weeks I can't remember what the hell I was doing very sorry had to take last week off we had a family vacation um we had a good time those of you who joined us for the Divinity original sin stream heard the story had a really good time snowboarding did come back with a minor a very minor flu sort thing so I wanted to I wanted to do a surprise stream this week but I just couldn't so got some work done though managed to finish my cyberpunk playthrough the 2.0 or 2.1 or whatever the hell we're up to now got that finished this yesterday actually got it finished yesterday and I say finished I got everything that I'm going to do before Phantom Liberty which is pretty much everything that I intend to do in this play through except obviously the end oh and also the ker iDine quests cuz they come so late it's the ker urine quests in cyberpunk come very very very late like way later you you really have a hard time justifying hanging around for them in my opinion I mean you can you can Pace all of the main quests you can Pace all of the main quests in such a way that you can kind of fit every single side quest quest in by you know don't do all three main quest lines at once do them one at a time and you can sort of slot things in and then you get to a point where the point of no return is available and you've already promised Johnny you'll go on the date thing or no you've promised Johnny you um you'll give him a chance to convince Rogue so you think okay well I promised him so I'll do that and then you get into you go get into all these things but then they gets to a point where it's like there is no reason reason not to do it but you got to wait a couple of days to get the kerine quest it's just a bit this is still a problem even in cyberpunk 2.0 and later the main quest pacing is still bad that's how you've never played the car's Quest shame though they're really good am I in act one or two well I'm in two I mean act one is you know that's in what and act two is everything else [Music] um is it or have I got that wrong he's still in act one no no I thought act one is in Watson oh when it are you talk what what are you talking about are you talking about this game Boulders Gate 3 oh yeah no God I'm right at the beginning no yeah was talking about cyber Punk so but yeah so I've got I pretty much got everything done um and now I'm at the point where I'm like that's it we're off to Dogtown so I have actually recorded my review of cyberpunk 2.0 basically it's not really a review of cyberpunk 2.0 it's more of a how does cyberpunk 2.0 compare to The Witcher 3 you know how does it rank up as a successor um to this awesome game yeah now that they've basically fixed everything sort of thing so I've I've recorded the I've recorded the audio for that I need to put it all together and you know edit it that'll take a couple of days but I'm going to try and get that out this weekend but obviously that is that is purely a comparison SL revie of cyberpunk 2.0 and later not the DLC I am so looking forward to starting the DLC maybe tomorrow or maybe next week really really looking forward to it I've heard very good things about it and of course I absolutely love cyber buunk so you know but yeah so that's that's what I've been doing this week um that and arguing with YouTube okay Veronica poova my honest suggestion to you go for try turning the karmic dice that everyone advised you to turn off on the game play is much more realistic to be fair it makes you miss less which is gameplay-wise more likely I just thank you very much for the team that's two of the fastest drivers on the grid mind you George Russell's one of the fastest drivers on the grid as well he's you know amazingly fast they call him Mr Saturday he just he doesn't translate it on Sunday but L Clair's kind of similar in some ways he's super fast he is like one of the fastest drivers if not the fastest driver um I think him and George Russell are just like superb one laap Specialists but laia tends to bin it a little bit on Sunday as well but it could be ton of fun could be a ton of fun um wasn't Hamilton with Mercedes forever I guess it he was until they stopped listening to him I think he was not happy with them basically they designed their car around an engineering concept and it just didn't work but drivers and he was really passionate about this and they just ignored him they finally listened to him they move basically they moved the seat the cockpit back to where you know it should have been all the time and he's way happier George Russell's way happier about the car but I think it was already too late he's already been like but um but yeah this year we don't know the the the practice at the moment is all up in the air free practice two Mercedes turned up the wit got one and two now it's only free practice you never ever take free practice but it's looking like Mercedes have actually got some qualifying Pace um Red Bull on the other hand we're not sure they didn't have a good second free practice so there's some suggestions they might not be comfortable at least over one laap pace I still think the predictions are they will win qualifying vapen will wi qualifying if you look at the the the laps best possible laps possible it does look like the sten's going to um take qualifying but it's only just but their race Pace looks formidable like really formidable so yeah looking forward to it but I'm not going to waste all my time randomly discussing these things cuz it's been a week since I played well it's been two weeks since I played and you guys are probably jonesing for me to just get on with it you don't think Red Bulls are sandbagging but I do think they still have the best car me too snake doctor in the race Pace definitely clearly the best car 3 4/10 faster uh f one lap pace for stamping wasn't quite comfortable though I suspect though tomorrow will be a different uh thing he'll probably be a lot more comfortable I reckon he's going to get qualifying by a few tenths but then in the race I think he's just