hello my name is Annabel montesinos and I'm really very happy to take part of this uh concert series by altamina guitars today I will play with this beautiful guitar which is a concert Taurus model and we are in the auditorium from my my Village from my hometown Hospital Infante the concept that I will start today with um with the Spanish composer Fernando Sor I want to play a piece which is called variations Opus 9 which are Variations by a theme by Mozart The Magic Flute by Mozart exactly the theme which is called dusk link so herzlick which means these sounds very beautiful oh [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] thank you foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] so the next piece is a piece by for me it's considered one of the biggest composers in our history which is Johan Sebastian Bach and not long ago I did an arrangement by a beautiful Prelude from the sweet Cello Suite 1007. [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you foreign [Music] thank you [Music] so basically my program today it will be dedicated to Latin American music you could listen now some music from the classical Style Classical period and Baroque Period because the next composers that I will play now um they were also inspired to this music to compose some of their music and for example is the case of a Mexican composer which is called Manuel Maria Ponce who wrote a very beautiful Prelude Prelude in E Major dedicated to the music of Vice foreign [Music] husband [Music] s foreign foreign [Music] thank you foreign [Music] so as I was saying before the composers that I will play now they were inspired on classical and Baroque music but also on the popular music of their countries and so they um they are considered classical composers but they uh composed many of their pieces including many popular elements and folklorical rhythms and elements from their music and is the case of the next piece that I will play now which is by a paraguayan composer Agustin various mangore he wrote a beautiful piece called kathapa and kasapa is a city in Paraguay [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] thank you foreign so the reason why the program will be dedicated to the Latin American music is because last year I record my third solo CD in Brazil with a guitar cup and it's a CD dedicated to this music it's called Alma dianera and so when I was making the selection for uh for the program for this CD of course at the beginning we always think on Latin Latin American Music like something some music very rhythmical very happy music but I was Finding really fantastic program and fantastic pieces which are completely the opposite of that which are really very deep and very sensitive pieces and that's why the next group of three pieces it's a little bit showing this little different emotions of in the style of Latin American music um it will be music by Argentinian composers but in the middle of these two Argentinian pieces I will play a piece by a Brazilian composer because it will make a beautiful connection between these two different emotions that I'm speaking about so the first composer will be Ariel Ramirez from Argentina he wrote a fantastic beautiful piece which is called valada a Martin Fiero Martin Fierro was a personal in a poem and this piece is dedicated to this personash right after I will play a piece by Sergio Assad Brazilian composer she wrote aquarel and I will play one of the movements of of this piece which will it's called valciana and to finish I will finish with emilonga by a great guitarist and composer from Argentina which is called kacho tirau he wrote emilonga milonga addon taco dedicated to his father [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] foreign foreign [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you so when we think on Latin American music of course cannot be out Venezuela music so that's why the next two pieces that I will play are from two different Venezuelan composers both ones are both pieces are arranged by the great um first piece it's called el maravino by Antonio lauro and the second piece it's called totumo de varenas by Benito canonico [Music] thank you foreign [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you thank you [Music] so endless piece of the program it will be as I was starting with Spanish music I want to finish also with some Spanish music as well and before to finish I want to thank you thanks altamil guitars for this opportunity to play for you and thank you for all the listeners that are looking this video so the last piece that I will play it will be by Isaac Albany Asturias [Music] oh [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Music]
