He’s the greatest electric blues guitarist in my book.
I was playing a gig one night in a bar and B.B King and his band were playing in the theatre in town.
About 20 minutes after I had packed up and left, I get a phone call from the bar saying that B.B's band (he wasn't there) had came to the bar and started jamming. By the time I drove back to the bar, they had left. I was devastated. Missed his gig and missed the opportunity to jam with them. The barman got some video though, they sounded incredible.
Live at the montreaux. I bought this concert on bluray just to always have a copy of this version. At the end when he hits just those couple licks gets me everytime
