[Music] it's not only in this life that jesus is our lord he will lead us into the next world the owner of the church is christ call him the apostle with a golden heart study his life and you will be studying the fruit of the spirit he has served the missions directorate for 13 years for 10 years he has carried the name of the lord jesus christ and the church of pentacles around the world as international missions director and made us proud his name is apostle emmanuel jessiado the fourth international missions director of the church of pentecost a man who over 30 years ago refused to respond to the call to become a minister for fear of being transferred from one place to another now moving from one country to the other touching lives literally possessing the nations for the lord i didn't want to become a pastor because i was not comfortable with any work that would entail frequent transfers but a prophet james ameniampo who was his district pastor then refused to give up on him he was running away from being considered or called into the full-time ministry but i didn't give up because i saw that jesse could be a high-class person in the ministry prophets naming nepal came to visit us it was early morning he said i am here for one reason lizzie just to enquire from you if you are the one who is hindering your husband to enter into the ministry i say oh anyway daddy i'm not the one one day he called me that lizzie i've responded to the calling of god i said may his name be praised [Music] he responded to the call to serve the lord and his church as a full-time minister and he has no regrets at all i haven't regretted being a pastor even though the thing i feared that is the frequent transfers i've suffered it very very much in ministry there's no way that would say i regret no no no no there's no way i have never regretted that jesse accepted to enter into the full-time ministry he had the call interestingly his first posting as a minister of the church of pentacles was the mission's office as the first personal assistant to the first international missions director when the international missions office was established the international missions director needed a personal assistant and we wanted somebody who could speak french then now prophet james jose armenian poem who was the then district pastor of da kumar said that he had a young man called emmanuel de siado who has the call to full-time ministry he could also speak french and he had a very good character he would recommend it into the full-time ministry and then function as the personal assistant to the international missions director he worked as the personal assistant of the then missions director apostle professor and gave a sterling account of himself his name stood out when the executive council was looking for a matured minister to fill a vacancy at agunan sabah again he excelled and proved to be one who could be trusted with more responsibilities however the leadership of the church seemed to find it tough to separate him from the work of missions soon after he had gone there we needed a missionary for senegal somebody who i actually can speak french and who is also mature and i said well then we have our own jesus around why can't he be sent him that is why he had to go there so when he went there he had to come back we wanted to send him also to switzerland and switzerland too we needed a mature person and somebody who was selfless so he was recommended and he had to go to switzerland then when he came back um he functioned in ghana for about two years and then later we needed somebody for gabon in fact he was working very well at tema he was working very very effectively but we needed somebody for gabon and he said what can we do then why can't we send again a person to seattle it was that time that he had to be ordained quickly as an apostle and sent today proposal emmanuel adul is an apostle for apostles prepared by god with unique relevance for the nations and an unquenchable passion for missions he's been a missionary for a long time so you see that missions make it at its fingertips apostle jesus is missions and missions is a procedure he is associated with missions that is why i say that jcrd is missions emissions it's this year he is concerned about the work of missions and he's very very supportive as far as the work of missions is concerned he's a man of mission emmanuel josiah is a man of mission especially with his bilingual background mixing french and english has been a lot of achievement especially with the francophones he was called into missions he's been to a lot of countries outside ghana so before he became the mission that in 2011 amasi had a bit of information and understanding of what it entailed then in 2011 while in a meeting the big announcement came he was to leave gabon and return to the mission's office this time to serve in the office he's so faithfully served so my name was mentioned i was shocked because i knew that maybe i would be transferred possible i will be transferred from gabon to another country or back home but not for the international missions directorship that was not in my mind so when it happened i really was surprised it was never news to me my husband becoming the i am when my husband was going i told him that i had a dream and i don't want to talk about that dream so please if you go and they say something never alter a world it is god's plan so when he called me that that's what has happened i just gave thanks to god believing and trusting in him that he himself will certainly help us in this way but the work of an international missions director of the church of pentacles is a high and weighty responsibility when we talk about the international mission director of the church of pentecost we are looking at somebody who advises the executive council as to what to do in the missions front and he's also a supervisor and a director of the mission's work and because of that it involves a lot of travels you need to scout for good ministers and others such a person also supervises the czech planting that goes on in the nations and then he also supervises development to be able to manage the