back to school prep

so here's my little haul for my school supply stuff i can find my favorite pens anywhere which are the pilot g2 pen is so i just got the regular g2s i go through these so fast the little post-it and then i just got a white out tape because i don't really like the um like the paint on ones because i feel like it gets messy and it gets thick and everywhere and then i got the holy grail of pencils the papermate clear points these guys that you know that you are never going to share with anybody they are literally best pencils on planet earth they're so amazing and then i have a pack that i bought last year actually i just never like finished because there's so many of like literally like 30 or something of these pencils um which are like the ones that like if somebody needs to borrow a pencil i'll give them that and then i bought these bad boys these are the paper mate um gel ink joy pens i got the colored pack i just got the 10 pack um and she's these like in elementary middle school and i love them so much i didn't get them last year no i needed them like i needed them and then i have my flare pens that i use all the time um these are like three years old and they're still going well i got this planner off of amazon i love the color it's so cute the monthly section the little notes section this is like my favorite part and then the lined day section like i hate when they line the months but they don't line like the weekly ones because the weekly ones are the ones that you need live because there's so much more stuff going on and it has this like mini pocket thing in the back i'm like really specific about my stuff like what school supplies i really like so um for notebooks i use the need five star ones um three subject i got it in red yellow and blue honestly um not going for this vibe for this year i normally have like a theme for every year for like what type of supplies i'm getting but and it definitely wasn't like primary colors but it turned into primary colors and then orange or like not even it's just like bright colors but like the notebooks are primary colors there's more bright colors which i really like for math a beautiful grid notebook oh my god i don't know why but i always associate the color red with math so i've been using a red gridded notebook like every year for math since like seventh grade so that's this is gonna be my fourth year and i love it so much it's so helpful like the notebook version because i like keeping all my notes like together instead of like loose paper and a binder you know and it's like especially with math because you like writing so much and everything and this year is gonna be a little bit difficult for me because i'm doing pre-calc very scared for that but excited because i love math i got some binder dividers i just got two eight packs because i don't think i'm gonna need much more than that i doubt it if i do i'll get some more but i normally don't need like eight in one binder at least not since like elementary school i feel like at the end of elementary school my teachers were always like yeah we're gonna like section out everything and be neat and organized when like none of your teachers in high school really do that got some one-inch binders with the d-rings the d-rings are like so important i hate the circle rings because they just like mess up the paper and it like bulges out and like the d-ring it's like straight on this side so all the papers stay like straight if you know what i mean that's all my school supplies i have like index cards from last year like big post-its and stuff that i use all the time but that's just what i got this year other than those like pencils and the flare pens which i've had for years but yeah she's a mona lisa everyone's [Music] you see you're walking [Music] hey guys so for this part of the video i'm gonna be showing you guys just a few things that i've been doing to prepare more like schedule wise before school starts so as you guys saw in the hall i got this planner super cute super love it it has a month view section and it has a week view section as you can see the month view section already has certain things on it we have the first day of school and the first day of driver's ed so yes i'm taking these drivers and that's gonna be another part of this clip i always always always have to like schedule things beforehand so i always have everything scheduled out so i have my driver's ed stuff scheduled um and yeah i have like first day of school my first class like when it starts and all that scheduled out so yeah and then since this is my youtube channel i thought it would be right to show you guys how i schedule like my youtube schedule my youtube videos like when i'm gonna do them and that type of stuff i thought i'd add it here anyway i'm gonna cover up the stuff that hasn't yet come out this is everything that's already out so i do like a little month view thing in my baby bullet journal then i put this stuff on sticky notes so i can take it off and like move it to a different day because i don't like writing it straight on because um for like a few of these videos like i changed the day i was originally going to do my corona video like a week beforehand but i didn't have enough information so i moved that back so i actually could actually do it and if i wrote that down in like pen i couldn't really move it so that's why i like sticky notes i plan out my videos so here we have my summer morning routine um this is my school prep video this is a video that's already been out for a while and it was my summer morning routine so i scheduled out like what i do each step of the day i'll put it up here so you guys can watch if you want so that's how i like schedule my videos but then for my like bigger more sit down like informational videos um which i've only had like two of so far oh we're like one one and a half i guess i kind of count my freshman recap as it because i put a lot of stuff into that but definitely i would say like the informational one is my corona talk so this is everything that i had plus i had a bunch of pictures and stuff on my ipad um so it was literally just so much stuff like this is everything like condensed a lot so and then as i said my driver said so i have my driver's ed and i it's like a 30 hour course i'm about like a quarter of the way done and i'm gonna try to finish before school starts but i highly doubt