Best Tasting Fish in the Ocean

sunrise man flat sees the kind of days that you dream about here so today I'm in Pensacola Florida and I'm here with my friend Brian Landry it's just us two today we're heading offshore do some offshore fish it's beautiful weather light north wind so it looks like we're going to be grocery shopping today the current is awful so we can't anchor on the spot so we're just gonna drift and hopefully catch some fish that we can take home and eat you know like some Vermillion some grouper it looks like Brian's hooked up around here all I'm catching is little baby so hopefully he can put some food there it is too big for a million there Brian that's what you call a football right there that's what we're after today that is a giant vermilion snapper they are delicious all right I'm dropping a live cigar Mehta to the bottom right here we're gonna see what we can catch we have got a ton of current I'm contributed [Music] so check out how we're rigging here guys we're just we're just grocery shopping we've got double hook chicken rigs we're putting two pieces of squid on we're dropping it down to the bottom and seeing what we can catch to take back home and cook because that's what that's what I'm doing these little per millions that we're catching right now are phenomenal to eat sleep and put another keeper in the boat all right getting Kevin incoming feels like another keeper yes that's what I'm talking about that's a big one there man that was a good one we catch him that sounds all day we're gonna have a good day check it out our box right here man we've already got a nice box of fish it's a lot of work out here today for it cuz the currents so bad but nonetheless we're making it happen and the bike get the bike come on take it take it areas mine actually my he kind of feels different this feels like a scam I'm not sure just pull the anchor so I could go around the boat ah something's going on here it's not up right hold all the anchors not up to me do this not on that yeah that's act oh man please be a tuna we're good it's a king mackerel it's not a black king oh man that almost knocked Brian out we lost that King right at the boat the weight came back and barely missed his head all right guys the fish or turn it on we just caught a nice scamp a giant four million and we're hitting top every single drop will be eating well for the next couple of weeks this is a nice shoot nice fish here Brian room this is the nicest fish I've hung all day hands down [Music] he had no fight to him at all very strange strange fish if this is a scam this is a monster unless I got two of them there yes there it is ah don't be a gag grouper say the reason I said don't be a gag grouper just because you're not allowed to keep them right now in the state of Florida but I want you to look at this guy right here that is a nice fish that's a pretty one all right I'm on a roll guys I'm on a roll I got a scamp and a grouper back to that the scamp in a gag grouper let's keep the rhythm going losting Oh Brian's got a stud Brian's got a stud let's see if we can get him off the bottom oh man dude I think you got him up now I got one - I got one - mine's not small let me guess the net shoot big Alma cut we're gonna be able to keep him we're good I thought he was fouling come here come here there we go man Brian just came through with a big amico those are great to eat and they're a fish that you're allowed to keep right now and so that's kind of a fill the cooler full of beat fish that's a nice Alba you can tell the difference between them and an amberjack see that pointed man on the top right there that's a good one man alright so we're doing a good job right now of grocery shopping let me just tell you I'm dropping down again I the bike has officially turned on now we just need that tuna bite on top all right I got one coming here this one feels like a decent one hails like at these oh I think we'll take that one you're number 15 whoo that's a monster there that was fun that was just a quick trip this morning we've got our cooler slam packed with with all kind of different species we're gonna take home and eat so there'll be a catch and cook coming soon as well I'll probably bring Melanie into it she hadn't been on the channel in a while let her do some cooking so be looking for that as well headed back to the dog about to clean some fish [Music]
