Best Things To Do in SUMMER in LAS VEGAS

hello everyone my name is norma and today is all about summer summer is finally here and it just happens to be the busiest time of the year for las vegas and there's so much to do so stay along with me to watch the best things to do in summer [Music] baby run you already know i like to include my local community in these vegas videos well one of my favorite things to do here in the summer is go to an aviators baseball game [Music] tickets start as low as 13 per person for standing room only meaning that grassy area on the side of the ballpark i paid about 18 our tickets to be city but if you really wanna ball out you can always run a space [Music] if you have a really large group i recommend either run out the pool or run at one of the suites the pool can hold a group up to 50 people and the seats can go anywhere from 20 to 54 people [Music] the aviator says las vegas minor league baseball team and i love baseball so you know i have to come out and support but that's not the best part this ballpark was just open in spring in 2019 so everything is brand new and one of the best part is their food [Music] so of course the ballpark is going to be offering traditional baseball eats you're going to have your hot dogs burgers nachos peanuts but they like to call it elevated classic so it's going to be served in a little bit more of an upscale form [Music] can't leave without eating a hot dog either and then on top of the traditional game eats they also like to have something else called only in vegas seats which is going to be food that's only here in vegas such as like capriati which is going to be a sub place or a barbecue mexicana they have a location inside of the mandalay bay hotel and it just happens to be sister restaurants with border grill this burnt burrito isn't like any burrito i've had of course it's gonna have the slow smoke burnt ends in there it's gonna have chipotle coleslaw crispy potatoes manchego cheese and then the best part barbecue mullet sauce it is a little spicy just a little [Music] and you know it's not a baseball game unless you get some beer and for my ladies i recommend you get their frozen it's gonna be a mixture of wines liquors such as like vodka peach schnapps it's almost like the slurpee of wines or like a jungle juice and it's sweet [Music] i just think baseball games are such a good time [Music] another really cool thing to do is come to the cosmopolitan summer events now in my best schools video i did mention about their dive in movies on mondays one now on thursdays they have a sunset cocktail hour [Music] the sunset cocktail arrow events are located at the north bar inside of the boulevard pool it's every thursday from may 13 to september 16th and you get to hang out between 6 30 to about 8 30 pm or so and the best part is that there's no entropy to come in and anybody is welcome so you don't even have to be a hotel guest so just come in enjoy some craft cocktails flight fights awesome music and one of the best views of las vegas [Music] every thursday they have dj nati rico and not only is he the dj but he brings his saxophone and plays along to the music so he puts on a really good show for the crowd [Music] it isn't a cocktail hour without actually trying some other food and drinks and all of the cocktails are very fresh and very summer appropriate like this is going to be their best of both worlds [Music] oh that's really refreshing and really fruity too and all of their food is really good they have a few healthy things on the menu and then seafood options too but my favorite is going to be their pork carnitas empanadas they're so juicy and flavorful in the middle and it comes with a tangy sauce so creamy too this is supposed to be light bites but i think this could be my whole dinner right here they are so generous give me three of these they're so good [Music] now i do want to clarify that this is not a swimming event i'm just saying because i had the exact same question the first time i attended this event but still come and enjoy the summer rooftops [Music] so obviously besides the air conditioning inside of the casinos another really good way to cool off is go to your hotel pool [Music] vegas is home to some amazing pools so when you're choosing where to stay make sure you choose a hotel that has a pool that suits your needs [Music] today i'm featuring the pool at park mgm during the summer they're open from 9am to 7pm they have a total of three pools two bars and it's open for all ages just like all pools they do have the first-come first-served chairs but you're more than welcome to run out lounge chairs cabanas day beds paws or bungalows but be ready to pay because they'll run you anywhere from 75 all the way to a thousand dollars i think this pool is really cool it's really chill it kind of has some french vibes but for more awesome pools make sure you also check out my best pools video [Music] and while you're here at park mgm stop by primrose they offer brunch and lunch options every day from 7am to 2pm and their locator be right next to the pool [Music] not only is this a super cute restaurant but even their food looks amazing this is going to be their deep dish pancakes with the blueberry compost [Music] these pancakes are amazing they're so fluffy so airy and this blueberry combo is so good no syrup native [Music] i think that's like one of the best egg benedicts i've had and this one came with crab so i think that made it just twice as better [Music] and the hollandaise sauce is so perfect so well balanced not too savory amazing you have to get this if you come here [Music] now besides going to deploy your own hotel i say part of the day away at a day club a perfect example of that is going to be daylight at the mandalay bay daylight is a 21 and over club located in the back of the mandalay bay hotel but this is the beach club so make sure you bring your swimsuit and your id [Music] one of the ways to get in is to go on guest list so for that you can either talk to your hotel concierge or just go on their website and sign up but if you really want to live it up you can get bottle service at one of their cabanas dave at their couches table service comes at a food and beverage minimum bottles start at 450 and pictures starter at 105 but make sure you talk to the clubhouse to figure out the minimum for the day [Music] everyday club has a different vibe so make sure you do your research but if you like edm top 46 and hip hop daylight's a club for you [Music] guys if you ever want to come to daylight kiddo brad is easily one of the best hopes i've ever met i'll take care of all your full needs all your daylight needs thanks guys yeah i'll put his information down below in the description [Music] you guys already know that i love bringing it to the bellagio conservatory since it does change up about five times a year this time we're here for their summer garden and this is gonna be on display from may 29th until august 28th [Music] this conservatory is located right next to the front desk it's open 24 hours and it's free this display is called eco a season of earthly awareness and they're using earthworm water and fire to represent it [Music] i don't know about you guys but i really feel like i'm in a disney movie this street house right here really reminds me of tarzan and then the wood lady up in the front she kind of reminds me of that grass mountain from the moana movie this treehouse is huge by the way it's actually bigger than some apartments out there [Music] so obviously she's not the mountain lady from moana this is gaia she's a god as a bird [Music] again this summer garden is only going to be on display until august 28th then it's going to be torn down for their fallen flight to be set up on september 4th so make sure you check it out before it gets searched out thank you so much for watching please make sure you give
