[ASMR] Getting Something Out Of Your Ears AGAIN (4K)

oh spraying this my goodness yep okay all right okay oh scoop scoop scoop boom my gosh this little thing right here was a paid actor oh my my do you see that boom there is the big chunk I know Deborah that guy's ears that patient from earlier on today his ears ranid I know right it reminded me something out of Minecraft caves and cliffs expansion update broke got the latest patch absolutely disgusting yeah I know well look anyway my uh my client I think is about to arrive in a second so I'll call you back yeah yeah we can get uh we can get car we can go karaoke after okay cool I'll see you lat bye bye bye yeah I got it bye hi I'm so sorry please uh take a seat take a seat make yourself at home how are you today fantastic good good that's great to hear well my name is Dr JoJo uh I think we've uh we've met before right yeah it's it's been a while it has definitely been a while but uh have been going hopefully your ears have been uh pretty clean yeah great well look I remember last time your ears were really down bad but we were able to clean it nice and well so uh I trust you've been taking care of your ears no coton tips Q Tips right their bad view good good all right well look um you're just here for the uh monthly ear checkup I assume fantastic all right well well uh look here at the clinic we pride ourselves in just going above and beyond for for our patients making sure to get anything out of the ear using only the best resources and materials highgrade scientific industrial items that will surely clean out any particulates any debris in your ears uh one of the things I have to stress is that it actually is good to have some ear wax in your ears you don't want to get rid of all of it it acts as a natural human uh I guess defense system to particulates bacteria infection and pollutants so it's good to have some air wax but of course sometimes it can build up a lot so uh my job is to get rid of the excess ear wax essentially so why don't you sit back relax I'm going to get my TOS get my ducks in a row get everything up in order and we'll take a look at those ears and uh clean them out for you all right excellent I will uh I'll be right back all righty oh we nice and comfortable fantastic well look um honestly I think this is going to be smooth sailing I hardly doubt we're going to find any wax in your air Canal I have a feeling that you keep them very clean yeah I mean just like last time I think that was a oneof thing wouldn't you say yeah but you've been taking care of your ears I imagine so look I I think this is going to go great so uh honestly all I'm going to do is just take this little pin light here and I'm going to shine it in your ear and uh look honestly I don't think we're going to find anything scary so all right let's get started okay so I'm just gonna go up and I'm just going to oh sorry no um no it looks great yeah sorry um okay how did you get this worse than last time this is not good I I'm going to need another light here oh no this actually actually ran it okay okay one sec let me take it let me take another look let me take another look at this okay oh my goodness yep okay all right okay yeah let me just check this wall right here yeah okay all right yeah um this is bad this is really bad this is actually terminal wow okay [Music] um what happened what why is it like this what what did you do last time it was blue how is it now orange okay you know what whatever clearly I have my uh my work cut out for me for today's session I don't even want to imagine what the other ear looks like but I think we should get to work okay so this is going to require the full package you're going to need the deluxe package service to get rid of this okay so the first thing that I have here is my kit has all the tools that I'm going to need to take out this wax from your ear it looks very very intense my goodness okay all right so I have my kit here and these are some of the best tools to get rid of that ear wax as you can see we have an assortment of tools that I'll be using for this air wax cleaning session now judging by my diagnosis it would seem as though that the wax is heavily attached to your ear canal and so in order to fix this issue I'm going to need to apply some solutions to just soften up that wax so that way it will just peel right off okay first we're going to need to put on some gloves okay how did you let it get to this point my friend this is actually terminal wow wow wow wow wow wow okay all right the first thing I'm going to do is just jump straight into it I guess I have some tweezers that I think I will be [Music] using all right wow that's a lot that is a lot okay so what I'm going to do is I'm going to just start picking at the wax here just to get a bit of an idea of the quality oh yeah yeah this stuff is very much attached to your air Canal this is bad this is not good okay what I'm going to need to do is get some solutions so the first one I have here is an acetate solution I'm G to just start by spraying this right here in the wax beautiful next I'm going to take this solution here I think what I'm going to need is some more liquid [Music] okay wow okay all right I'm going to need to get some more advanced tools for this job I'll be right back okay so I think for this job we're going to have to use the advanced pliers clearly what we have here is a bit too uh severe and so I don't think these little guys are going to do the job for this I think we're going to have to use the big ones so what I'm going to go ahead and do is go in there and just scoop out the wax like this oh okay wow that's a that's a lot that's that's a lot all right we're just gonna go in and take out the wax like so and I'm just going to wow there it's a lot I got to say this is uh a lot stickier than uh than last time to be honest with you yeah we're we're really going to have to just going to start picking away at it oh boy this just really goes deep into the air canal and to be honest I don't even know how you've been able to hear this whole time frankly because there is just so much wax and I think the solution is doing a pretty good job at just melt just sort of musify that wax which is sort of what we're wanting right okay so we're making some progress here but this is quite formidable I must [Music] say I think the issue with this wax is that it's so sticky and so what that basically means is that it's a lot more uh difficult to get rid of oh there's a big chunk right there okay well we're just going to make a way oh oh just going to try and scoop scoop scoop scoop scoop like that just sort of pull it together all right things might get a little messy before they get cleaner my friend but it's okay oh you can see we're s of getting a nice little um sample of that right here oh boy I'm just going to roll it up so I get that off to the side there yeah yeah this is uh definitely by far one of the most severe cases that I've seen in my time at working at this Clinic oh my boy all right I think what we need to now do is get some ear picks and I'm just going to go in with this ear pick here and just try to take it out sort of like [Music] that just going to get it to fall right out if it will cooperate for a moment okay but uh aside from this little predicament how uh house house [Music] life oh my goodness oh my oh my do you see that oh oh oh oh that's the big that's the big mama I think we