that because it starts in like a week so yeah i'm gonna really try but if not i'm gonna have to schedule this in like after my school day and stuff like that so yeah um definitely doing driver's ed has helped me a lot into transitioning to school at least i think it has because i'm like actually doing work and like taking mini quizzes and stuff so it's kind of like doing school you know um it was definitely hard like the first two days i was like so like confused i was like i don't remember how to do school because i kind of haven't done it since march because you know quarantine and all that i'm gonna try to do three today which is kind of a lot that'll actually finish this entire section that is traffic laws so yeah i'm actually really excited to be doing driver's ed well kind of i'm not really excited for the driver's ed part i'm excited for the part but after driver's ed i can get my permit and you know start learning how to drive and all that which is definitely super fun i might even like do like a video on that like actually i don't know because i feel like that'd be cool like learn how to drive with me because like i'll be learning and you guys can watch um but at the same time that like me trying to film while learning how to drive is probably gonna be like a really dumb idea because i'm probably gonna like fail at driving but we'll see hey google change my alarms to 8 am all right hey google set an alarm for 7 30 am tomorrow at 7 30 a.m for this part we're gonna be doing a mini q a so my school decided to do like three classes for the first nine week period so i just have three classes i have pe ap world history and pre-calculus so pretty much only like two classes that i'm actually gonna be needing to write for so i just did red for both of those because you know i already put red for my pre-calc stuff because red just screams math to me i don't know why so i have that and i already have a ti 84 plus ce calculator that i've been using because i've been needing it but my school gave us ti 84 pluses also like with our textbooks and everything anybody who's taking like pre-calculated class that needs one of these got that so now we have two calculators with me so i mean it's good for if i need it but i kind of know so far i just put ap world on here and then i'm gonna put like the other classes that i use this for um since ap world is an ap though i honestly might use like two or maybe even more of these sections since it's a three subject binder but yeah that's what i'm doing this for and then i'm not sure if i need binders for these classes but i do have them here i just haven't written anything on them and then you know textbooks oh god these are everything and then i have the actual like ap world history like exam book to help you for the ap exam so those are the only classes that i can be taking in this quarter of the year my school is online i've said that in a few videos before i'm not sure if i've said that already yet but we will be doing full online until the city deems it fine to go back to it sports um still no idea what's happening with that it's probably going to be in like december or january if they end up even having sports which i really hope they will so fingers crossed for the first week of school we have this like project thing that we have to do instead of like having any actual classes so that's gonna be interesting um i don't even like no like i don't even really understand what it is but i guess i'll figure that out when i get to school but the first week of school i get to show up an hour later because our classes start at 9 45 instead of 850 which is really nice um but i've still been like trying to wake up slowly earlier and earlier as you guys saw in this video too i skipped a lot of days so it might seem sudden but i've been doing it like 10 minutes a day so here's my little desk tour so i have this little desk lamp that i just got from walmart and i keep this hand cream my air pods and i normally have a chapstick there but i left it in the living room then this little plant that somebody left on our doorstep i have no idea who but it was there for like five days before i decided to take it in so i'm guessing nobody's gonna take it back and you know it's just a plant then i have macbook and charger i have my little watch charger and then on my flare pens just three sharpies out here for easy access these inkjoy ballpoint pens i have this i have this trader joe's room spray which smells like lemon it's so nice and then all my pencils and pens my water bottle and a coaster if i have a different thing on here and then to the drawers so in this little drawer i just keep like my journals the book that i'm currently reading a lip gloss my mini bullet journal and then this has my guitar picks and then i normally have my tripod there but i'm using it right now so then in here i have my mouse back there this little tin of way more sharpies sharpie pens highlighters i have like mini binder clips lead refills and eraser refills this is my planner i have a giant thing of gum like it's so big i don't really even like gum like it hurts my stomach but i like it sometimes like occasionally but i have like this thing of index cards these big index cards and like wipes because you know corona then my compass my calculator a jumbo glue stick mini post-its because i go through these like crazy um giant post-its because i go through these also and then i have white out tape so it doesn't get everywhere scissors lip balm and this ruler and then and then down here i have and then down here i have my textbooks my school calculator i have to cover that because it says my school name and then my art stuff like this has a bunch of colored pencils this is a random notebook and then and then my coloring book because i didn't really know where else to put these things in my ap world exam book binders binders notebooks and then honestly one of my favorite parts is this chair i really like it if you guys saw my room tour video which i think is actually coming out after this but i show this in it and super nice really love her so i think that's it for this video school starts in three days for me it's currently friday before school um that's kind of nerve-wracking yeah i really hope you guys enjoyed i think i'm gonna be making a video vlogging the first week of school online school and all that and at our new school so that should be
