[Music] hi my name is Zach visa I work with Hayden outdoors we're here at the bear Gulch ranch 320 acres just outside of the town of Estes Park we're about an hour from Denver and we are literally at the base of Rocky Mountain National Park bear Gulch ranch is 320 total acres its bordering National Forest to the east as well as state land and then Rocky Mountain National Park to the west but we're located about 20 miles outside of the town of Estes Park Estes Park is a great place for fine dining outdoor activities biking hiking so you're welcome to the ranch by a gated entry which you have great year-round access off of highway 7 the driveway lines through beautiful aspen groves and pine trees you actually cross the creek while you're going there too and then you come up to the ranch house SS Park is known to be right at the base of Rocky Mountain National Park the National Park it's full of tons of wildlife tons of trails that you can go hike the ranch is really unique in the fact that it's basically like owning your own Rocky Mountain National Park you've got 8 miles of maintained hiking trails you can go fish you can go hiking you go bike where we're sitting along to Xhosa Creek at the bear Gulch ranch this Creek flows for over two miles on the ranch there's great brook trout fishing and they also have native cutthroat which is fun we actually just threw a line in and first cast we caught a fish so it's great fun fishing there's hiking trails right along the creek so it's easy to access the whole Creek on the property and it's absolutely gorgeous the pond is spring fed by multiple Springs and all the water rights haven't been adjudicated to the pond we were out there this morning and the wildflowers are going the birds were chirping there was ducks in the pond the owners have actually even seen moose swim across the fishing in pond is great for rainbow trout the opportunities here for recreation are pretty much endless actually with the eight miles of manicured trails you can hike you can bike you can do whatever you want we just got back from Lookout Rock where we looked over long's peak and the ranch the views here at bear gold tranch are absolutely hands-down the best the the only thing that I can compare these views to our views that you'd see in the Swiss Alps it's truly breathtaking the sunsets the sunrises you're literally looking straight up at long's peak [Music] the main house it offers about 5,200 square feet it's got its own gym super upscale finishes a great outdoor patio the master you've got a door that you walk out and you can look at long's peak it's truly breathtaking the main home has vaulted ceilings incredible masonry and really good woodwork the floorplan it's very open so you've got the kitchen that goes into the living room with a huge fireplace there and overlooking long speed you have the outdoor patio it's a great place to entertain friends and family you've got the outdoor grill you've got the fireplace it's a pretty cool spot as the Overlook the peaks there's a long hallway in the main house it leads over to the gym area check out this gym can't get much better than this you've got weights you got climbing rope great place to do yoga out here on the patio as you look at long's peak and just a great place to relieve stress and get a workout in the bunkhouse it's one of my favorite parts of the ranch it's very very rustic yet very updated the feel that you get when you're in the bunkhouse is is pretty cool you can sleep at least 16 people even though the bunkhouse feels very cozy and and it's a little bit smaller than the main house it still has pretty open floor plan where it overlooks longs peak in the pond and a couple Meadows out front here so the three homes total almost 11,000 square feet in 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms the three homes include the main house the bunk house and the caretakers house the furnishings in the house everything is being included as being offered fully turnkey so one of the really unique things about the ranch is you never know is here we're only 20 minutes from Estes Park but as you come through the gate and drive down through the driveway through the trees and you come up here you never know who's here and it's truly secluded it's like a sanctuary [Music] if you'd like to take a look at this truly incredible property please contact me Zach visa or Dax Hayden for a qualified showing
