[Music] what are you going to do first i i just want someone to sit in the garden well you can get you can do that before though yeah hopefully i've written it all down it's all down on a chalkboard what you're allowed to do what you're allowed to do it's a monday the first thing i'm going to do is hug you i might lick your face on the 21st of june you're going to make my face best bit for a monday nice to be back by the way nice to meet you um well we don't always have a backup but uh we look like one of our video links might have gone down today and uh and james martin was here cooking amazing sausages and all sorts of beautiful food and he said i can if you need me as an emergency i can do um scrambled eggs so he was on standby but the video link didn't go down so you're prepped and we thought well it can be our best i reckon you make the best scrambled eggs of anyone i've known i wonder how much butter is in there pressure pressure right i'm going to show you how to make a really good scrambled egg all right so the key to this is a warm pan not too hot to start with all right warm pan not too hot because you you're trying to cook the eggs without color i know yes so it's like making an omelette you don't you don't make it omelette and brown the egg yeah the omelet's the hardest thing to make how many eggs per person uh for me four four eggs per person yeah you asked medium eggs tell me that skim milk it says black pepper and really good black pepper best peppermill what is it i can't read well that's that's really good perfect oh they make carrots yeah wow yeah salt pepper double cream [Music] mix this together i knew it well double cream on milk you can't put semi skin with it listen with my mum making scrambled eggs with skim milk in the microwave so i know don't even let me start how she made roast chicken in the microwave we just went chicken ding she pushed the whole thing on and said chicken in the microwave and it used to and it was completely white completely white and it's cool chicken what chicken ding right now you've got to keep moving the pan now ignoring it so when you start you keep going use the wheels in there you put butter butter in there salt and pepper in there and when you're going now keep going keep it on the heat now start to turn it up a bit and like i told you that a wonderful french name monte or burr yeah this is called bubbus slightly under done i like it which is what scrambled eggs should be so you can see it starts to mix together as it starts to thicken up now that's nearly there we then lift it off we then take it onto our plate a bit of smoked salmon if i add it but i haven't got anything left because i've cooked everything that's been in the fridge and then we pop our scrambled egg oh my god on there well today we did it again we've been taking you through windows of the world we've been on safari we've been to the northern lights and today we went to rwanda to go and visit the gorillas are they having a fight they're in the volcano national park in rwanda there's only about a thousand of them all endangered we had our guide francis who is the size of its foot telling us all about it yeah so he's the he's the silverback the dominant male with always it's called silver back because he's back to camera that guy but the whole family all tight-knit community and francis and the and the team they've got to stay a certain distance away because gorillas share a massive amount of the same dna as we do so they're very close to us so the last thing they want is for them to not just catch kobe but also anything else that we might be carrying what a lovely thing yeah amazingly amazing where are we gonna go next i don't know where do you fancy i don't know pyramids yeah we could go to the pyramids we'll definitely just listen to the team upstairs or we haven't done we haven't done you know sort of water underwater i was thinking water then i thought that's going to be impossible because i want to go and see a dolphin well not necessarily because cameras can go underwater yeah if you get the right ones yeah um there's a challenge guys so you know what great barrier reef dolphins uh turtles you know let's next time we want to go underwater yes how's that for the signal and he looks he's going to move a bit oh he's facing some oh hello there you are that's a better shot of you hi christian so can he can he sign be kind for us are you ready baby kinda so let's have a look let's have a look at that one because we want to learn that as well so it's behind we had the most fascinating of chats with the with the reverend yeah it was a chat that could have gone on all day long so this was reverend jason bray and he was well we you would think of him as an exorcist but they don't like that term because i think some sort of demons and devils and not very nice whereas he is what was the word they used a deliverance minister yes well done that really i felt that big hoist from the back of my head a deliverance minister so he goes in and if you've got a problem with a ghost or a poltergeist then he's got his holy water and he prays and but it's it's recognized isn't it well this was the thing that stunned me the most when i was reading all about it this morning is the fact that you're sort of trained by the church approved by his boss the bishop insured by the church so if he goes if he's seen going into someone's house with his bag of stuff to get rid of the spirits then people in the street might think oh there's something going on in there and you the value of your house could go down then he might get sued and so the church um is is insuring him i had no idea and he said they don't talk about it much they keep it all very very hush-hush not anymore not anymore not anymore blowing the lid off that one who are you going to call jason bray not quite the same ring is it so we're actually ensuring you know for that reason and that's one of the reasons why we um don't talk about it too much and um you know writing the book all of the uh you know a lot of the details have been changed so that um uh maybe people can recognize themselves but nobody else can recognize them from you know from the book what's in your kit what do you take into someone's house what's in my kit well um we've got the bag here the ghostbusters that they the proton pack that's what i'm hoping to see here so so you know basic bag it's got a whole load of stuff of books and bits and pieces it's got um useful cross so that's the one i tend to wear when i'm going with me it's got sashes of salt for um i'm making holy water and it's got a communion kit so um we use brand obviously and wine real wine and um then um you know the you know the the tool that we use most often is the holy water sprinklers so um when i go to a house um i'll um you know sort of go to the main room explain what i'm going to do usually bless holy water and then get out the sprinkler and um you know sort of and start from that room work my way around the house and then we come back but that's the that's the basic two weeks so it's the uh does it always work sorry does it always work no it doesn't always work um sometimes uh you can get situations where um you know it's uh it's not that at all so in the book i describe going back to see somebody repeatedly uh and uh you know we we bless the house and it's quite clearly not um you know sort of not a sort of paranormal presence there you go compare those two it's exactly the same exactly exactly same thank know how thrilled were you well really excited i don't know if you've been watching um married at first sight australia and a bit of a bit of a spoiler alert because in order to have this conversation we have to talk about spoilers but we had jules and cam on who obviously got married at first sight and then went through the whole experiment and it went well it was a successful experiment and they've got a little little baby son called oliver i know they've got baby oliver um but i'm literally hooked on this show so i've been watching it and there's a lot of episodes so once you invested it like there's been a lot of lockdown watching this thankfully dan watches it too so we saw every night been watching two or three episodes is it one of those shows that you could do slightly quicker yeah you can i could i fast forward a little good you could but that's really naughty like sorry program makers out there because i'm sure every bit but yes you could a little bit let's um let's start with uh with you getting into it both of you what what was the state of your love lives that made you want to take this extreme step jules [Music] i'd literally searched the whole world to find my guy i actually lived in the uk for 14 years and i came back a year before and i felt like i was the face of bumble i was dating all the time and to me it was just a very extreme date so i just was like where is my where is he i actually applied for the show i sent a video in and pretty much said i'm a cat where's my guy sign me up so that's how it happened for me what about you cam i was actually having a beer in uh in a pub with our irony that three mates that are all married with kids and uh just had some some scouts that came across and said any interest in a dating show and i said well everything's aligned at the moment my life's in a really good place let's let's give it a crack i i didn't really go in with any fear to be honest i just went in and thought i was going to be myself have integrity with all i do and hope for the best and say it it starts the line and it was a beautiful amazing day well to say star's aligned i mean this was an experiment and it was a success so explain where you're at now what does your what does your lives look like together [Music] well this is our new home that we just bought uh our little son is asleep right now and fingers crossed it stays that way yeah but we do have a son a little ollie chase and he's a delight and we're very very fortunate yeah absolutely loving him but jules is very strict he's pretty she's putting to bed very early if it was me i'd go in there now and send some love to the uk oh my god he's gorgeous we're off to experience la dolce vita in venice with our very own gondolier andrea barbie good morning and
