I actually really like that the outbreak was contained in Vegas. I was wondering why the hell they needed money in a post apocalyptic world.
Uhhh... was that Anna Faris as the Elvis zombie?
As if the world doesn't get wrecked with normal zombies..."What if we made smart zombies?"
The most fascinating thing about this movie to me is that Chris D'Elia was part of the cast, and filmed the movie on set along with everyone else, but after the sexual harassment allegations about him became public, Zack Snyder had him digitally removed from the movie and replaced with Tig Notaro. She filmed all of her scenes alone in front of a green screen, and was CGI'ed in. That's going to be ever-present in my mind as I'm watching the movie.
Love the mashup of zombies and a heist movie - like this trailer does quite a good job of selling the heist first and then going 'oh, and yeah, zombies'.
Awesome. Can't wait.
This is literally a live action Dead Rising game lol
And why do they not want this guy for a gears of war movie? Put some armor on him and we are watching marcus or dom blow shit up in a gears of war trailer.
To be honest it sounds pretty nice for a Zack Snyder movie to come out and it not have any of the baggage of his DC stuff attached. Makes me wonder how his career trajectory would have gone if he'd kept making stuff like 300 and Dawn of the Dead rather than four DC movies.
Great to see big Dave as a leading man
