Back To The Future 3 Celebration - Riding On The Train & Time Machine Delorean on Tracks

today's adventure brings us to the small community of Jamestown California I'm gonna mosey up the road just a bit and head towards the destination it's okay I'm just passing through welcome everyone Adam the womb here today is the final day of an event that was put together to celebrate Back to the Future Part 3 and I have a feeling that the organizers saved the best day for last just a hunch join me Charlie it's all taking place here at rail town 1897 State Historic Park I'm really looking forward to this I have arrived a little bit before the festivities begin you know the old saying the early bird gets the worm or maybe in this case catches the train there's a few movie props tucked away in this building this is the headlight you can see how it has the 131 painted on the side and this was built specifically for the scene where doc and Marty jump on the back of the caboose and they fall down basically right down in there as they jump off their horses this is for they close up shop in the the Red Rock blows up and you see all the rivets pop off and smoke and steam coming out they've built this whole contraption just to get that close up and if you look in the back you will see fitting or they can actually pipe steam through oh yeah here's some of the original storyboards from that sequence you can see them latching on they're jumping off chopping off their horses and directly onto there and the reason they built this is the real caboose this section here is a lot skinnier so in order to fit both the actors on there they had to widen it just a bit they've got one that was like cuttings forward you know so they could shred it like this and then this was the same thing as just that this one's a spare this is the one that blew its top then yeah this is on the blue [Music] [Applause] [Music] how to wake up [Applause] [Music] it's official we're now in Hill Valley and they even have the old school map funny Clayton ravine on here is called Joe Nash ravine some of the special merchandise for the event of course we have t-shirts and next to this bandit are some out of time license plates a Delgado mine company mug and of course the famous frisbee pie plates I might have to pick up a couple of these bumper stickers at some point before things start getting too hectic I got myself a photo with Dean kunde got my ticket in hand and just about ready to board [Applause] you really are dangerous you're not even sitting you're standing in the aisle the secret box with your legs shoulder way to have your legs wide then you get off what's up we really wanted to put something or you could never go in a stepwise our Topsy locomotive was returned by the diameter of its large wheel we're picking up speed remove it now all right Bobby in just a few minutes the trains gonna slow to this top we've got a train full of people I do not so what's the train stops we get everybody off just before the end of the mine all right all right and then we'll hijack borrow and they go way back to the future you're the doctor okay let's do it that's gone what are these for well these are presto logs on my own version that's what they do they make the Train burn hotter keep everything moving faster right yeah absolutely not all right hang on to Marty will get him to the front everybody off I see king conductors up there Marty I think we can take it I think so okay that sign states the point of no return and there's the windmill [Applause] [Laughter] it's gonna bust down that board [Applause] Oh we all just witnessed a historic occasion but when you get back to Jamestown hold in the middle spot we will be doing sweating here are some of the chairs used during production from the cast and crew the actors and actresses in the film and there's Michael J Fox Asst that's the one he's had him not every day you see a DeLorean on railroad tracks Oh watch out busting through making its way directly towards me right in the rails whoa whoa bull that's the end of the track down that's the end of the track hit the brakes whoo how's a closer along here are a few more props including some storyboards through this classic photo and Clara Clayton's dress scream used is right there now that's pretty cool this miniature is pretty sweet oh goodness it's the headstone the tombstone of dr. Emmett Brown shot in the back by Buford Tannen over a matter of $80 the miniature train that they use for the explosions going off the cliff this is the front part of it see it's much smaller than the one I just rode on we're about to get a peek now at what was Clara's car and it still looks pretty much the same Central Pacific it has never been repainted that's the original paint yeah where was the core that she pulled down no record right here oh there's the rip cord that she pulled out the brake or I should say yeah she was sitting right in this area one of these seats in this section you can even see the circular pattern and the screw marks of where the lamps were bolted into the wood wall and the shades and even little decorations down at the bottom of them still looked the same all these years later it's like stepping back into cinematic history definitely very cool dun dun da da dun dun dun I got my hoverboard ready heading down the tracks doing this what is this so some track ends and further my loop end of the track it's not good just can I be good in Reverse going straight backwards we're going backwards to the future and no hands that's Potter leave Terre Haute not early terrified just waiting for dr. jump on the board [Music] tonight it this is for the Michael J Fox foundation for Parkinson's research there is your license to time travel thank you thanks Anna what's the website everybody can check out to donate www.mooji.org awesome we'll check it out thanks [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] the hill Valley Telegraph with all the news articles and ads you can get yourself a carriage or maybe even some new spectacles [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] we currently have no more gas in the DeLorean thanks to Marty McFly so we're gonna have to push this thing up to 88 miles per hour with this locomotive oh that's hot well what is it hot yes 80 what about that water it's cold damn cold water cold steam engine hot are we all paying attention [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] that's gonna do it for today if you're new here please subscribe by doing so helps keep you in the loop and up-to-date on future endeavors adventures I will be going on as well as uploads on this channel take it a step further and ring that notification valve and if you do that we'll see you in the future the vlog is though after I left the property walk down this hill about a half a mile from the premises is this in the ground so if you're ever looking for it it's closer to the downtown area look at that back to the future part 3 all right party basket ah great you know it's a science experiment [Music]
