BEST 2023 Buyers Overview - ALL Sub-Compact Tractor brands

today I'm going to be covering 13 subcompact tractors some you may have considered some you may not even heard of I've researched all the major manufacturers in the subcompact tractor lineup and try to pair them with models that are competitors to each other here are the items I'm going to be covering on each model the manufacturer the model number standard warranty term where the tractor is assembled a break down the loader and the backhoe model numbers that are paired with each manufacturer I'll provide a total cost that it would cost you to buy a tractor with the backhoe and the loader the bucket lift capacity including the bucket breakout and the lift to full height capacity Max lift height the backhoe dig Force the Dipper stick force and the depth that it can dig the fuel capacity the engine manufacturer the gross horsepower and the type of transmission this video is not meant to be a full on review of each subcompact tractor but it's an overview to help you decide what tractors to start considering and all I had two picks near the end of the video that I think you should consider when shopping for a subcompact tractor and I almost guaranteed there'll be a big surprise for most of you and you may be very surprised to learn that one of the major brands that almost everybody turns to struggles in the lift capacity and dig Force categories I compiled this data from the manufacturer's websites trying to be as accurate as possible if I miss something or get it wrong be sure to leave it in the comments below so we can all learn we can all have the data that we're looking for when we're trying to go out and purchase our next subcompact tractor if you just started your research you may be surprised that the majority of subcompact tractors share the same engine manufacturer matter of fact seven out of the 13 subcompact tractors that I'm going to be reviewing today use the same manufacturer for their engine in addition there are three others that share another manufacturer brand for their engines leaving only three brands that have unique engine manual manufacturers and only two of the brands manufacture their own engine let's get started with a brand that almost everybody will know this manufacturer has the highest backhoe bucket force and Dipper stick force on the list number one the Massey Ferguson GC 1725 equipped with the FL 1805 loader and the cb65 bico comes with a five year warranty and it's assembled in Jackson Minnesota the average price that I found on this tractor was 24 999 the breakout force is 1 392 pounds the lift the full height which is 74 inches is capable of lifting 922 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe is 2476 pounds the Dipper stick force is 1748 pounds the max dig depth is 78 inches comes equipped with a 24.5 iseki three-cylinder engine and a 6.6 gallon fuel tank let's jump right to the number one selling subcompact tractor in the United States if you're thinking orange you're right number two Kubota bx23s with the la340 loader and the bt603 backhoe comes with a six year warranty and is assembled in Gainesville Georgia the average price that I found on this tractor was twenty four thousand and ninety five dollars the breakout force of the bucket is 901 pounds the lift to full height at 71 inches is 613 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe is 1936 pounds the Dipper stick for us is 1171 pounds the Dig depth is 71 inches and it's equipped with a 21.6 horsepower Kubota three-cylinder engine with a 6.6 gallon fuel tank this next one is a newcomer in the chapter Market but has really made its name for itself building high quality Zero Turn Mowers and they also have a pretty cool name number three is the bad boy 1025h equipped with the BBL 105 loader and the bbh105 bako comes with a seven year warranty and is assembled in Batesville Arkansas the average price that I found for this tractor was 24 999 the breakout force on the bucket is 1235 pounds with a lift the full height capacity at 71.3 inches at 617 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe is two thousand twenty pounds and I was unable to find any information on the Dipper stick Force the Mike's dig depth was 76 inches and it comes equipped with a 24.6 horsepower cook j3 cylinder engine and a 5.8 gallon fuel tank so we might as well cover the manufacturer that makes the engine to more than half of the subcompact tractors that are on my list today they also have a 10-year 3 000 hour warranty which is best in class number four Yanmar sa223 with a yl110 loader and a B65 bico comes with a 10 year warranty assembled in Adairsville Georgia and the average price that I found on this tractor was 25 942 dollars the breakout for us on the bucket is 1 342 pounds lift to full height which is 71 inches at 825 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe is 1918 pounds the Dipper stick for us at 118 pounds the max dig depth is 76 and a half inches comes equipped with a 24 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine and 6.1 gallon fuel tank next is the lowest price subcompact tractor in my overview although this tracker several thousand dollars less than any other tractor on the list its stats are pretty impressive number five the ls mt-125 equipped with an ll1100 loader and an lb1107 backhoe comes with a six year warranty and it's assembled in the United States unfortunately I was unable to find which state it's assembled in the average price that I found on this tractor was twenty thousand nine hundred and ninety nine dollars the breakout for us on the front loader is 2039 pounds lift to full height which is 72 inches the Max Capacity is 966 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe is 2194 pounds and I was unable to find any information on the Dipper stick Force the max dig dip is 75.1 inches and comes equipped with a 24.7 Yanmar three-cylinder engine and a 6.6 gallon fuel tank next is a brand that builds quality tractors under several different brand names number six the Tim t224 equipped with a tx22h loader and a tb50 backhoe and is assembled in the United States throughout four states and the average price that I found on this tractor was