all right guys I'm gonna put together a quick video of three common body armors you'll find on the market today as February 19 2020 so this is the battle steel level for ceramic and polyethylene ballistic plate so this one is but a hundred bucks right now each for each boat at calm the next common three so this was actually tested and he tested it so it's level three but he tested to level four standards and it did complete the test successfully I think it stopped green tip and three white because it does have some alumina and then polyethylene as well but it is level it's tested the MiG low NIJ level three and I actually just noticed that the manufacturer was quite a while ago and I just bought this plate like last week but this is level 3 from le PG another solid play really lightweight I think this one the level 4 is listed at 5.5 this one's listed about the same and and I'm gonna test the next one this is a common one unfortunately it's kind of shady artwork but they're a decent company it's ar500 Armour it's a steel plate and it's a 10 by 12 and it's level 3 as well but this one's super heavy I think I don't know what they list on their website probably 8 pounds or something like that but it's really heavy in comparison to the other ceramic and polyethylene ones because it is steel so level 3 level 3 level 4 so love for in tests has held up really well and a level 3 also like I said has been tested recently and has held up extremely well as well and then the level 3 and almost the LAPT level 3 almost holds up to level 4 State Standards a level 3 AR 500 has been tested over numerous years and seems to be a pretty strong plate as well so I'll do a little weight test for you guys here we'll start off with the AR 4 500 level 3 and I believe like I said it's listed like 7 or 8 pounds on the website school so look about eight pounds six ounces about keeps moving cuz I have to balance it I'm barely touching it not putting any with extra weight or anything on it yeah eight pounds six ounces so almost a half pounds so that is here is the level 3 la PG which i think is yeah 5 pounds 4 ounces so not even 5 and a half pounds outside say closer to 2 just 5 pounds on the dot really I mean that's that's awesome that's really light weight here's the level 4 which i think is so this says it's 5 pounds 2 ounces I think it was listed at over 5 pounds 4 ounces what I just measured it to I think it was measured to like 5 and 1/2 pounds so I mean we'll say that's pretty close this is the level for from battle steel and I believe they list these at 5 and 1/2 pounds 5 pounds 12 ounces so pretty close to 5 and a half pounds so outside guys level 3 are 500 came in like eight and a half pounds are really heavy definitely not worth it it's cheap but definite with it with two awesome armors on the market that are hundred dollars each like that's that's hard to beat man level 3 la PG 99 bucks on their website level 4 from on bo-tat dot-com I believe website from battle steel and it's a $99 plate as well so go check those two out this one if you're really on a budget you could get but I don't recommend it even though they are a good brand I would I would stay away for now since we have some low price awesome budget armors out there right now thanks for watching guys
