doesn't I'm was good at them but I enjoy the yeah I do too and you learn a lot through quizzes and they're just fun and you know this is something I really haven't done I I think I've done one quiz on my channel so far a long time ago um I can't even remember what it was about and this one's cool because it's a video yeah I know I like this cuz most of them are you know not videos but uh I like both so we're probably going to do more quizzes going forward if you have any ideas of quizzes about the UK or Ireland that would be interesting for us to check out please let us know in the comments cuz uh we're definitely looking for recommendations but uh yeah you ready to go and get started test our knowledge about the UK I know I should do better I was going to say you should know way more but here's the thing there's so much to learn that who knows what questions are going to be on here so I guess we're going to find out who wins who wins wait we're going to win together baby combine our brains Maybe do okay all right how well do you know the UK quiz let's do this this quiz is for everyone people from the UK and everybody else just for fun put your score and your country in the comments down below what's the 700-year old ceremony called that's held every night at the Tower of London every night uh every night I didn't know I mean I for some reason I have this in my mind uh I haven't really looked into the Tower of London very in depth a little bit you haven't looked in Tower of London either how about I answer first because you know more than I do okay so my guess is ceremony of the keys yes really that's that's what I'm going for for some reason in my head ceremony of the Ravens ceremony of the keys or ceremony of the crown need ceremony of the keys I don't know how I that baby world's longest Pleasure Pier which Seaside town is home to the world's longest pleasure okay this is definitely a guess yeah obviously I'm just going to say south end on SE because it sounds the most seasid that's what I was going with it South probably not yeah world's longest South endon Sea Blackpool or [Music] chroma what perfect so far on accident but no the first one the first one I knew I was inferring based on what well I remember I remember learning a little bit about it I remember hearing them talk about keys and I can't remember all of it I just remember it for some reason no 200 years old the 1.3 wow one and A3 mile pleasure period so long that it has a railway line to say visitors theone walk what that is cool man South End on the sea we're got to remember that I'd like to look into that Pier yeah I'm not really sure what a Pleasure Pier is but I think it's just a pier that is like it's basically for fun I guess and it's not really for most peers are Prof ficient and whatnot that I know so but yeah that's going to be really interesting to look into I hope you guys are playing along with us part of the UK but not part of Great Britain Scotland Wales or Northern Ireland That Was Easy Go Go go go wait wait wait which of these is part of the UK but not oh Northern Ireland yeah yeah Northern [Music] Ireland what actually is Big Ben the clock tower the clock face or the great Bell the clock face the great Bell wait where's the Bell well obviously inside of the clock tower oh so Big Ben is the Bell well we're going to see if you're right am right oh yes I'm the whole Clock Tower Bim Ben is the for the great hour Bell Tower is called Elizabeth Tower the Bell weighs 15.1 tons H the name what's the longest river in the UK the seven the temps or the two I'm going to guess Tim's because it's the most widely known oh I can't remember I think M my second guess would be sorn it's I believe it's the Tims but uh that's that's seven for some reason in my head and I don't know why I've never heard the r talked about so I feel like that doesn't mean that it's the longest I know but it could be the biggest I don't know right I I I'm going to go with Tims but it could be Severn but I've never seen Clyde before I don't know about that one we'll go with Tims seven yeah I I was I was going back and forth William Shakespeare London stford Upon A I don't know straford upon aan or straford p v oh we say aan a look at this which game invented in England was once described as a game played by men withby rugby rugby 100% it's got got to be cuz football and Cricket are not weird Shake balls rugby is yeah which Scottish figure was depicted by Mel Gibson in the film break I've never seen that movie Bruce or William Adams I saw it a very long time ago um but I don't remember uh oh this is tough this is I want to say William Wallace but I this is a guas Robert the Bruce that is an oddly specific name Willi Wallace I haven't even seen it if you ordered knps and tatties on a Scottish menu what would you get parip parip pars and meat patties potatoes or it's got to be Mash turnips and potatoes yeah no wait you're guessing turn ups and potatoes yeah I'm saying par up some meat patties M wait oh I don't know oh that's tricky ah you're probably right yeah orally served with haggus Richard Burton Sir Anthony Hopkins oh we are keeping track of our score that's okay you guys will keep track yeah I'm sure someone is Sir Anthony Hopkins Katherine Zetta Jones we're all born in which country Scotland born in which country no no no Wales Wales I'm going [Music] Wales yeah what is a Monroe a mountain in Scotland pie in England or a dragon in Wales M A Monroe how about a dragon on top of a mountain eating a pie oh this is hard I want oh I'm G to say a mountain in Scotland what is a Monroe this one's tough I'm going a pie in England that was my next guess I don't [Music] know ah definition of a Monro is a mountain in Scotland over 3,000 ft there are 282 Monro and Monroe bagging the prod climbing them what is the tallest building in the UK 22 The Shard theard one Canada Square The Shard I want to look into that building what is it it's in London how often does it rain in the UK all the bloing time every other day on average or never it's like a desert I say all the time it's interesting because I say most days probably it's interesting because because like it depends on where you're at London is actually from what I understand London is actually a bit drier than you would expect yeah if we're going if we're going by average probably every other day right I I mean or I mean because I know I know I know the weather is very unpredictable it can just be it can be sunny and then rain but does that mean it's raining all the time I think it gets the The Stereotype