BART from SFO to Downtown San Francisco

okay here we are terminal one sfr going to catch the air train to get to the bat this is how we go to downtown San Francisco on public transport there's a bit of a hill here if you have luggage might be a little difficult to uh to push up this hill we're going to be using the clipper app which we've loaded into our Apple wallet to pay for our tickets [Music] heading up to level four there is an elevator I don't have any luggage today so we're just taking the escalator it's an area of SFO they're not really familiar with [Music] just missed that one oops so we have the AirTrain Blue Line which goes to the bar so either the blue line or the red line the trains approximately every four minutes we'll go with whichever one comes first there's an international terminal one we need to get to the gym bark train so these are the red opportunity will probably prefer the red train alive [Music] let some Country Medical Group foreign foreign [Music] noise overnight here so this air train between the terminals and to the BART and the rental car is fast and efficient and I think I might have misled you earlier you don't need the clipper app to take the air train it's only for the bad the air train is free and very frequent door is closing that was the catching the air train to the BART station and now at the part where we're going to use our clipper I don't know why but the the clipper app never seems to work on the first swipe I always took two or three swipes through this whole trip thank you just had to find the right Tika gate there they were moving please stand clearance as you can see there's plenty of space on the bar for your luggage so it's perfectly okay to if you have a lot of check luggage to catch the BART into town okay now we're off to downtown San Francisco in bucadero station so this BART train is really fast it's certainly faster than driving and there's no hassles with traffic so if you're tossing up between taking an Uber and taking the BART I highly recommend the bat foreign [Music] faster than driving a car [Music] clean fast I don't know what the station is foreign [Music] for us the Embarcadero I'm sure that pronunciation's not right but this is the last off for us they seem to love their automated announcements here [Music] eight hours you will confirm Don't Panic folks that was just me Central Subway experience changes are here .com foreign lucky so three swipes to get it to work not really uh that effective so that's the trip folks it takes about 40 minutes it's hassle free convenient as long as you have a smartphone very very easy highly recommend it if you have even just a couple of hours to spare at San Francisco so that's it for today we'll cover this uh this craziness some other time so please hit like if you appreciate my content and hit subscribe if you'd like to be notified of upcoming videos thanks a lot it really helps me out
