Best section to live in the Palm Coast - BEACHWALK

there's a small new community being built in the  Palm Coast of Florida yeah I know it doesn't sound   that special but it is in a gem of a location  and I'm going to tell you where hi everyone Kim   Devlin here with Kim Devlin team I help buyers  and sellers every day in this beautiful part of   northeast Florida so if you are someone that  wants to learn more about Saint Augustine and   the surrounding areas then you're in the right  place so hit that subscribe button so I'm going   to take you on a tour of a new community that  I've been watching for months now while they   were breaking ground and now they are building  homes this community is located in my opinion   the best area of the Palm Coast and that is the  hammock which is situated between the Intercoastal   Waterway also known as the Matanzas river and  the ocean now I'm going to tell you why this   is so great but first let me tell you a bit about  the community the Builder is Richmond America and   they are offering five floor plans ranging in size  from 1800 to 2500 square feet with three to five   bedroom options now there are only 50 Lots here  like I said it's a small community the lots are   already predetermined which basically means each  lot has already been permitted with a specific   floor plan and structural options have already  been chosen but you still have the opportunity to   personalize everything on the interior of the home  at the design center so let's just take a quick   tour of one of the models to give you an idea of  what they're building this specific model is the   Augusta this floor plan is all on one level with  three bedrooms but may have the third bedroom as   a study like you see here there's also the option  to add a second floor but only if the Builder has   already included it in these structural upgrades  prior to getting the permit it's definitely a   wide open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen  large dining area and a covered patio this   floor plan is approximately 2 450 square feet and  starts at 598 950 this price does not include the   design center options for the interior so figure  on at least 10 percent bringing you to about 660   000. for more information on the floor plans  click the link below for the details now let's   dive into the community amenities so what does  it have not much there's a playground for the   kiddos but the best part about this community and  why they're there are no amenities is because it   doesn't need any why because you can walk to  the beach yep the beautiful Hammock Beach is   only a half mile down the street not only that  you have jungle hut walking trails across the   street as well as all the beautiful Oak canopy  walking paths throughout the hammock and over   100 miles of trails and paths that connect to  it throughout the Palm Coast you basically get   to enjoy the Nature's outdoor activities at your  doorstep and if you love entertainment there are   a few great places to watch live music and get a  bite to eat like hammock wine and cheese and JT's   also a short distance away is the public  supermarket and there is a hammock Hardware   if you need something in that department residents  will also enjoy easy access to Fort my chances for   swimming fishing and beaching plus Washington Oak  State Park just a short Drive North the community   is about 30 minutes to St Augustine's historic  district and about 40 minutes to Daytona the   hammock area of the Palm Coast is a special place  and it is truly old Florida and the zoning has   kept the area from over development which is why  we get to enjoy the Lush and natural landscape   if you have kids the neighborhood is zoned  to Old Kings Elementary School Indian Trails   middle school and Matanzas high school if you've  always wanted to live near the beach but feel you   would have to spend over a million well you don't  have to so give me a call to learn more there's a   link below to schedule a time or to shoot me a  text or email me I'm happy to help you well I'm   gonna go to the beach so thanks for taking this  tour with me and I'll catch you on the next one
