Similarly, I remember where I was the day Jim Croce died in 1985. My dad and I were driving around in his TR with the top down on a goregous spring day, and they interrupted the broadcast to mention he had died...
I knew all of his music. Turns out we were listening to the replay from that day on AM. I was stunned. It happened in 1973.
Fantastic cover. I really wish we could hear the Dolores version of this cover. I'm betting it would be amazing due to her amazing voice.

This is the best cover of Zombie, if you want to have the feels while watching it and thinking of Delores
(I can't watch this without tearing up. The singer has an amazing haunting voice, and the entire group really channels the sadness)

Not to dissuade what Bad Wolves did with the profits from their version (which was awesome), but I don't like their version because of them changing the words to be more modern. (Drones? 2018?) Boooo.
