BETTER THAN BORACAY?! Philippines 🇵🇭

this is at the doorstep of where I'm staying right now last night I came to this beach but all this water was out the tide was out and it looked nothing like this but this is unbelievable and there's practically no one here on this beach this is up there with with some of the clearest water I've ever seen and most people don't come here obviously as you see a lack of tourists here right now I need to get money because nowhere in this town accepts credit cards so I need to pay for the room and cash so let me go to let's go to an ATM get some cash pay for the room and then eat I'll show you the room show you the town got a lot a lot to do I apologize for the mess I just got here set my stuff down took off my shirt but these rooms are anywhere between two thousand two thousand five hundred and as I showed you we are right on the beach it doesn't seem like we have Wi-Fi in the rooms but I'm gonna disconnect for a few days anyway I'm fine with that this is more than I usually pay for rooms but there weren't many options on booking.com this was in the lower I don't know five to ten options in terms of affordability so not a lot of cheap options around here I can't stop thinking about that water see it right there I don't know if you can see it in this camera but I've got to go to the ATM I just want to stay on this beach honestly it's a perfect day the water looks like that hello here we're gonna talk after you can't know my password coconuts I might have to get a coconut but first I wanna go eat some food though it's 12 o'clock yeah oh I tried this before I love this one I've only seen it once yeah it's really good yeah how about that what's that one the banana banana Blossom the heart of a banana okay sure why not is it good is there milk milk or just coconut you have a lot of options and then we have Easter is plenty one is a snapper yeah wow maybe a snapper yeah are these where did these come from did you go catch these you caused it enough right but right out here yeah okay let's do that then and do you have too big yeah oh yeah so one oh I'm supposed to probably get this message okay and could I have one too big hollyhock yeah yeah I saw this on the map but oh the fish comes in the soup oh cool all right awesome figure you're welcome all right I'll show you the fish soup right there so they put the fish in there and this is our banana banana and coconut milk so let's try the banana with coconut coconut milk first this is under and uh okay thank you mmm yeah that's really good too it's really good it's refreshing on a hot day this is one of my favorites honestly it's so good yeah Banana Blossom yeah the heart the heart of a banana I've never I didn't know about this no I've never had it yeah it's great it's real I love it thank you did you make this your mother made it kind of reminds me of if you've had like tuna salad instead of tuna then it's it's using the the banana as a substitute or you get it with the Jackfruit it reminds me that the creaminess kind of sweet we're gonna get a bite of the fish soup here cheers to that hmm it's almost like a miso kind of soup that was a perfect watch 140. 140. really good so come here if you're here I'll show you the center of town right here real quick then go back to that beach because that's called my name that's the Highlight is that water obviously you've got a lot of these little stores but I think this is the center of town super chill quiet town I love it and that looks like the biggest store right here found out though am I in it ain't it do you have cold coconuts or warm coconuts uh you can put ice in it oh it's um is it it's ice you can drink like purified clean ice yeah yeah okay yeah let's try that Pila 75 okay yeah one please coconut Burger what is a coconut Burger okay but inside bread it's also coconuts coconut Patty interesting a coconut Burger I've never heard of a coconut Burger it's amazing and we have ice got a nice umbrella here put that right there cheer this is a big coconut you need an empty stomach for this you need that [Music] so good this one's sweet some of them aren't sweet and some of them are depends on many variables umbrella helps now if you haven't seen the other videos in this from this trip in the series I made several videos yesterday I went scuba diving so that's one thing you can always do here of course scuba dive snorkeled really good Reef here or you can go to these waterfalls the caves viewpoints Rice Terraces a lot to do around here but you'll want a motorbike for a lot of those excursions in the town I think the beach is the Highlight so we're gonna head back out to the beach see that there's a fence between me and there but this is where I'm staying let's just go through here you can see how many people are out here see and that's even a restaurant and a bar right there I ate there last night it's not that crowded at all and this is going to be the most crowded area right here but let's get in that water this is the Castle the old castle typically I'm not a beach kind of guy however I will make an exception for this place let's get in I usually don't even get in the water I'm honest but this is going to be without a doubt an exception wow this is unbelievable and that's the hotel and that's another reason why I'm getting in the water is because watch out for the jellyfish look jellyfish when I went scuba diving yesterday actually as soon as we hopped in the water jellyfish everywhere so be careful but look at this water oh it's so clear or green or blue I don't know what to say aqua aqua you need you do need to watch your feet there are some rocks down there but other than that the sand it's very soft very soft sand all right this is where I ate last night in a different video they had great shrimp there battered fried shrimp very nice I have not wandered down there yet maybe I should go wander over here but that's oh look at the jellyfish too that is a massive jellyfish all right now I'm paranoid this Takes the Cake right here this is the winner so far for me so far I'm definitely recommending this place the great thing about staying right here I don't even have to bring I don't even have to bring my flip-flops when I go for a stroll seems like you've got some families and friends this is the spot to go next to I'll write the name of this place here below but this is where you would want to go have your your day parties but still very chill in comparison to other beach towns that I've been to in the Philippines this one's still very chill it's not the weekend so imagine on the weekends this right here might be Rowdy but aside from that it's pretty chill you still see Hi how are you good do you want do you want to say hello where are you from I'm from the U.S which state Alabama yeah yeah where are you from here in London really you're sorry you're all you're all a family oh do you like living here yeah yeah you're old that's awesome I can't imagine that did you went to school here too yeah green yeah I think it's just only for 1964 of this area Okay become a public beach oh okay okay yeah I mean is is this the the biggest public beach in Anda is right here okay okay this is I love it I'm so I might move here I'm honestly thinking about it it's true it is it took a long time I think I agree this is like the perfect quiet town if you want that so yeah I I don't want to disturb you I'll let you get back to eating but it was great to meet all of you maybe I'll see you around all right bye I'm paying bye hello this is I keep meeting locals locals not not just bojalanos but locals from this town and it just I can't wrap my head around it being from just a place like that this has to be the most peaceful place to grow up heard about this this is on the Food Park I was thinking it was in town but it's right here on the beach see on the Food Park this is nice this is perfect so you can have your milk tea shop right here Miguel oh yeah sorry this might be a spot I don't know this might be a spot later on but this is on the Food Park thank you and it looks like we are gonna run out of room gonna run out of beach here so that's it that's the main Beach right there guys yeah it runs out right there but then there's another Beach over there but it's not connected so I can't get there right now but there are other beaches down there for me personally I I love this I really do just the the town it seemed like the whole Community goes out and watches these basketball games I'm big have a good night my own got beef [Music] all right see you have a good night everybody this is kind of perfect for a place to live of course it's a little small and it's far from the city like you said but I like that great thing about the Philippines each Beach Town each island each area is kind of got its own pace got its own style and it's all a little different but this is the most Charming town it's Lush and green all the houses are right there on that road coming into town it's colorful a slow small quiet center of town but I bet if you you had friends I think you could have a blast with your friends here on the weekends or whatever and then you've got the peace and quiet when you want that as well I love it so as I said this is a series this whole trip up here showing this area I don't think this will be the last video of the series I don't know we'll see either way here's a couple other ones from the same series thank you for watching and I'll see you in the next one
