Automobilista 2 | Patch V1.5.6.1 | New F1 Gen 2 Changes | Better Water Graphics

[Music] hey guys Aubrey here and uh welcome back to another automobilista 2 video uh well automobilista 2's been now updated to version 1.5.6 point1 uh and the biggest part of this uh release patch was the um full overhaul of the F ultimate Gen 2 Formula 1 car um it's been um fully remodeled the tire physics have also been updated for that car uh they've also added the 2024 season of the stock car Pro Series uh I've done a little bit of driving in that I did a little bit of driving uh in Alton park because uh that's the other part of the uh perhaps have updated the water uh Graphics uh so basically the Shader has meant to look a little bit better I've taken some screenshots for you guys uh did a few laps with the stock car so I could get some uh pictures of the water uh I haven't got any pictures of what it was like prior to that cuz I haven't really taken that much notice uh so I did take some screenshots here of um Orton Park uh and AO circuit as well Monaco uh so you can have a look uh see if you guys think there's that that much of a difference but um certainly the water does look nice um did some laps uh in the F1 car around Monaco and uh sort of did a bit of a setup with this car um had some issues uh with tires locking up so what would what happened as you'll see in this video um the tires coming into sharp Corners the tires would lock up uh even if my foot is on the brake so if I slow the car down coming into a corner without a lock up if I take my foot off it will lock up um and it generally seems to be locking up uh while go turning the steering uh vi from a certain point um of the uh turning of the wheel the tire seems to lock up and hold the lock while the wheel is turned which is a bit strange um so it seems to happen quite regularly in on this track on Monaco as there is a lot of tight turns uh for the Formula 1 car I don't know if that's something that I've done wrong here I've tried all sorts of different setup I've got the um the brake Force backed all the way off um so I've still had this lockup problem with automobilista 2 and it seems to be uh really significant with these cars so you can see it and and it you know there's no car out there that would stay locked up like that with your foot off the brake um so that's definitely an issue for me uh it's not a game changer you know it's not a game breaker I should say um still enjoy driving these cars uh they're obviously not um they're a long way off uh the likes of the U racing Studio formul 1 car for atic corser and virtual racing cars version of it andet corser those cars are paid mods um so autoa 2 has just probably done the right thing here and updated the uh the way the car looks and feels deels they've updated the sounds for the Formula 1 car force feedback on these cars are just absolutely fantastic um the the force feedback with ams2 is on another level um and I've been doing a lot of racing with other Sims lately uh and every time I go back to automobilista 2 it always blows my mind how detailed the fourth feedback is and especially using the DD plus now it is just so incredibly detailed you could you could feel the bump so uh realistically with the fource feedback it is just fantastic um but hopefully they fix what's going on the issue with the tires um hopefully um I'm not the only one experienced this and hopefully this is not something I've done but um keeping in mind I have backed the uh The Brak force all the way off it's it doesn't seem to be an issue with any other SIM uh title it's only happening with automobilist 2 anyway guys with a a few laps of Monaco and the F1 K you can have a look and see how good this game still looks Fant fantastic it uh really does look good I did some laps in Alton park with the stock car as well and uh yeah guys if you like my videos hit that thumbs up it really helps my channel and if you want to see more of my content as I always say hit that subscribe button and we'll see you the next video guys thanks for [Music] watching [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] oh
