BASS FISHING TOURNAMENT! ($80,000 BASS BOAT) | BASSMASTER FISHING 2022

all right so the horn just sounded and i am in a fishing tournament right now i just entered the fishing tournament we have 30 minutes until the tournament is over but i'm not a pro fisherman or anything like that but this is gonna be a lot of fun you can see in the top left-hand corner there's fish all around here so i might check out the map here figure out where we are so here we are on the map but this is bassmaster fishing 2022. as you're watching this it's out right now on playstation xbox and steam i'm on steam on my pc so hopefully i can get everything figured out and thank you my weight so you can see the leaderboards in the top right hand screen nobody's caught anything yet everybody's trying to figure out where to go okay so it's 13 feet deep the water temperature is 72 degrees it's about seven in the morning here all right there's some big fish right on that point let's play this point here look at that oh and it drops off to 30 feet all right i like this spot right here we're 90 feet deep now i'm in uh fifth place so people have start have started to catch something and it's bass only so largemouth smallmouth bass all right let's get casting and the first cast of the day is in the water let's see what we can do all right there so there's a lot of fish on my garment here okay now i'm in 12 place isaac called a five pound bass so right now i have a lipless crankbait on and there we go got a fish good strike all right fish is on the first cast of the day i already got a fish i don't want to okay hook strain come on come on this is a big one keep the line keep some tension on here okay i think i got it there we go okay that was that's really small but you can see i customized my character here so i look the coolest guy on the tournament to one pound one ounce better than nothing it's a spotted bass it's not a large mouth bass there we go got another one hook slip nope good strike good strike all right i had to i was three or four casts in got another fish here all right can i land it oh i missed it missed it all right one pound five ounces i need to uh maybe i need to switch baits to try and attract some bigger fish because those guys are slamming up but as you can tell i'm gonna take a little time here check out my setup so i got this awesome boat okay a fish literally just jumped next to my boat i think i'm in the perfect spot got a 250 horsepower motor in the back young dinger boat but the really cool thing about bassmaster fishing 2022 is that you can play cross platform and you can play multiplayer with other people whether you're on pc or xbox or playstation right there's uh they'll look like a catfish oh here's the bass series bass come on come on get it here's another bass here we go got him good strike okay i've got to do this game too i i kind of know what i'm doing here we go we're bringing them in 10 yards away i have my tension on okay no no no no except my drag i don't want to lose this one here we go nice and easy the hook strain okay this is a lot bigger fish i should probably mess with my drag so i don't break the line because i don't have braid on it here we go bring them in bring them in oh no oh no dude look at my rod oh my goodness this is going to be i'm in 16th place so i'm going to need to land this fish so let's take our time there we go holy cow look at my shades i look like a beast 11 pounds all right check that out 11 pounds 0 ounces i think it was 13 inches long it's pretty crazy wait i think i don't think any of these oh yeah that bass didn't count it must be uh i think it's large mouth small mouth and then spotted bass so that was a white bass that didn't count so here comes the catfish we don't want a catfish oh gosh this view is really cool though what are we in we're in it here we go here we go here's that's a largemouth let's see if we can attract them come on that was our fish all right guys this isn't looking good i'm i think i'm almost in last place but if i just get a big fish i will go really high in the leaderboards here we go got another fish come on fish on oh this exciting no it's tidy okay well better than nothing it's a largemouth bass okay nice nice okay better than my last one one pound 11 ounces all right i think my problem is i'm kind of catching dinks really really small fish so what i'm gonna do is i feel like the the so i had a rattle trap lipless crankbait let's go to a leopard frog or we're gonna do this chilly uh deep diving crank so because it dives so deep we're gonna have to we're gonna have to cast it pretty far out here we go come on this is this might be my last hope because we're about halfway through the 30 minute time limit and we haven't gotten anything all right let's see how this goes all right that looks like what it's going like five six eight feet down i will admit i haven't i haven't caught anything yet on this crankbait but it oh there's a fish but it does look really really cool going under the water quite a bit oh there's a fish come on man come on no he it's like he'd eat tv but even though we're seeing fish around here i'm just not catching what i need to catch so what we're gonna do is jump back in the boat we have uh yeah we're halfway through the tournament so we need to find gosh the map looks so good this is kind of where we're playing this is toledo bend that was a good point maybe let's try a different point and there'll be more fish around there so let's see this we're in 23 feet of water 20 foot okay there's some big fish there okay what if we try this a little deeper all right this looks pretty cool let's try the crankbait for a few casts then if we have to we'll switch to the uh to the original one but i have another tournament another collegiate tournament after this and whatever i get between the two is going to be my score against other content creators as well so i'm a pretty competitive person and i want to win so hopefully we can learn a few things here and then take it over because we still we still have plenty of time if we land uh like two or three big bass all right there's a bass come on let's go oh come on come on alright maybe next cast what i'll do is try casting a little to the right okay so let's reel it in let's cast a little bit to the right there we go got a fish oh i lost them i i guarantee you that was that exact fish well that's it guys uh the first round or the first tournament i am last place so my lot buy a lot so honestly like the this eight pounds doesn't even seem that much i i i can't talk i got two pounds so we're in toledo bend and now we're gonna do one more tournament hopefully i can get better than 50th place here we go we're taking off that's the uh that's kind of the place we'll weigh at the scale house and everything this is i like this place a lot there's a lot of fish around here too like i said guys if you have if console players pc players xbox playstation 