going to run away with it that's my prediction but how was my holiday falling over numerous demonetized YouTube hates me I've asked for a review I'm not holding my breath the review process with YouTube is pointless to be honest it really is as as a general at least it has been with cyber punk I even contacted them directly and said could you possibly explain to me what part of my titles and thumbnails classifies as extreme profanity and they went well we can't give you the details but I'm afraid we do stick with our original uh ruling so I've delved into it deeper and that even though they said strong profanity in the thumbnail and title which there's no way the only other thing if you check the guidelines and go much much deeper it says for hateful content they don't specify what that is and they will not tell you where it is in your video you've got like a 1 hour video well 45 minute video apparently there's something in either the thumbnail or the um title that is Extreme profanity that is not the case you know I mean one of the videos was be nice another one was cars this one I mean this one was let's punch proceive right I mean but okay that I wouldn't say that was profan right but yeah so anyway uh is someone reporting the channel constantly that's my guess my guess is someone is just reporting every one of my videos and sometime because here's the other thing before this all started happening I I would upload the video several hours in advance maybe even the day before and the checks would get done befor hand um and the check still happen I still see it checking checking checking nothing found I then a few hours after releasing the video get hit this says someone is Spam spamming my Channel with complaints and they're saying it's hate content or something like that and maybe they're just picking something cuz cyber Punk's got a lot of moments in it with they're serious and they're just trying to pick something but they won't tell me what these are but that's what I think it is I think it's people there is someone out there who's either annoyed that I played Starfield or doesn't like cyberpunk and they're just reporting every video I make but it is unfortunately having a fairly dramatic effect so I mean I probably shouldn't say that because it just encourages them to keep going but I suspect nothing would encourage them to stop doing it anyway um but yeah I mean it has somewhat who would report me somebody just doesn't like the videos I'm making somebody wants my channel off the internet Y and there are there are plenty of people um who just absolutely despise me I TR I try not to engage with that side of things that much um cuz it's just not worth it but it's probably pred yeah yeah oh if I had to guess I'd say it was somebody who's annoyed that I uh liked Starfield honestly and and I know that sounds DED but I I would not be too surprised if that happens to be the thing it is amazing what people take offense at Starfield can be fun Starfield is fun mostly it's got flaws but you know I mean I I I completely understand why people don't like it and the whole exploration thing gets tiring very very quickly I say very quickly after 30 or 40 hours you start to notice loading screen fatigue so I understand why people Fallout 4 no not yet um I think I'm going to wait for the full conversion for Fallout 4 but that's probably a while away and I think that works better because I'm currently doing a Fallout 3 playthrough on the Fallout New Vegas engine that's what tailor to wastelands is I say currently doing I'm on um I'm on um a break from it obviously it will be returning I do plan on doing um The Point Lookout and the Broken Steel DLC don't about the into to the pit I probably will although I always find that one a tad annoying um I love the DLC as a general rule but the final decision always annoys me and no not because you have to make a difficult choice because you have to make a choice that I don't think should be made um I think there should be five or six other choices um but um it's that's what you get when you play games sometimes they give you artificial things it's always very annoying when games do that I think they should try to avoid putting you into areas where you can say well no why don't I just do X instead and it's a perfectly plausible thing to do within the narrative but obviously it's not something that the uh developers thought of or wanted is CH so so I I mean I don't mind quests that give you two bad choices because they're the only choices that are feasible and both are bad you're picking between the lesser of two evils but when a game gives you a a lesser of two evils choice but there is probably a third fourth fifth sixth and seventh choice that you can pretty much rattle off dead easily and say well I could do that in or I could do this or I could do that instead right I don't want to talk about it too much in case people have never played into the pit um but there's so many Alternatives there are so many alternative uh ways of doing things that it's just you know you find yourself like having to seriously deal with the artificial nature of the choice so um a Lonesome Road was another classic example of [Music] that you've been out of the loop for some time anyone else interested doing VA voice acting are you doing some voice acting for what what's Fallout London Fallout London is a mod for Fallout 4 but calling it a mod is a little bit uh of an understatement it is a total conversion mod basically kind of like a DLC a whole new land a whole new place but it's not a DLC for Fallout 4 you can't take your Fallout 4 character you you basically are starting a at least I think not I I I've always assumed you start a whole new character but you know what that is a huge assumption on my part that is a massive assumption on my part just not a th% sure how you'd get from Boston to London um you're just asking if anyone interested in doing voice acting for London okay well I think everyone knows I've sort of done some I don't mind