♪♪♪ [grunts] Ha ha. Being a superhero isn't easy. It takes a lot of hard work and training. Long before I got my powers from that radioactive spider bite, I learned how to run, jump, and climb at the playground. Playing outside is a fun way to get stronger and faster. I have spider strength, but you can work on your strength right here with your parents' supervision, doing [grunts] pull-ups on the jungle gym. [grunts] Thwip. The playground's also a great place to practice your thwip-ing poses. Wanna see that again? Watch closely. Thumbs out, pointer and pinky forward, and ah, thwip, thwip, thwip. Ha ha. ♪♪♪ [meows] Whoa, whoa! Careful, Mittens. [purrs] To be speedy like me with my spider speed, you can practice running all around the playground, weaving in and out of obstacles, like the slide and the jungle gym and the swings, like they were bad guys. Faster and faster and faster! But watch out! Oof! Oops, for getting dizzy. Whoa. You can even practice my spidey wall crawl without a wall. Wondering how you were gonna get up the wall, right? On a wall or just running, balance is another spider ability of mine that you can work on too, by balancing on the balance beam. [grunts] While the muscles in your arms and legs need to work out, so does the one in your head. Intelligence is the superhero's best weapon. I use mine to invent and improve my web shooter. [laughs] You can problem-solve too. We all know that the slide can be wet in the morning with dew. And nobody likes getting wet accidentally. Planning ahead to bring a towel is one way to solve the problem. Another is using a napkin from your snack. Or if you're Spider-man, a quickie wash and web dry. You can use your brain power to make your own web shooter or another cool wipe invention. Either way, it's good to be prepared. And if you keep up your training, you'll be prepared to help others and save the day. [meows] Oh! Duty calls. On my way, Mittens!
