very specialist butchers uh again much like fish mongers they will butcher your meat exactly how you want it they'll chop it up for you they'll take the skin out the bones out however you want your meat to be prepared and they know the best cup for whatever it is that you want to prepare at home so it's like shopping from experts every day awesome and and to go off what you're saying shopping from experts and even the experts the chefs in the city come to this market for their produce correct and their me and their fish absolutely absolutely we just saw a chef in fact our Japanese Chef r on the on the fish mango you you can definitely never have too much ham and I actually haven't had any breakfast yet so I can't think of a better way to start the day than with a slice of ham on very I agree you can say that again cannot get enough of hamon in ESP the little bars this is pack Master ham Carver another one see how fine it is so you can come in here to buy your hamon if you're buying it to eat today you want the freshest most lovely hamon for today they will slice it for you and put it into a pack for you if you want to buy it to eat later in the week or in the future you can buy it vacuum packs which means it lasts for absolutely ages oh yeah nice thank you wow so we got a fresh sample here at Old Corte from the master slicer right heretical hon here 100% this is the Gold Label crem creme very 100% Hy said the Gold Label creme La Creme super tender oh it's um even it just melts like the texture the consistency you would think it's hard because of how the leg looks but it's so marbleized that it kind of just melts woo that buttery very very buttery this is Jose he's going to chop us a little bit of um goats cheese local goats cheese very revered over um all over Spain but it's very famous famously from andelo keso Poyo and it comes from the pyo goat which is typical to this area yum what a breakfast we're having this is a breakfast of champions in so we have two different types of hamon IO here we have and we have so the difference between these two is the diet and it makes quite a difference to the flavor profile and uh to the composition of the fat so the the Campo is fed on a very high grain diet it's very I mean all Iberian ham is wonderful as you've experienced so far Dan um but the beot theot is means that it's acorn fed so bota means Acorn that means that this pig has had a period of its life running around oak trees nibbling on acorns and um yeah it's super super super delicious because of that fresh taste test straight from the leg to I guess you call this table all right far Farm to Table is Market to mouth all right which one is this yeah oh man the texture on this it's like almost like glass Look oh man so that glass transparency that you talked about is down to the cutter the slicer the ham slicer the man himself who is the Maestro of slicing yeah so there's a lot of different factors to how delicious these hmon are not just quality of me it's just how they slice it as well but this one has like a nice crisp and it just melts very rich buttery uh let's try this one you said the acorn fed one this is the acorn fed one so first of all before we put it in our mouths what I'm going to show you is how if you just rub this fat between your fingers for a few seconds it melts away it's not like that unhealthy glycerol fat that we get in a lot of other meats it's a good fat it's healthy mhm that's the one acorn fed that one's much more fatty just melts buttery it sliced so finely it's like a I want to call it like um like the sensity of like a fruit rollup but with me I baral por I love it yeah so delicious these I can eat all day we've got more coming today so you're going to be a happy man all right is the best quality of loin it's the best part and more Yumi loin AO 100% beautiful try this one is skinny slice as well you see the the fat between the meat so it's so so yumy and it's like the best quality of H so Jose was gracious enough to uh let us try some uh loin he says that this is their best quality of loin here and yeah look at the marbleization uh this one's a little bit more lean loin is the leaner part of the pig but this is great quality so let's try it out and you're right it still has that marbleization because it comes from the I iian Pig so that's why it's still got the fat running right through it you're right it that's why it's got that fat because of the the fact that it's from the Iberian Pig who's been eating lots of nut BS SMY oh my gosh yeah that one's so good like loin is leaner but it's Iberian so it's so marelize and fatty that you had a little bit more chew to it that one's a little bit more salty a little bit more flavor but like a smokey flavor I'm going to check it smoked but it's absolutely delicious wow it's leaner but still just melts buttery should we try the cheeses let's try the cheese so a different kind of goats cheese than most people are used to very often we think of goat's cheese as being a soft cheese little round one salads and so on so this is a hard semic cured cheese it's had a couple of months being cured um which just means basically leaving it alone in a dark cool room and uh yeah let's give it a going M before I even bit it I put it in my mouth and the smell just went straight through the nose goat cheese very strong flavor but this one is actually not too much in your face it's it's subtle like the it rises but love goat cheese very robust and flavor but this one's a little bit more mild a little bit more creamy mhm yeah it's like AA cheese but it's still soft and creamy somehow it's really really good exactly my thoughts stick the words out of my mouth so I just want to say one very important message which I try and get into get across to anybody visiting the market it's a wonderful place to visit as a tourist but please remember people are in business here so it's really important that you try and invest in these small businesses and in the local economy by buying something on the market doesn't have to be lots you don't have to buy every store whether it's a packet of ham whether it's a a a little dish of Olives whatever it is you're going to be contributing to the local economy and it's really really important that we sustain these help sustain these businesses as tourists so