doing more I want to do some I want to get I want to get hold of a a a beta copy of Fallout London not so that I can play it early I actually want to um like see console command my way around the the want to mod it the UI is made for consoles well the game itself is designed for consoles but you know mods modding has been a PC thing for the longest time it's moved over to console now and that's playthrough of The Witcher 3 did a sign build very powerful actually I was quite surprised at how powerful sign builds are the natives are restless wolf cler just because he's not been there yet doesn't mean he's missed though there's a lot to exp oh we getting those sort of comments yeah guys very often stuff that I miss like when I walk past once I'll spot when I B past it the second third fourth time I mean you know I know I get I get the feeling a lot of people like play like either raster scan an area so they don't miss anything or actually look at what they can miss and make sure they don't miss it you probably don't need to do that you know you can probably play these games a little more organically and still discover 90% of the stuff besides it's okay if you miss stuff in a game like this I mean look at Red Dead Redemption 2 everyone was well not everyone but a lot of people were panicked I was going to miss a ton of stuff the way I was playing and I got 91% completion on my first play through and I actually think I got more or less all of the Quest so the the other 9% were probably just Collectibles I think there was one Quest I was missing in that first playthrough I just played organically I think think people need to have more faith in in the developers but also not worry so much about stuff getting missed you'll probably discover stuff I didn't discover on my first playthrough but you'll miss stuff that I actually discover on my first playthrough go for can we romance you in Fallout London I don't know what what I'm allowed to talk about in increases by one to I mean I've already got I am already a performer surely I've got musical instrument proficiency yes resilient ritual Caster Savage attack Sentinel Sharpshooters skilled proficiency and three skills of your choice spell sniper tough warcaster I think for now I want to go actor proficiency check is doubled for deception and performance checks Charisma an extra point and then I I might actually want to go lucky I just like the idea of Lucky you'll need to remember you have the luck points during battles well aren't they moments aren't they aren't they like moments when you get rather have is I've got magic Missile is a good solid option for the level one Grease along with a cantrip that sets fire and chromatic AR CU it does a huge amount of damage so I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to keep all the level two spells just to get him out of Harm's Way be do lots of damage yeah I think that's what I'm going to do that is what I'm going to do and for him the feat could alert be useful for him or would it be better to use the get him intelligence 18 and what else Constitution 16 maybe get him intelligence I'm I mean I mean there's a lot of options here for him Mage Slayer when Creature cast a spell within melee range no that's definitely not but I'm thinking I'm thinking get his intelligence to 18 and then probably dexterity or Constitution which dexterity gets him extra armor Constitution checks though I mean saving throws could be really really nice he is a wizard yeah go for as what is [Music] as plus one int plus one con yeah you might want to check out warcaster or spell sniper well yeah you gain advantage on saving throws to maintain concentration spell sounds good you can also use reaction to cast shocking grasp at a Target I like that idea spell sniper you learn a cantrip and the number you need to roll a critical hit with spells is reduced by one this effect I I see what you're saying I feel like those two I should take next maybe I is it she can't cast that oh it's a self it's a selfon spell cantrip selfon all right then in which case is should I just do produce flame just so I've got some option to do fire damage I can't remember if she's got a fire damage can trip Shadow heart's Firebolt can trip is a ra IAL ability from being high elf it uses int and it's attack damage she has 10 int but 17 Wiz so she's not very good at that fireball all right but what about conjuration is she better at this is she actually better at this is this is this going to be more using the old clery stuff wisdom she has Firebolt produce flame isn't too bad to be honest I mean is she better with produce right so this uses wisdom and she's way better at wisdom way better at wisdom um and it also shs light so she could use it as a light and it is a c trip all right I'm going to take I'm going to take that and I think for the feet I'm sure there are some interesting ones here but for now I don't want to spend much more time so I'm going to once again do ability Improvement we're going to get her wisdom now to 18 and then it's what strength no dexterity although hey get a strength she could throw those Spears but I'm I'm thinking keeping her alive is more of a priority so probably intelligence cuz strength how far jumping yeah I I think the I think dexterity is the better option though I really do throwing is dexterity so thr wait what about that throwing spell wisdom is what's used to conjure the flame but wouldn't it be dexterity that's used to throw it all right well either way dexterity is the best option throwing is strength not dexterity so maybe she should have strength so she can throw that flame could be a possibility wouldn't it oh right so the dexterity bonus in medium and heavy armor is plus two so for example aaran should never be in that he should always be light it's treated as a spell though oh so it uses wisdom to hit all right then in which case I'm going to give dexterity just for a bit bit of extra armor bit of extra armor there you go so she's going to be a little better off all