Steve is just forcing the truth out of this woman. The guy in the story is irrelevant it's not about the man but about this woman and her feelings on this whole thing. She's seen terribly in this video because she tried to hide facts on her emotions. That woman needs to be honest with her emotions more like most people in life.

It's not like the woman doesn't want to date ugly guys. She just didn't thought he was attractive enough, which is a big difference.