please buy for sure ham ham yes yeah the best quality of ham yeah it's like food and showing one I can never get enough watching the expert slice two these pieces of ham so delicately it's a sight to see chizo the sausages so this is Ricardo our butcher second generation Ricardo having his store here on the market and he's a specialist in uh the grass-fed beef from Northern Spain so we don't eat a lot of beef down in the South certainly don't rear a lot of cattle we don't have very much grass down here but North it rains a lot they have this gorgeous thick grass and these beautiful cows that produce these amazing marbled steaks he also makes all of these hamburgers himself to his own recipe using the freshest cuts of meat so if you want a burger that's really pure meat and very good quality this is the place to come so you can see this lady's buying a chicken and Ricardo is butchering it for her asking her which bits she wants the uh skin left on which bits she wants it taken off and he's cutting up the chicken beautiful corn Fred chicken that lovely golden color high quality [Music] so they have all parts of the pig the oras the ear some organ meat right here some tongue stomach tongue stomach heart heart lungs lungs toenails yes yeah a bit of everything so you know Spain does still consume a lot of meat we haven't really jumped on the vegetarian or vegan bandwagon yet but what I will say is that compared to the United States and compared to the UK and other parts of Europe the way Spain consumes me is very very sustainable because of the fact that we consume all of these parts of the animal and these things aren't just put into dog food or whatever they're used in everyday cooking here in Malaga so yeah different different ball games all together these spices uh show a little bit of our history here in Malaga Our moish Roots so the Moos were Islamic people from North Africa from Morocco which is very close to here who occupied Malaga and a huge part of andalia and wider Spain for 7800 years so they brought with them all of the beautiful things that they were growing and producing in North Africa we have very similar uh climate here and so we've now adopted all of those things as Spanish of course but these have yeah definitely root Roots back to the uh 8th 9th [Music] [Music] century yeah [Music] [Music] a lot of Fresh Smoothie stations I've seen a couple of those and I'm assuming it's fresh fruit from the produce over here it looks really delicious as well Happy Fish so more pescadillas the watch or the clock relo is the watch or the clock either way either way my Spanish is exponentially getting better the more I stay in espa all right more Keras and honar Ras obligatory for any Spanish Market you'll find a ton of those usually serving a betical ham own as well in these markets so can't miss those this is the outside of the market if you guys want to buy your food produce and enjoy outside with the some sun and a [Music] Terrace so we're at the entrance of the Marcado and as you guys can see the shape of of Thea the door is kind of like a key and that's because of the moish influence right exactly so this is an original moish Arch there was several around here and when the MS were here this was not a market building but in fact a Boatyard so we've built back uh into the to create a deep water Port but when the MS were here the water the sea water in the Mediterranean came right up to the doors here and was a Boatyard all right our market tour is not over hany here said I needed to try the Kona finina o which means a fine clams right clam kapina Malaga is very very typical from Malaga we saw it when we were walking around in the fish market and they were still alive and snapping their little clam shells uh they are indeed still alive but they are now on our plate so they've been open shooked along with this oyster uh we're going to dress them up like the Spaniards do so I'm just going to ask for some salt and pepper cuz black pepper is really typical to put on your p chapina with your lemon juice and then uh Our Man Dan is going to get stuck in take one for the team I adore pones Venus but we've eaten so much already I'm like Dan you're going to have to do it you're going to have to take one the team here all right let's do it can you see it moving oh let me see so typical dressing for a Kona Malaga is lemon plenty of it wow I see it moving yeah it's still alive and then we'll do the oyster afterwards and then black pepper and a good amount of it and then also if you like a little bit of salt obviously it's still got a bit of sea water in there but I always add just a tiny bit of salt there you go and now Dan it's over to you all right going to try our kcha finina delicacy here very excited it's So Fresh So Clean that it was still moving so going to grab it right here take it all one bite cany did honors for me try it out extremely fresh extremely cold on this bed of ice but oh nice touch with the lemon salt and pepper but it's all about the textures super crunchy really really crunchy completely different to Oyster right yeah it's more of like um tastes kind of like like sea snails how crunchy it is but uh they don't call it fine cones for a reason very very good man they're so good so fresh look at that and then I haven't dressed the oyster at all so it's entirely up to you down if you prefer to put lemon on it or not I'm going to do lemon and salt and pepper do you like Tabasco on your oyster if you do then we can ask I usually do but U how do the malagan zoo it when Malaga do as a malagan zoo I mean probably I would just put a bit of lemon exactly as you've done PR lemon and if you like salt and pepper go for salt and pepper all right but we have something special here Andy said that uh when you're eating the seafood here you got to try some it with some white wine but in this case we got champagne yeah sparkling white wine it's Cara it's Spain's answer to Champagne it's made in the traditional method that they make champagne in obviously we can't call it champagne because we're not creating it in the Champagne region of France and nor what we want to because Cara in its own right is a wonderful wonderful dry sparkling wine from Spain and it's not from Malaga but it's definitely worthy of accompanying oysters and quess penas