right got bit of extra Health as well which is nice why is Reginald a tiny bit damaged got this weird urge to start performing we don't level up shovel do we no time to rest all right okay we're not really getting very far each time are we I'm sorry a lot of this was because I this is my very funny but yeah so yeah first edition D and D was very very different to Second Edition second edition was like a huge change but a lot has changed since second edition as well like what you up to now fifth edition I don't even know what fako means by the way just you know AC sounds like like Armor class but role Master roleplaying game construction set oh yeah two hit armor class zero oh right yeah yeah well we used to have we used to have um hit tables we used to have to hit tables I don't know what it's like you know the weird thing is I can almost remember the pages for like uh various tables in the dungeon Master's guide oh yeah yeah Armor class the lower the better get yourself armac class minus 10 felt so backwards it didn't feel backwards to us felt perfectly normal to us I don't know why probably because that's just what it was it's you just you just go with what you just go with what's there don't you and it just becomes normal but we used to play um space Master which is kind of like role master um obviously more in space but we merged in cyberpunk rules as well so it wasn't in the cyberpunk universe but we used a lot of the cyberpunk rules sort of merge them in we got quite creative with it which is pretty cool what is what system of Dungeons and Dragons did the original balers gate use I'm guessing that was probably way later I remember white wolf I played one or two games so it was second edition yeah so probably I'd find second edition not a problem U the balers gate one but you guys should I mean f you you would find first edition completely bizarre but yeah the obviously fifth edition as it is now I think it seems a little little more complicated than the old system which is sort of good um but it's still got some of the same Genesis it's still got the same kind of level system and health system that that really you see in most RPGs even like computer RPGs to this date one of the things I loved about spacemaster role master was it just it redefined um the genre almost so so you didn't end up you didn't start off with a level one character with 10 hit points and then a level 10 character got 100 hit points um your health was pretty much the same all the time no matter what you did um you just got harder to hit or you had armor that reduced the damage you were going to take Etc but it was a brutal system it was a brutal system The Comeback chart was absolutely terrifying you could lose fingers Eyes Ears gain scars limps lose a foot you know you it was like it was it was a brutal system awesome to the point where where um I mean I used to do a gaming session with uh my brother-in-law many years ago that that was actually um towards the end of my tabletop um playing that was like was it late no it was I think it was very early 90s um and uh he and his friends used to call Dungeons and Dragons D and fluff instead of d and d d and fluff because it just so fluffy it's for it's for part-timers so yeah I mean tblop tabletop RPGs got the exact same sort of um snobbery that that computer gaming has so there you go fifth edition is fine way easier for starters to get into I disagree although that could just be because I was heavily into the second edition but the fifth edition everything I'm seeing in bal's Gate there's so many little things and odd it's just just the whole action and bonus action and this this whole thing is like completely out there I mean there's just so much stuff going on Advantage disadvantage what that you know back in my day dung and dragon you just had your bloody turn you old for initiative and you took your bloody turn you either moved and hit something or you know oh old school RPGs you actually had a graph paper in and draw Maps do you know what we did we got a a huge enormous piece of um card like an enormous piece of card that had um small faint squares drawn on it and we covered it it we were very carefully we bought this um I can't remember what it was called it was like a clear plastic uh stuff that you would roll onto book covers to sort of like protect them and we put it over I can't remember what was called and used to have to used two or three sheets of it and really line it up so you didn't get many seams and then use marker pens to draw and it wasn't wax paper it's it's a clear it's clear plastic that you cover things in um but it was sticky on one side I can't remember what it was called it had a name and it was like you know you'd peel off the thing and then you'd have to roll it onto the card but you have to do it without bubbles and You' have to do it so carefully and we got pretty good at it um but then you you basically had this giant like piece of card cellophane yeah I think it well no not cellophane because cellophane is what you wrap your sandwiches in um this was thick clear plastic that had a sticky layer on one side anyway um basically we drawing it with marker pens and then wipe it off so we would draw all it wasn't going it hadn't I'm not even going to try and think what it was called but yeah you used to draw well I used to draw cuz I generally ended up as the game master draw where they were the rooms but yeah there would always be someone with a piece of um well a pad filled with A4 with small square uh small squares on it and they'd be drawing their own map so they could backtrack to where they needed to be contact paper is the name nope nope God I can't remember what it was I I I I it's going to come to me in the middle of the night it's going to come to me in the middle of the night um but yeah your little lead figures that we painted they don't make lead figures anymore it's all plastic figures isn't it which is probably better but have you ever watched critical roll go for nope no idea what it
