Banana Pancakes

here's what markets are having for breakfast it's 8 26 and I'm making Banana Pancakes I've tried so many different pancake recipe over the years but I think I got it down the key is not to mash the bananas in the pancake batter and you can use whatever pancake batter recipe that you like whatever you do do not over mix the batter and make sure you let the batter rest for about 10 to 15 minutes now take your banana and slice it in half lengthwise and you're just going to slice it thinly and now we're going to cook our pancakes I like to use an ice cream scoop proportion add our chopped bananas right on top see I like this because you get to control how much bananas are in your pancakes when you mash the bananas into the batter I feel like it's just too strong of banana flavor maple syrup goes at the bottom and on top it's 904 and we're done and that's it I hope you guys have enjoyed this video I will see you next time bye
