[Music] to make things easy for me I'm going to use a stud finder and Mark where all my studs are so that way I can Mark a line straight down and I can um nail all my board and the panels onto the studs I cut the first piece of baseboard and put it in place so I can just figure out how much um scribing I would have to do but right now uh the moment I put the level on I notice there's only about a slight pitch and I measured it and from one end to the other is about a quarter of an inch uh difference so it's not a lot it's it's you know slowly pitched to one side and I'm wondering if I can just leave it that way I having to go through the trouble or having to scribe the baseboard so that everything can be leveled um doesn't sound like a lot of fun and so wondering if I could just leave it [Music] a [Music] n 34 and a [Music] quarter Oh My Gosh n look at this huge what the hell did I measure I think I just it up all right well obviously I can't just leave it like this and have a huge gap I mean call can't fix all this so here's what I just thought what if I just cut it here at the end and then make another piece to fill this PL this space here I do have enough to do that so this way I still can manage to salvage this piece and I don't have to redo the holes all right let's try that what the again what the hell am I missing all right I guess third time of a charm let's see if I measured it correctly this time oh yes this is a tight [Music] foot [Music] he [Music] n [Music] this was our first no the 2 to 4 in of snow were the perfect amount to turn our backyard into a Marshmallow World while my golded doesn't mind the snow My Husky failed right at home still my golden made the best of it [Music] d [Music] he [Music] hey [Music] n [Music] paint is on and it's looking very very good all right so the top of fitum I'll be using this is a shark bite and it's from a/ in to a 3 in uh 38 inch and this is what you typically use for uh toilet sink fitting and your um benity as [Music] well [Music] you want to make sure that the toilet itself is level as you can see right now it's pretty good [Music] all right the way this fting The Works is you have a a screw a washer and this like butterfly nut let this side up chop it [Music] in all right with the screws tight we close the Caps the water is in toilets are in nice and tight even out and it's a self closed toilet lid and toilet seat so that's pretty neat and then just to give it a test voila it works no leaks and we're open for business nice [Music] okay all right so we're looking at the back of the vanity and I measure the position of the water pipes related to the height of the of the vanity and I notice that one I don't have enough room to the pre-made cutout and they're actually a little bit wider so right now the from edge to edge on my water pipes is 9 in and this is about 9 and 1 half and so hopefully with this spaced out uh with this cutout that I'm going to to make I'll be able to fit the the water lines and the fittings in into the [Music] vanity yeah tou it's not because it's a bab yeah that's what I want I wanted to touch the floor so maybe I have to lift it higher B need to move towards the edge too yeah is it tou I'm not sure if you can see but there's where the fittings are and just fit just barely all right so this is the faucet that we're going to install here if I read this correctly you'll drop the faucet to the hole on the cter toop this already has a seal so you dropped it on the countertop then underneath you install the first the washer I mean the gasket the washer and then finally you screw in this piece this nut you screw in the nuts and you tight it and then the last step is to tight the screws to make sure it's nice and tight and it doesn't wobble or move and then you do this the same thing for the for the handles and then you move on to making that water connections and that's it pretty simple because of the green color it's getting pretty dark in here and so first thing I want to do is install this [Music] light and I suggested to use uh black um outlets and um switches I think it's going to look good it's going to match with the countertop so that would be [Music] nice check the direction of your uh of the name and it gives you the the direction it should be says top so that goes on the top so that way when your switch is in the bottom it turns off switches up turns off that's this cable here ground [Music] okay one down two more to [Music] go [Music] yeah [Music] all right we finally did it we completed the bathroom remodel and of course it took longer than I anticipated but it is done and we are so excited it looks gorgeous just the look that we were going for and so if you're ready I would like to show you how it [Music] looks [Music] so what do you think you like it we love this bathroom it just it sets the mood it looks gorgeous looks vintage it looks updated what a huge improvement over what we had in the past if you liked it and if you want to see more of this project please like And subscribe and I'll see you in the next video thank you all right [Music] bye