churches that we are planting because you don't just plant and then come and sit down you must plant and make sure that the best food is a huge tax a lot of work the international missions director of the church of pentecost is one of the three principal offices of the church the principal obsessed of the church have been described by people who are not filled workers it means they oversee to the day-to-day running of the church so the international mission director has been assigned the responsibility of overseeing the churches outside ghana so the chairman of the church is the chairman of the missions board and the international missions director happens to be the secretary to the board since his work and tools a lot of traveling is always on the field mentoring breaking ground training leaders and all that so he oversees the churches outside the international missions director should be an apostle who can pastor so if you are not somebody who can pass the past test you can fencing very effectively there obviously the office of the international missions director is one that can only be occupied by a unique character an apostle who can lead apostles and mentor nations it is absolutely safe to say that a personal emojis yado's nature is a school for christian character apostle jessiado did not leave a double life what he is in public is confirmed by those who know him most my dad is a man of integrity and so i have learned that from him he is very tolerant he is very patient he is very zealous and passionate about whatever he does acousticido is a man of port a god-fearing man a good man that every woman would like to live with peaceful man my husband is somebody who is very calm very principled man people see him as calm but he is so principled when we are talking about a man of god you look first at his character and it is a character that brings the person into the position apart from the competence and he has both and what i like about him is his cool-headedness you admire him when he's sitting quietly when he opens his mouth to speak he realizes that he has taught through what he's saying and i like him for that when he wants to make his points you think through speak wisely but very forcefully he's careful not to offend but also make sure that he's able to bring to bear his thoughts on issues he has a way of expressing his views without offending you somebody who can work with leaders smoothly without clashing with them he's a man of great wisdom and he's really composed the wise people are composed i like him apostle jesus is very calm and he's wise he's a very wise person and a good team player working with him whether in the office or on the field was a delight he's such a lovely sweet person to work with very respectful loyal you give him the platform he will deliver his relationship with sweets i mean working with him you feel free if you understand him and flow with him you don't have a problem working with him has been very very joyous it's a delight working with opposition everyone who wants to work with him working with him is very easy he doesn't make you feel the pressure of your boss because it takes a fatherly approach he gives you a clear-cut expectation you know the vision you know the dynamics and processes you do the products so what you add is prayer practicality he addresses us as colleagues and sometimes it amazes me when he calls us especially with a when it comes to the management at the missions office he addresses us as colleagues he didn't treat us like even support me he even refers to us as colleagues so he was a good leader he has an excellent interpersonal relationship he's also a man who unifies the office staff encouraging us and making sure that everybody does his work in an atmosphere of friendliness and freedom without any intimidation apostle emmanuel de sierra he's very very hard working he's very diligent in his work and he pays very much attention to detail he has eyes for details so when you take a letter to him and you vomited even just a coma he will see it and ask you to go and correct it he has desire for excellence i worked with him for a year i saw in him a person who is very thorough anytime you do a write-up he would look through very thoroughly across all the teas and not all the eyes he's also a very good coach who would want you to better yourself by the time we left the office we knew within us that we're living refined he is a man of god one who rightly divides the word of truth he is a blessing because he is anointed to minister in the word and in songs in a way that cuts into the bone and marrow of souls bringing transformation to souls who hear him whenever i hear him teaching on god's word i enjoy it my first encounter with him was when he gave his position at the council meeting letter nania's teaching and it was so wonderful i fell in love with him through the world when he ministers you realize that an apostle has ministered in his pentecostal fire preaching you know having a title working on the message and coming to present it convincingly when he stands to minister or teach the word of god as if when they were writing the word of god he was there and i enjoy his preaching he's a very good preacher of the word of god he is a man of the word he can divide the word of god in such a way that even a little boy or girl can understand i always cherish his teachings i know him to be a man of the word of the lord every time i sat under his ministration i've really really been blessed and imparted may the lord cause you to see the king to see the lord apostle jesus i mean i i love him and i like him he understands pentecostalism he can lead worship and bring heaven like down the lord i feel like worshipping his awesomeness i feel like worshiping this unsatiable wisdom worship him he can lead prayer and touch the heart of people he's one of the few people who really understand praying to deepen your spirit [Music] yes apostle jesse ado is a man whose genuine love for god translates into genuine love for people making him the right man to send to the nations he sincerely loves people my father is a people person he's someone who knew how to relate