BEST KARAOKE SETUP FOR YOUR STUDIO! 🔥

[Music] [Music] so you probably saw this video on how to set up a karaoke system for singers but that's more for karaoke parties and gatherings if you want to share the living room space with the big tv and you all sing but if you want to practice individually and still be able to hear yourself as if you're in a concert but you're really in your bedroom try this because i can do that right now hey everybody three songs hey buddies welcome back to the amazing channel today i'm going to show you an easy way to set up a karaoke system in your bedroom or wherever your desk is and your computer and all that sure you can go ahead and go on youtube and sing along without a microphone without anything but it's not as fun because why do people like singing in the shower because of the reverb from the bathroom you can hear yourself sing and it's more fun but you can't sing 12 to 15 songs in the shower without wasting water unless you're gonna stand there like butt naked so pretty much you're singing in the shower in your bedroom it's an easy setup i'll leave all the links in the description for all the options that i suggest and some are the ones that i use and some are cheaper options if you ever feel lost go to zaynrema.com studio and find the bundle that fits your budget all of those bundles you can set up a karaoke setup like this so here are the three things that you're gonna need one a computer it doesn't matter what kind of computer just one that you can plug in a usb because you're probably gonna need it if you have a microphone and an audio interface if it's an xlr microphone where you plug in an xlr cable you're gonna need an audio interface for the microphone this is actually a microphone meant for like the studio where you record but it's really nice and it's really clear sometimes i take this off so that it's more crisp and clear i plug it in through xlr and to my audio interface and that audio interface plugs in to your computer because you can't plug this straight into your computer tell me if you find any sockets like that on your computer you know if you have studio monitors on both sides of your desk left and right you can plug those cables into your audio interface it sends those signals to your computer i recommend headphones if ever you're trying to sing some karaoke you want to hear yourself sing wearing these so you can hear it through the headphones if you don't want to be too loud it's really nice to hear yourself sing with this sometimes it's hard to like hear your own voice so most singers they show one ear so that they can hear their voice in real time and also from the microphone now if you want to record some songs and stuff don't let it play out your speakers just let it play out your headphones and then that's computer if you have an xlr microphone plug one end into your microphone and plug the other into your audio interface if you have the shure sm7b you're gonna want a cloud lifter so it gives you clean gain because this one it's good at drowning out outside noise it'll make your sound really really soft and to the point where you're gonna try to turn the gain up on your audio interface all the way up just so you can hear yourself but then it picks up all this extra noise all this white noise so you don't want that you want clean gain you need to have a daw i use logic pro 10 but if you don't have a daw i recommend for beginners two free ones band lab or soundtrack and i did a video on that you should check it out it's completely free and you just sign up and use that so you want to go to preferences or settings and you will see two options for output put your computer speakers or the audio interface name for input make it your audio interface name or the name of your usb mic so the same thing goes with any other daw change the input to your audio interface name or your microphone which this would be the usb pnp and then go to your audio preferences you can switch it to your audio interface name or your computer speakers you don't have to wear headphones if you want to play it from your speakers now before the last step if you want to have some sort of reverb to your voice to where it sounds like you're singing at a concert i recommend going to vocal effects depending on what daw you use if you do this through band lab or sound trap it's probably in the voice effects section turn it up a little don't overdo it don't drown it out there should be a button where you can hear it back and it's usually named monitor monitor is the way that you can monitor your sound on logic pro it's this eye button and it's orange when you light it up test all you got to do is go to youtube type karaoke don't close the other tab and just [Music] not sing easy bam you're done that's your setup in the future invest in some like sound panels to absorb some of that echo so it makes it sound more clean when you sing into your microphone so that's a way you can have your
