YouTube above average Cod here today with a quick little video to hopefully help you guys aim a lot better with the new Bandit Evo starting weapon here in Halo infinite rank I'm just going to rip through a couple things that have been helping me find success with the Bandit to hopefully help some of y'all either struggling with the Bandit or maybe afraid to kind of make this switch away from the battle rifle and ranked so guys here we are in Academy training where you can already select the Bandit Evo make sure you select the Bandit Evo and not m359 Bandit uh because they are subtly different and the Evo will be the one with the scope that is the starting weapon now first biggest thing that I found success with with the Bandit is changing nothing I did not change any of my aim settings controller settings fov I kept everything exactly the same I know that's going to be the first question here however I will say I run a lower Sensitivity I run three 2 and 1/2 3 and a half guys the reason I go so low is because I have a lot of success keeping my reticle over the enemy and doing a lot of tracking that is more important than ever with the Bandit Evo and I'm going to do my best to explain why being a single fire weapon you have to be much more careful and controlled when you are pulling that trigger especially in a 1V one gunfight with the battle rifle guys you could miss wide a little bit or shoot them in the elbow or something of that nature and still get a decent amount of damage and you can see just how quickly I'm putting in damage even without having this enemy centered in my reticle because it was very easy to just drag over you could hit one pellet two pellet so even if your aim wasn't really dialed in guys you could still sink a pretty substantial amount of damage with that battle rifle the reason you have to be more careful with the Bandit guys is it is single fire you get one b bullet per trigger pull so if you miss wide you miss high you are putting in no damage and the reason I bring sensitivity into the matter guys is because if you miss wide or even high and then you overcorrect you miss again you are already two bullets in that gunfight and guys the Bandit is a five shot perfect it is four shots to the body one to the head or it is a three shot to melee so if you miss those first two bullets guys you are at a severe disadvantage in that gunfight so I encourage your most important shots to be your first bullet and your last bullet being the fifth one or once that enemy has their Shields cracked guys the reason being what I just said um you do not want to miss wide if you snap up and over aim take the extra second to bring the reticle back before you pull that trigger so maybe you're only maybe a half a bullet or even one bullet behind that gunfight as opposed to two because again you can get melted very quickly with this gun as you can see here but it comes with good shots and a very important first shot now to talk about the other most important shot the final shot guys the final head shot can be very touchy and I believe it is three bullets to the body to get a kill adding three more bullets on top of that takes quite a while and you're probably going to find yourself losing a lot of gunfights if you are not aiming for that head so my best tip for the final head shot guys is make sure to line it up before you pull the trigger line it up and then take the shot just like that do not just keep spamming the gun I promise you you will have so much less success if you're going about gunfights just doing that every time and these Bots aren't strafing very well because they are on Marine just to kind of show you guys how I go about this but if you have somebody strafing a lot better guys and you are just trying to hit that head shot all willy-nilly I really can't show you here you are going to miss over the shoulder you are going to miss over the top or you're going to put some into the body and that is going to take longer to kill the enemy and if you are going up against somebody with pretty good aim with this weapon guys um you're going to find not a lot of success in those gunfights now I will say scoping in for that final head shot can probably help you a lot especially when learning it's not a big magnification increase guys but can help you kind of get that lower little sense and just more precise aiming for that final head shot now next up guys I want to talk about something that I've talked about in every single aiming video I have ever done on the channel and that is left stick aim I said you have to be precise I said the single first and last bullets are very important keeping your reticle tracked over the enemy is going to give you the most success with any gun in terms of aiming the better you can track and keep this reticle hovered over the enemy the more success you're going to have guys and this comes with left stick aiming you can see they're strafing side to side using your right stick to try to track over them where you actually get less aim assist with the right stick um it's going to be nearly impossible trying to keep unless you have the steadiest hand east of the Mississippi here you're going to have a very hard time keeping the reticle over the enemy if you're using right stick excuse me if you use your left stick however much more slower much more controlled movement and you actually get more drag aim assist with the left stick in this game so once you drag that reticle up you get the first bullet on the enemy you then want to rely mainly on your left stick to keep the reticle over these enemies here guys and that will keep you from tugging the reticle too far it'll keep you from over aiming and under aiming and it'll frankly just make it easier to keep all of your shots in one place guys the only time you really have to use right stick is at the end of the gunfight if they try to jump they try to crouch then you have to do the up and down adjustments so now you can kind of see why the first bullet and the last bullet are the most important here guys it is because you snap your reticle over to the enemy with the right stick once it's there use your left stick to put the body damage in and then use the right stick again line up that head shot and make sure it is over the enemy and you hit it practice doing this over and over again and guys start to hit some perfects start to get more comfortable with the gun and I promise you you're going to find a lot of success in these gunfights now I know you're probably wondering what you should be doing while you're taking those shots guys movement wise I would focus more on the side to side because again you're going to be using this to keep your aim over the enemy focus more on that than making the enemy Miss just that ment ality alone will help you hit more bullets and then at the end of the gunfight guys once you get comfortable hitting that final bullet using a little bit of right stick jump at the end of the gunfight jumping again makes the enemy use that up down motion they can't just rely on the strafe to hit that final head shot jump and it will make it so that they have to move their reticle and I promise you there are people out there that are not practicing with this thing and there are certainly people out there struggling with this thing guys so the better you can get and then you add that little jump you are going to be an absolute Menace with this thing and that's really where I've been finding a lot of success with this gun but again be very careful with that first bullet if you miss a couple in the middle that's okay those are a little bit less important one because chances are they might miss one or two bullets as well but more importantly you are landing damage this thing pumps damage so quickly and you can see just jumping around like an absolute idiot here you can see how much damage I'm able to lay down with this thing so even if your aim's not perfect guys if you can sink in two bullets three bullets or even four bullets of damage you don't have to worry as much about that headshot because you are going to have Assist coming out of just about everywhere guys and I'll be honest I'll wrap this up with I love this gun it feels much more competitive if you're skilled with it guys you are very rewarded that's why I want to get this tips video out very very quickly um to hopefully help you guys with it but I'll be honest it's not a drastic change but it does require a bit more careful aiming and it takes like I said a little bit more skill to use I love it I think it's going to be great for rank in the long run guys and hopefully you're having a good time with it if not or if you have any questions on how to improve further with it um let me know down in the comments but I recommend literally going in Academy training guys go around and do exactly what I told you focus on laying that first bullet like right there if that guy gets away I hit one to two bullets of damage he runs away runs into another teammate or something or even just backs off and he's scared to take the gunfight it is very important to hit that first bullet and that last bullet guys so I really hope this video helped you out guys subscribe down below uh a lot of tips videos tons of Halo