4 and 5 you guys can purchase the game now it's out now and uh it's fun i like uh i like flying around i'm up on plane now honestly you know maybe my favorite part of the game is is driving it's really cool that the dynamics are pretty nice well let's look on the map see where we want to go oh it looks like it's kind of like a a river system which is pretty cool all right let's back up i would say my guy looks pretty cool you guys can customize your character however you want to i went with uh i don't have much money i found out you need money to make your character look really cool but i got the i got the shades those those are really good for seeing the fish underwater the mullet that helps me catch more fish and then my tournament jersey and my cargo pant looking things here we go let's cast her out there we go 42-yard cast that was pretty good here we go here's a fish got him perfect strike okay that thing looked a lot bigger and okay yeah yes yes it's giving me a fight so this thing doesn't weigh a pound oh it's taking some line it jumped oh no don't break the hook don't break the hook don't break the hook okay real dead real dude gosh all right nice and easy i'm trying to time it out come on come on big boy there we go land em oh that is sick how big is this fish holy cow five pounds seven ounces that thing is a tank that looks pretty cool we are gonna keep going with that that was my first cast of the day here and i like this spot a lot wait i'm not even in first place so i think the last tournament the last lake we're at a lot of guys didn't catch a lot of fish i think everybody's doing a lot better today but hey i'm in the top five right now with a five pound bass which is a hundred times better than last time let's see if we can get something again here here we go dude there's so many there we go got another fish good strike i was gonna say if we don't catch a fish here but hopefully they're a large mouth bass instead of crappie okay that looks like a bass and it's fighting me all right come on be like a three pounder if it's three pounder i'm happy okay that maybe look maybe two maybe two all right one pound one ounce that's not what we're looking for but it moves us up we i don't think we're gonna get last place this time all right try and land him there we go we got him holy cow look at that that's a large mouth bass it will account for our weight four pounds okay i was actually wrong it's a spotted bass not a large mouth we're in seventh place 16 minutes left and we're on a roll another fish here let's go this one really close to the boat so i don't know oh he looks big oh that's a walleye i was gonna say it didn't look like yeah three pound walleye okay that's really cool that there's so many different species in this game so if you don't want to just do bass fishing then you can go for walleye probably musky catfish all that crazy stuff holy cow that's a largemouth bass and that thing is huge that's gotta be five pounds six holy cow six pounds 11 ounces we're in first place 20 pounds 14 ounces that is awesome okay here's what we can do it like i told you guys before i'm playing against a.i right now but i'm actually oh i already got another fish i am uh i'll total up my two numbers between the tournaments and then that will go against other content creators as well who are doing the same thing i am playing two collegiate tournament games okay okay get that out of here yeah you're wasting my time i always i wish i could just toss them quicker so i switched to a frog because i was just getting oh no it broke off it broke off i bet i ate a huge fish there okay so i switched to a frog because i think i'll one i don't think little baby bluegills and and perch and stuff like that is gonna be going after a frog so hopefully we only get bass with this i feel like it'll be a lot better odds but i just broke it off so that thing was huge i wasn't even reeling in there's a lot of fish jumping too come on this would be so cool there's one that just jumps right by the boat there it was i called it okay please be a big one oh it's decent size at least be a bass okay he's fighting quite a okay it looks like a bass it might be a spotted bass yeah it's a spotted bass that doesn't count might be another big one hope we have 30 seconds to land it okay it'll be solid it'll be solid i'm guessing three four pounder maybe five we'll see though bring her in come on big cat get in here oh no don't don't don't break my heart there we go yeah that's probably a three four pounder there we go four pounder and i think like we'll be good so it looks like we won first place 27 pounds 13 ounces and two of those were six pounds seven ounce bath so those those were big there we go we were the champ first place that was a lot of fun playing and and we won the tournament which is really good but we'll see how we stack up against everybody else but i want to quickly here go through everything and kind of kind of just explore bassmaster so here's the bow i was running it was the blazer 625 pro elite which i think is one of the best boats in the game it uh at least it goes 75 miles per hour now other boats get like 25 slots so i think you can have more storage for your rods and baits and everything some of this stuff gets expensive bass cat jaguar 90 000 100 000 let's go in here see what i can do right now i have it selected i believe i had yeah i had it selected on the yum graphic which i think looks pretty cool it's like the yum digger uh like kind of senko looking baits and you can switch between booyah 13 fishing and you can just do like generic ones but what's really cool is character customization you guys saw me i was rocking a mullet the whole entire time so here's my mullet of course you gotta here let's check out this guy you can do a little ponytail i'm not a big fan about that man bun then you can do like the full like whatever hair so you can customize your character so much you can rock different shades you can change between your jackets your pants there's a lot of customization that you can code through yeah there we go uh yeah let's buy it purchase there we go now we got a camo jack it was 1500 bucks so that was character customization bass uh bass boat customization equipment and then you can play different game modes so you can just do it at your own leisure just explore the different maps the different lakes and then you can go to like the career mode where you're you're versing ai and just computer generated uh opponents and then you can go online one thing that's really cool i haven't tried out but i've looked into was the bass master royale so it's kind of like your typical battle royale games and you can go in there and i'm not really sure uh the the details but you guys should check it out then you can just go bassmaster public so you can actually play people online which would be really really cool so there's quite a bit a lot more to the game than i showed in