found it I think I found the granddaddy okay give me one sec give me one sec give me one sec I think that's going to have to require a bit more of a full scale operation okay give me one sec I'm just getting my ducks in a line getting my ducks in a row I think that's the saying actually isn't that always a funny saying I don't know why they always say that who who made up that saying get my ducks in a row okay this is going to require both of these tools oh boy all right let's get it oh my right there it is there it is wow you had that stuck in your ear my gosh oh oh my oh my days Oh my days okay all right that was the biggest junk that was by far the most veritable one so I think now we just got to go to the back hopefully this doesn't hurt that much I trust if it does I apologize but that solution that we put in earlier should be softening up this wax quite a lot there we go there we go there we go see that ready boom Ready Set boom Oh my gosh this little thing right here was a pait actor there it goes all right beautiful that was pretty much that all right a lot cleaner now wouldn't you say yeah I I would definitely agree okay so now that we have the bulk out of this ear the next thing we just need to do is tight up um now it is a good thing actually to have some wax in your ear canal Believe It or Not wax functions as a natural um part of the body's defense mechanism to stop particulates debris infection from getting into the body it's sort of like the first line of defense if you will so it is important to have some wax of course in your ear here um otherwise there'd be no reason for your body to create it right so just keep that in mind but with that said I think in your specific case with there being just so much wax as you can see it sort of gets stuck in the fingers like this the wax yeah this stuff is uh okay okay just getting all that off my fingertips there so was stuck in it all right let's just clean up these little orbs right [Music] here [Music] wow [Music] all right beautiful stuff now there does seem to be a little bit of that there so I'm just going to try there we go Wow Let's Take a look before and now after all right see that looks a lot better to me my friend beautiful beautiful beautiful stuff okay well wow that was uh that was incredible let's go check out now the other air Canal all right so this is the second air Canal that we are checking out and honestly um from just my outline it seems like this is a lot better than the last one um but as always I'm going to take my thumb light and we're just going to take a bit of a look inside okay beautiful let's take a peek and oh my goodness uh buddy buddy yeah yeah uh when did you get the caves and cliffs expansion update to your a canal okay this is very interesting so what seems to be the case with this um a canal is that in fact all of the wax is actually bed together on one side of the air Canal because in fact this side right here is actually very clean but it seems as though that all of the wax has sort of clumped together on just one part of the air Canal okay so this is going to require a bit of a different angle of approach all right interesting interesting so I think the first thing I'm going to do is just spray a bit of solution in there quickly right beautiful just a little bit and I'm going to take my triacetate hydrate solution here and just try it once again musify just just sort of break down that wax here okay so I'm just going to go in there and just just musify just get that wax all socky all right so let's give that a few moments to just sort of um weten up it's going to be a lot easier for me to take out that wax when it's uh wet okay all right so I'll give that a few moments but uh how's everything else been going for you though aside from this uh well ear catastrophe so it seems like never never really seen ear wax sort of at this sort of sort of at this sort of stage so yeah okay why don't we get started it seems like I've had a good minute or so to let that sort of caculate I'm going to use an ear pck and I'm going to use my tweezers okay so we're just going to go here I'm going to try my best to have some light on my side here see if we can get some of that oh yeah yeah this is going to be a big one there's actually so much wax that is accumulated on this side of the air Canal that I think my best plan of action would be to just sort of get it all oh boy relax okay we're going to get rid of that wax Oh my days it is just so so fearsome okay so there might be a little bit of uh discomfort for a second here but we're just trying to get it out again this ear wax is quite uh I'm going to just try and break it down a little bit you might not be able to see for a second here okay oh boy all right I'm just going to try and move it all right it seems like I've been able to move the wax down from that side try my best here to just start slowly picking at it yeah um the good thing though about this wax is that it's a lot less all over the place so it's sort of s it's sort of all just bold together in one location so that in some ways is easier than before but it's still we have to just sort of pick at it one at a time okay all right oh boy yep we could to have to take out like this all right I'm just going to grab my torch okay all right okay wow wow wow wow okay just oh boy this is a lot you doing all right okay okay so we see seem to be doing a pretty good job getting some progress done here oh my days oh oh there's a big chunk there's a big chunk coming out right here oh okay we're breaking it up we're breaking it up okay so here's what I'm going to try and do my friend my game plan is to try and just take it out in one Veil sweep I think we can do this I think I've been able to both the wax together to the point where I think what we can attempt to do here is something crazy I'm going to try to just take the whole chunk out in one go okay so this could go badly um and ideally what I need to do is just put some solution okay give that a second to just dissolve into the wax and what I'm going to attempt to do here is in one fail swoop I'm going to just take the whole chunk of wax out from your ear canal okay all right let's give it a try wish me luck all right ready here we go come on oh oh oh wait a minute wait a minute there it is there it is there it is there it goes there it goes oh my gosh oh my gosh boom there is the big chunk oh okay all right we did it there's just a little bit that I didn't catch so let's grab that you ready okay nice nice nice the last little chunk ready [Music] ready come on okay there we go wow that was incredible my friend we uh we managed to get out the big chunk so now at this point what we need to do is just take out the little itty bitty parts [Music] I'm G to try my best to just sort of do this without making too much of a mess okay and again we do want to have just a little bit of wax in our ear canal as I said it acts as a first line of depense for infection particulates bacteria just pollutants and all sorts of other stuff so I'm going to make sure to just leave a little bit of wax in your ear can now just a tiny bit cuz you don't want to um on the air drum all right so let's take one final look at the air Canal wow there you go that is looking a lot better my friend awesome stuff look I want to thank you so much personally for being so cooperative and easy to work with I know that sometimes it can be a bit tedious with
