we know Bella loves a little Razzle tassel she loves little brown doesn't she she needs it she needs it love you miss you hello Vogue this is Bella Hadid and we are on my newest Italian Vogue cover I'm so excited I can't wait the clothes look amazing the set looks amazing so I'm gonna go get dressed I love you I hope you enjoy and I will see you very soon my first Italian Vogue shoot is still to this day one of my favorite covers I've ever done that's little baby b and this is big big big b it was an issue for new faces and Steven maisel was shooting it and it was my first time shooting with him we all got there at 7am and the girls kept going and going and so finally I go in and shoot with the great Steven maisel I sit down and he starts taking my portrait and then my agent got a call that night or the next morning saying we want Bella to come back all right we're ready come on we're gonna do our first shot obviously I superintended back there the next day I walked into Steven's studio and I looked around and there were 25 massive pictures printed out of me from the day before all of those portraits everywhere and I was wearing this amazing Prada look I walked in and Steve and said okay walk men and Painters outfits start walking by these big portraits of me that were everywhere and I'm just standing there he just said be strong and I was like okay Steven four months later the issue comes out and I was on the cover still to this day it's my favorite cover one of the greatest days of my career now we're back here with Italian folk and we're gonna try to make something just as iconic [Music] so we're on look eight of 18. I think it's really fun for us to be able to be on set with a team that we all love and are obsessed with because we can be creative we just all want to Stage people to make the best pictures and the best art we just literally want to get the best looks out you know Bella's staying to get all those shots my problem is that I literally will stay until midnight I just feel lucky that I get to work with people I love that will also stay to get the shots with me but I think we need to do a good liner for this one you know the thing about copernic which is so funny is I think everyone probably thought we'd practice that for days or a lot of insight went into you know what we did and what happened but I really got there 45 minutes before I literally was choosing the song I was wearing while I was about to walk onto the runway I honestly when I was out there I didn't know when the lights were going to turn on I didn't know when I was supposed to then walk down the runway after they sprayed the dress moments like that really stem from just pure energy that we give each other backstage and the relationship I have with the designers and with hair and makeup it's not so much about preparing it's more so being in the moment and being extremely present and really understanding and conceptualizing the art behind the fashion and the project on something like this today where we can be super creative I'm always bringing out my Keynotes and my decks because I just have so many ideas so in my free time I just fill up these presentations I guess and then when I'm on set I can talk and have creative collaborations with you know makeup and hair and see what they like and what they don't like the people that I work with also know me very well and so now we come to sets like this today where it really is a dream shoot for all of us together so I feel really lucky to be at this point in my career now where I can really rely on my creativity and my friends creativity to be able to make the best artwork we possibly can that will be timeless and look back in 15 years from now and just be proud of it thank you so much for joining me today I'll see you when the story launches I'm so excited I can't wait now I'm gonna change into something more gorgeous see you later [Music]
