i heard you were having a hard time getting to sleep so i have a challenge for you i'm going to ask you to focus on me throughout this entire video and stay awake okay focus right here on me i want you to stay with me through the whole video if you can't sleep anyways what's the harm in staying up with me so i challenge you to focus and stay focused on me okay great let's take a deep breath in on account f4 okay in good it is okay if the exhale is longer than the inhale ready focus on your breathing and your breaths only inhale [Music] exit good now focus on your body okay focus on your head and face are your eyebrows raised or squinting let's relax those brows in that forehead focus on your face focus on your face is that jaw clenched good i don't know if people flare their nostrils when they are stressed but if you are flaring on flair no flaring of nostrils right now but most importantly that forehead is relaxed and that jaw is unclenched let's move down to those shoulders are
