Fry over low heat until the onion becomes transparent. Fry for another 3 minutes. 240 ml beer. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes with the lid on. 4 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 2 teaspoons mustard. 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs. 2 teaspoons sesame seeds. 1 teaspoon paprika. 2 teaspoons oregano.