well with people he knew how to get along with us mana and all sorts of people and that really helped his ministry his demeanor is such that he easily attracts people to himself always prepare to mingle with people his superiors and subordinates it's all over the place so it's made assessing him very easy it was so good with the people the people in india loved him so much you're someone who loves people you always ask of your wife your children how things are going he could not fail great results became inevitable because he lived and worked as a man that has allowed christ to take residence in him with results that rendered the gates of hell helpless with the fruit of the spirit so riped in him kingdom result results that abide were inevitable and just unstoppable the church's expectations became his plans what i set out to achieve as the imd when i was elected i did two vision documents the first one was the 2016 i called it wish in 2016 and then the second round was the vision 2021. the focus of the first visit was consolidating the gains made and looking for opportunities to plant new nations the second term i really focused on establishing the church in strategic and conspicuous places and so i set out to lead our missions enterprise to establish in the capital cities and also cities that were quite renowned with a paper so defined apostle emmanuel jessiado set out to consolidate the gains his predecessors had made for the church and to add on planting the branches of a church in 26 countries in 10 years is a gigantic ministry achievement that can only be accomplished by grace through a spirit-controlled character that is what we are celebrating the partnership of the holy spirit with a yielded man the first of his two terms were focused on fortifying securing and strengthening newly established churches in the nations and the second on establishing the church in more countries apostle jessiado's tenure has also seen the birth of many innovative interventions that could only have come from god the first ever francophone conference missionaries homecoming summit construction of the ultra modern missions transit courtesy album of theme songs in french the annual christmas party for children of missionaries educational support for children of missionaries working in economically challenged countries increased support for internal mission areas for the past 10 years the missions brought support to the internal mission areas increased from 20 thousand in twenty eleven to three hundred thousand ghana cities per area from twenty thousand when we took over in 2011 and it is now 300 000 per area and that has seen a revolution in the level of infrastructure development in the internal mission areas the list of the blessings he has brought to the church in ghana and across the nations goes on and on apostle emanuel jessiado seven as the international missions director of the church of pentecost from 2011 to 2021 has been used mightily by the lord to bring increase and growth to the church in the nations his wife mrs elizabeth giuseado's contribution has been priceless my mom has been very instrumental when it comes to the general success of my dad's ministry as ind as a woman as a wife as a mother she's been very supportive of his ministry traveling with him wherever he went giving her support especially to the women's ministry she's a very entrepreneurial woman and so wherever she went she imparted her knowledge and all the skill that she had to making women bring out the talents in them and i think that that's largely helped my dad's ministry as imd and i'm very proud of her for that i saw her to be a very prayerful woman immediately we came to the office mama organized prayer meetings with my wife the two of them alone i think every tuesday or thursday they will meet she puts in a lot of prayer she put in a lot of mobilizing the women when we went to senegal there was nothing like women's ministry she together with a few sisters started the women's ministry and led it until we handed over to a sister who we thought was now ready to take over my dear sister elizabeth jessiado is also very true here and elizabeth is very bold and very courageous if you look at the way they travel crisscrossing their risk and all that all the trips she's been with them and she also ministers she encourages the the presbyters and all of that so i think all this contributed to the success that they have chopped during their time the wife is an extrovert and has a strong personality but the two of them blend like christ he did good everywhere he went touching our hearts in many beautiful ways his hands have built great projects his words have built many lives his wisdom has brought direction and increase his character has been a shining example his smiles have communicated the love of god we can only bless him i thank him for supporting me to do the work that i needed to do i thank him that he caught the vision very well and when he was brought on board as the international admissions writer he has not failed the lord he has not failed me as the then chairman he has not failed the executive cancer may the lord bless him and the family he has never disappointed god neither has he disappointed me because through me god called him into the ministry and he has worked consistently jesse has kept his moral values and i appreciate him for that we wish haposi manager ciardo mama elizabeth jessiado and our children god's blessing and god's favor upon their lives so that wherever they find themselves the god that they believed trusted and i've served who never feels and continue to be with them i wish them well on behalf of the church of pentecost i want to appreciate apostle emmanuel jessiado and wife mama elizabeth and the entire family for being such a blessing to the church of pentecost for the past 10 years serving in this capacity he has been a blessing to us and we ask the blessings of the lord almighty upon his life i wish him well in his new role as an area head and i pray that god will grant him grace these two years that he has to end his ministry may he end on the stronger and the more powerful note with that of blessing my