twenty four thousand dollars and I was unable to find any information on the breakout force of the loader lift to full height with 71.3 inches at 617 pounds on the backhoe bucket Force I was unable to find any information the Dipper stick Force I was unable to find any information on his ad as well the max dig depth was 66.5 inches and it was equipped with a 22 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine when you go to Rural King you'll find this brand parked outside their stores number seven RK tractors the rk24 equipped with an l-75 loader and a BH 6.5 bico comes with an eight year warranty and is assembled in Ohio and Florida the average price I've found on this tractor was 24 597 the breakout for us on the loader was 1190 pounds lift the full height capacity which is 75.3 inches was 771 pounds the bucket force on the backhoe was 2050 pounds the Dipper stick for us was 1256 pounds with a Max dig depth of 77 inches equipped with a 24 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine as of January the 1st 2023 this brand will be made by Tim number eight Branson tractors model number 2505 H equipped with a bl95s loader and a bh9 95s backhoe the average price that I found on this tractor was 25 349 dollars comes with a six year warranty and is assembled in South Korea the breakout for us on the loader was one thousand five hundred and Thirty One pounds lift to full height was 75.5 inches with a capacity of 992 pounds I was unable to find any information on the bucket force and the Dipper stick for us the max dig depth was 76 inches it's equipped with a 24.7 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine one of the most recognizable names in agriculture equipment also makes pretty good subcompact tractor number nine the New Holland workmaster 25s equipped with an lc-100 loader and a 905 GBL bico comes with a six year warranty and is assembled in North Dakota the average price that I found on this tractor was 25 500 I was unable to find any information on the breakout force of the loader however the lift to full height 72 inches this tractor was capable of lifting one thousand and five pounds the breakout force of the backhoe bucket was 2194 pounds and the Dipper stick for us was one thousand three hundred and thirty two pounds the max dig depth is 79.4 inches and it's equipped with a 24.7 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine and a 6.6 gallon fuel tank the next one on the list is the most expensive subcompact tractor but they have a customer base that is very loyal and this brand does not need no introduction number 10 John Deere 1025r comes with a 10-year warranty and is assembled in Augusta Georgia and the average price that I found for this tractor was 32 803 the breakout for us to the loader is 1819 pounds the lift to full height capacity at 71.2 inches was 803 pounds and the backhoe bucket force is 2036 pounds I was unable to find any information on the Dipper stick Force Max dig depth was 72 inches and it's equipped with a 23.9 horsepower Yanmar three-cylinder engine with a 6.3 gallon fuel tank this may be a surprise to some but this next brand is the world's best-selling tractor brand strangely enough a lot of people outside of the agriculture Circle has never heard of them number 11 Mahindra e-max 25l equipped with the 25 SK loader and the 26b backhoe comes with a seven year warranty and is assembled in Texas Tennessee California Pennsylvania and Kansas the average price that I found on this tractor was 29 837 and the load of breakout for us was 2 000 pounds lift to full height 71.3 inches come in at 900 pounds on the backhoe the bucket force was 2 270 pounds and the Dipper stick for us was 1248 pounds the max dig depth of 80 inches and is equipped with a 24 horsepower date on three-cylinder engine this next brand has the highest loader lift capacity of all subcompact tractors oddly enough breakout force is not the highest on the list as a matter of fact it's one of the lowest on the list number 12 coyote sc2520 equipped with the sl2420 loader and the SB 2420 backhoe comes with a four year warranty and is assembled in South Korea and China the average price that I found on this tractor was 24 995 dollars the breakout for us for the loader was 1 329 pounds lift to full height which is 73.7 inches was 1062 pounds on the backhoe bucket force it was rated at 2 105 pounds the Dipper stick for us was rated at 1183 pounds the max dig depth was 72.8 inches and it comes equipped with a 24.5 horsepower dadong three-cylinder engine last but not least relatively new to the subcompact tractor Market but a very well-known brand in skid steers and heavy equipment number 13 Bobcat the CT 1025 equipped with the fl-6 loader and the bh66 backhoe comes with a two year warranty and is assembled in Statesville North Carolina and the average price that I found on this tractor was 26 299 the loader breakout force was 1554 pounds the lift to full height 72.9 inches and a capacity at 608 pounds the backhoe bucket force was 2 240 pounds and I was unable to find any information on the Dipper stick Force the max dig depth was 73.1 inches and it comes equipped with a 24.5 horsepower Daton three-cylinder engine and a 7.1 gallon fuel tank and as promised earlier in the video I'm going to provide two tractors that I would recommend to test especially if you're buying the tractor the low odor in the backhoe and this is going to surprise you it's not Kubota or John Deere and I know that's not a popular pick but hear me out for just a minute Kubota and John Deere are excellent tractors but Kubota is lacking in terms of performance and John Deere is significantly higher priced than all others in no particular order the first tractor that I'd recommend you to check out is the Yanmar sa-223 it has the best in class warranty and it's manufactured in the United States this manufacturer makes the engine that goes in the John Deere five other brands and its own tractor although the warranty is only five years and not eight or ten like the other brands I do feel like the Massey Ferguson offers the best bang for the buck versus all other competitors Massey is owned by the AGCO company the largest Pure Play agriculture company in
