hi everyone welcome to cook Stacy cook today we are making beef chow mean this is a recipe to help you make a chow mean that is better than restaurant take out are you hungry now let's start cooking finally means two cloves of garlic cut half of an onion into large strips take the time to separate the onions now cut four green onions in half length White then sprit the white part and cut into 2 in sections then cut the green part into 2 in sections too but keep the green and the white Parts separate we will also need some bean sprouts wash them and Jin them thoroughly cut the beef into th slices make sure to cut perpendicular to the direction of the muscle fiber marinate the beef with soy sauce dark soy soy sauce oyster sauce sugar baking soda corn starch and a little bit of water mix everything up evenly and then add a little bit of oil then prepare the cooking sauce for the noodle by mixing dark soy sauce soy sauce and Sun sugar now we are ready to cook I'm using fresh chami noodle today add the noodle to boiling water if you are using spaghetti use about half of the amount by weight follow the cooking instruction on the package when the noodle is ready drain then and mix a little bit of oil into the noodle to prevent sticking now preheat a pan over medium high heat as some oil and add the onion bean sprout and the white part of the green onion to the pan we have to work fast here because we don't want to overcook them give them a few quick toss to coat them with the oil and season them with a little bit of sugar and salt quickly mix them up and then add some rice wine continue to stir until the rice wi Cooks off and then add a little bit of the sauce we prepar for the Charming earlier mix them up well and then remove them from the pan add a little bit of oil back to the pan and pfy the beef we can add the garlic to the beef now once the botton is slight ly Brown flip them over and add some rice wine continue to stir the beef until the rice wine Cooks off and then add some dark soy sauce for seasoning and color give it a few stirs until the color is even and then add some water once you see the water thickens and incorporate into the beef you can remove the beef from the pan now add a little bit of oil back to the pan and pan fry the noodle spread the noodle out and let them pan fry for about a minute then toss them around and pan Fred for another minute then we can add the sauce we prepar earlier I like to add half of the sauce mix them into the noodle and then add the second half stir the noodle to mix the sauce evenly and then we will add some some broth or water to brace the noodle if you are using broth make sure to use unsalted broth also if the noodle you use is a little thinner don't add as much liquid here cover the pan and let the noodle brace until it soaks up most of the liquid we do need to stir the noodles and check on the progress occasionally once the noodle has soak up the liquid we can and add all the ingredients we prepare earlier back to the pan give them a few more toss to mix everything together and we are done look at the results the noodle is soft and full of flavor the beef is tender and the smell is unbelievable I hope you give this recipe a try let me know how you like it in the comments if you like this recipe please share with your friends and families thank you for watching and I will see you next time
