well hello and welcome this is nate hope you guys are having a really great day today or evening whichever time you're watching this so today we're going to take a look at this uh i believe this one was the cedar canyon 2070 i'm not 100 sure i've been a minute since i looked at the hit the layout of the facility but i do know this is a cedar canyon model there'll be a link in the description below so don't forget to check out the description below for more information on the home so today we are at united family homes in nampa idaho this is a three-bedroom two-bath home with lots of really nice features i'm sure you're gonna like what you see once you get inside trying to figure out where to walk at here so i can not be too far away but yet not too close [Music] hi so this is me and i want to tell you that i have to interrupt my dad's shows for important messages that's right folks come on down to the fine folks at united family homes and they will hook you up with a 500 regular important ship so you do have a back door here which can be right off your uh laundry room the one thing i do like about all these homes because it is really hot out here today close to 100 degrees out all their homes come for air conditioned so it makes it nice and easy when you get inside so not a whole lot here on the back side that window there is going to be right up above your sink i don't mind if there's no underpinnings on this home these are show models you just order off of these homes of course these will sell eventually but that's why there's no underpaintings here there's something that kit homes does which is who manufactures this home that is a upgraded package and i believe it's standard now actually on all their homes but it is an upgraded insulation package so for those of you living in the northwest where you know it gets kind of cold i know where i live at in montana it gets sometimes 20 below zero that insulation package will come really handy come winter time and in the summertime too when it gets hot out it'll help keep the heat out so really nice vaulted ceiling to go right along with that big window there so really nice size living room now this home as you can see all the trim everything is done in this natural stain of course you know you can always change the colors if you want all the cabinetry and everything is that natural stain there's that back door that we were looking at i'm not sure if you can option that in as a sliding glass door or not but uh might be something to consider [Music] some nice size dining room area here so live every moment laugh every day and love beyond words pretty good words to live by so as you can see this is kind of a wide open floor plan good sized kitchen not really much of an island obviously no island but you got this really nice-sized counter over here [Music] once again you got stainless steel frigidaire appliances [Music] [Music] no soft clothes i'm sure that's something you can probably option in nice deep cab or drawers here for your pots and pans another little nice feature they got built in over here they got spice rack looks like there's two of them oh nope that must be for your sheet pans your cooking pans [Music] a good sized kitchen now there is room if you wanted you might be able to put a small little island in there or just get you one of those roll arounds and once again you got another really deep set of drawers over here [Music] and you got some pull outs pretty well thought out kitchen [Music] so you lots of storage in your kitchen area this is going to be your pantry let's see is there a little light in here soon [Music] lots of storage in there i'm curious to see because it's not a walk-in but yet lots of storage so as some of you might already know i'm not the first one to be at united family homes here somebody else beat me to it by about a week so i'm curious to see if he did the pantry dance on that one and so here is one of those skylights that i was talking about and you find where the light switch is at so as you can see it still lets in quite a bit of light even without the light on there's going to be your washer and dryer area no wire rack so it's kind of nice to see even room for a stand-up freezer let's see do we have any closet space here or is these all hot water and furnace no you do get a a closet on the dark side without the light on but [Music] so there's a back door there plus you have that door off your uh kitchen or your dining room area there so plenty of ways to get in and out of the home in case of emergency so down this way here is going to be your bedrooms and your bathroom so this is going to be your guest bathroom or kids room nice deep tub there one piece shower tub combo hello raiden those of you that are new here i do wave to my kid in every one of my videos if i try to anyway i have actually forgotten a couple of them nice little storage closet right outside your bathroom there he lets me know when i forget to he kind of what he watches all my videos whether he sits through him or not completely that's a whole different story but he waits till i wave and then sometimes he gets up and walks away he calls youtube watching movies so he's like dad you're in you got your own movies so this is gonna be your closet a little dark in here there's no light i'm not sure if you can optional light in there or not with it being that dark in there it might be something i would consider to try to do if i was to get the home but you do got good sized bedrooms in here both bedrooms are pretty good size now this one you can see a little better in the closet the sun is actually shining directly through the window still a little dark in the in the ends there but really deep closet you can see it runs that whole width of that wall there the other thing pointed out to me is with the heating and cooling system they have in here you can set a temperature and it automatically adjusts depending on whether it needs to heat or cool and if you're away you can control that with your phone so if uh all of a sudden the temperature drops or gets too hot you can change it so that it's either nice and warm or nice and cool in the home when you come home really big bedroom in here once again all the trim on the flooring is that natural stain i'm sure you can option that in as a different color if you wanted to so again really nice size bedroom and back here is going to be your closet i've done a home that has a closet real similar to this in fact the model real similar to this but it didn't have this set of shelves in it [Music] and the other thing i was pointing out and this one doesn't have it but it's still got the spot for it you can put another shelf there so those of you that have uh some long stuff you need to hang up whether it be the guys or the gals you can hang your long stuff so once again you got a really nice size closet don't mind the extra trim pieces or rug they got sitting there now you can access your bathroom either from the closet or from the bedroom so we're going to come in from the closet here nice set of cabinets right when you walk in one big large vanity mirror your tub in this bathroom is located up in the corner here and almost with the doors shut looks like it's the only access a nice set of cabinets [Music] and then your shower is right over here behind your sinks now this is just a big 60 inch shower it's still fiberglass i'm sure if you wanted you could option that in as tile one thing i've noticed every time you get these sliding glass doors like that on there that bar it's always down low so anytime you go to get in you're gonna have to duck so something to consider is maybe getting a different style of door
