Bench Top Router Table Build - FREE PLANS

hi in this video I'm going to show you how to build this simple router table with an adjustable sliding fence for my trim router [Music] [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] that's how it's done now it's doing them together [Music] so that's fine complete now top I'll just [Music] [Music] [Music] we [Music] you you [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] and [Music] [Music] [Music] that's the router base secured to the grip just dropped it needs a force and a bit to enlarge the hole in the top and I'm going to use the same size holders in the existing router base [Music] me [Music] [Music] [Music] Hey [Music] here's some is to tracker pot left over to run into the top of the table and idea being that this of a hole going through and slide back and forth on it so I'm going to have two bits of teacher at one here one here so I need to mark where the tea tracks going to go [Music] you [Music] and to the 10 types of that I can do I am and I know exactly how much [Music] [Music] [Music] so that's please sliding mechanism don't turn these move it to me with it make sure it's square if I was going to make you a square properly a square on here to make sure that it's all lined up and this time moves down [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] you [Music] so that's all a glue dried and it all finished I've installed the router and off-camera I just shampooed with my hand plane and little groove under here to collect sawdust and prevent it from from catchin I might finish it with some wax of some sort but for now it will do time to test it use the sound fit there these piates cook quite nice edge on something to their fanciful exactly the sort of stuff before crank it up a little bit higher and there just takes a bit more off there you go my sub from there well I'm particularly pleased with is the is the dust extraction there's no dust floating around it's a really good design which it was my own verb it's not but it's uh it's definitely working how it should so happy with it so that's the end of the video I hope you found it useful I'm really pleased with how the router table turned out the one thing that I probably will redo in the future and I'm not happy with was the whole like art in the acrylic for the router itself is slightly off-center and it's not great finished because I stupidly used a force and a bit so you're going to do that yourself I don't use a force on big use a hole hole saw or something similar I hope you found it useful if you did please give it a thumbs up you can see links to some of my other videos will be up here and up here please feel free to to leave comments on this video and let me know what you think and also please become a subscriber if you're not one already to subscribe you can click this link down here hopefully see you again soon alright [Music]
