what is up guys it's your boy Shady Luke and today we're getting a decent amount of football for one so you guys should check that out but uh you know Anthony Richardson's gonna be starting today so we gotta get in on this action by the way did y'all see the article of the NSF NFC East Personnel director saying the Cults are a mess I mean come on now man the season hasn't even started I will say though Jonathan Taylor all the Jonathan Taylor Drama that's going on isn't good for Anthony Richardson but Colts really need to get him back to help their dude out this upcoming year I mean Jim Mercy that dude I know he's been a little bit you know in the media he be seeing some wild stuff though let's be real here anyway let's check out some footy on our dude Anthony all right on this play Colts are coming out in the empty set and we're interested I'm just gonna flick this thing out man the wide receiver runs a five yard stick and he just puts it right in his chest nice easy completion for your first play in live action you know what I mean nothing crazy just a short simple route all right on this play we got him out of shotgun and they're just gonna run a little bubble screen right here pass out to the wide receiver and while this pass is just a simple and easy play you guys have watched it every Sunday Saturday college football NFL doesn't matter screen passes aren't always so easy for quarterbacks sometimes they throw too high or too low or distance back which can result in a backwards pass or even a fumble you guys know this but look at that pass by Richardson I mean I'm sure he's a little nervous maybe not though this dude seems a little bit different but look at that pass right to his guy so he can get uphill for a solid game simple play but these passes have to leave the momentum for a wide receiver to turn up you know what I mean solid throw from Richardson right all right we got him not a shotgun right here and the bills are really going to pressure them right here I mean looks like his wide receiver is running a sticker out 10 yards down the field and once he turned around he didn't come back to the ball and the DB was there to pick it off also this was a bad pass from Richardson not only the decision but that's a Rowdy pass right there man I mean he threw off his back foot and just hooked that thing up and saw somebody to come down with it and the result was an interception come on now Rook Growing Pains Growing Pains man can't be thrown off that back foot I mean we've already saw it pretty early on and I talked about this earlier uh like like a month ago steiken is using him in the shotgun a decent amount I mean I think the Colts will be doing that their fair shot read option with him and his rookie year that doesn't mean him running the ball at the time but it's just more you know kind of fending off the defense and giving them that idea that hey this dude might run and I know it's preseason but I think you'll see that in the regular season also you'll see right here he just keeps it and the end is waiting for him dude fights him off and goes for the Run he gets up field for a solid five and puts his shoulder into the guy just lays right into him I mean honestly when I watch this game I was like damn I was like he looks bigger than when I watched him versus Utah this dude is huge I hope a size doesn't get to his head and he'll learn that going down is the best option okay not a bad play on this play the wide receiver is going to run a five yard in and Richardson just gonna get it there the pass was a little high but the receiver still came down with the ball he'll need to bring that down just a hair but good choice and you didn't take too long which is great solid nice little throw for five yards by Richardson all right on this play dude's gonna run a five yard sticker out outside and Richardson throws it to him it's a little bit behind he'll want to throw that honest guy or possibly even lower with the Defenders right there I mean he did have somewhat of a pass rush in his face honestly our guy seems to chill back there in the pocket so I I really don't think it's the biggest deal love to see a confident guy back there who can just stand there and deliver the football when needed nothing crazy here just gonna flick it out to the running back and you'll see right here they're in a little screen out to the right dink passed it to him blockers out in front nice play nice easy throw from Richardson don't throw it too high or too low don't rush that just make it nice and easy you're gonna get downfield if there's blockers good play while you're interested in right here on this play the wide receiver is going to run a five yard slat uh pass was laid right into his chest nice throw and good timing I mean making it look pretty easy back there I know it's preseason and I'll keep saying that it's preseason but these Reps for these young dudes are so crucial because you can't just throw a guy out to the Wolves week one gotta get the nerves out and some familiarity so you know preseason practice there's there's detail there uh regardless of what some people like to dismiss okay got him out of shotgun per usual and the wide receiver is going to run a 10 yard comeback you'll see right here to the left uh the pass was dropped but honestly if the wide receiver used his hands this easily could have been a completion he used his hands but instead of like had them up you know we had them like down welcoming the ball to his body basically you know catching with half his body half his hands this was a great throw to the receiver to the outside shoulder in my opinion right here he he put it right where it needed to be given the corner was lurking in the shadows to his left and uh wide receiver should have came down with that man good throw right here by Richardson last play from our dude I mean he drops back right here and delivers a 40 yard dime to this corner out look at this ah right on the money man showing off his Cannon early for us also y'all did you see him climb the pocket a little bit there I mean mobile QBs always have to work on that so that's positive to see early dude that wide receiver has got to come down with that that's such a confidence booster for Anthony right there but hey I think we all know that was a money throw and it wasn't like the wide receiver was super open also he had to put that thing in a tight window that's a dope throw by your boy so yeah I mean not bad for his first start a couple good things we got here a couple bad things we got I'm sure he's gonna start in the next preseason game so we'll see if he can build off this performance honestly not bad from him I thought he looked really solid and damn this