of raining all the time when yeah because certain areas because certain areas do does rain all the time but other areas it does so I'm going to go with every other day on aage yeah that's the most scientific answer yeah yeah onever RS yep about yeah wow she not far off every day Queen Scottish estatal moral Castle Windsor Castle or Sandringham house uhal which I haven't looked into oh I know I want to is Beau Pyramids of Giza who built Stonehenge aliens we don't know we don't know don't know aliens despite the many theories no one knows for sure he bu it why around 3,000 BC the largest stes called Saron each way 25 tons and came from about 25 miles away North Coast of Northern Ireland what is this world heritage site Giants carway yeah giant carway the Giants Causeway or the fair's track yeah baby yes which city hosts the festival Fringe the world's largest Arts Festival Edinburgh glassgo or leads uh this is hi what you need to discuss the world's largest oh Festival Fringe I thought Fringe was bangs well it's yeah the Fring I think it's called fringes um or maybe you call Fringe too largest Art Festival Edinburgh go to edur that was kind of my like first reaction too so I guess we'll go with that fesal Fringe wow where was the Titanic built Glasgow Portsmouth or Belfast Belfast yeah that well that was my guess but Belfast which is something I didn't know before world record held by Queen Elizabeth II featured on the most currencies longest reigning queen or the largest collection of corgis I think featured on the most currencies longest rating Queen what no that's not a world record oh wait which of these is not a world record oh sorry yeah I thought I thought they were saying she had a lot of corgis but maybe she didn't have the largest collection sh I'm going to feature on most currents no no no no it's the largest question question because she had a lot of corgis but I don't think and and think about all the commonwealth countries with currency okay she's definitely the longest reigning Queen I I was I didn't see the not in in the question so okay porgis yeah largest collection of porgis final although she had a ton of dogs she did but how'd you know that I just it's a culture thing like it's just yeah she she she had a ton of dogs but I bet it not a world record probably yeah yeah ining slang what are apples and pears chairs stairs hairs uh I say hairs hairs or stairs stairs a c Ry slam is for apples and pears that is something it's very hard to learn we've got a book about it6 to 1362 what was the official language of English French old Saxon or Latin I want to say old Saxon what old sax yeah I'm going to Old Saxon you know old like the angle sa but I that's why I guess that but what wait wait wait wait wait wait from 1066 to 1362 that was the official language of what okay that one's surprising to me me too I mean I know you're close to France but I mean it kind of makes sense but at the same time it just doesn't Okay was no the comments guys what is that about like how I don't quite understand that yeah interesting during the Napoleonic Wars what did the people of harleypool think was a French spy and so hanged it a scarecrow a monkey or a statue I have no idea I don't know anything about wars and history really so um yeah yeah that's something like growing up I wasn't interested in and I've started getting interested in it and I learned a little bit but I've got a long way to go to learn about all these different Wars and whatnot none of this really makes sense except for monkey wait monkey has got to be the only thing because a scarecrow isn't alive and neither is a statue so if you're going to hang something it's got to be something living I'm going to Statue really I don't know that's just I'm do a statue monkey only Survivor was a monkey we never seen a monkey or good people believed it to be a French spy and so hang it oh my goodness oh oh I'm I'm I wasn't thinking correctly I get what you're saying now like I thought I didn't know it was the actual people of hardle pool hanging this thing I was you thought I was already hung and they thought right I I thought it was already hung and so I was like okay a scarecrow or a statue because it kind of looks real maybe but okay that makes more sense that it's obviously alive that's why they would hang it okay yeah four lion statues surround which famous London Landmark sing's Cathedral Tower Bridge or Nelson's column I'm going to say the bridge Nelson's column what's that what is Nelson's column it's a large what is worth it cheese on toast an illness or a game I bet it's a game rare bit rare bit wait I just saw a recipe it was rare bit so I'm going to say cheese on toast actually yeah I'm going to go cheese on toast how much do you trust me I trust you it's all on the line what is the most common Pub name in the UK the crown the red line sh or ship that's what I was going for the ship I guess I don't know yep the Red Lion author CS Lewis is best known for which series Chronicles of Narnia Chronicles of Narnia A Song of Ice and Fire or the Dark Tower Chronicles of Narnia which sport newly invented in Scotland was banned in 1457 for being a distraction golf football or hockey I'm going why don't say golf golf I'm going golf that was my guess but I don't know why gol seems Scottish Final Answer golf go I knew that I 100% knew that which of these is the bestselling British group ever with Over The Beetles it's got to be the Beetles Beatles The Beatles or the Rolling Stones Beatles got to be yeah that's a lot of salesman students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry catch the train from which London Station King's cross Victoria King's cross that was my guess I don't really remember I'm going to guess King's cross yay I don't even know how I know that see you didn't see haggus illegal in the USA not enough fat or sugar in it contains a ban substance put hairs on your might put hairs on your chest obviously it's number three it might put hairs in um a band substance what's in it what's of it's band oh I don't know if they'll tell us but I um well go ahead and then we'll talk about it in just a second if they don't talk about I think it's because of certain uh orgames they use like the lung I think yeah sheep's lung one of the key ingredients has been banned banned yeah which of these screen Legends I don't know why that's banned I mean like you can eat liver organ meat is healthy for you so maybe there's something about the lung specifically I must admit out of all the organs lung is one of the the least appealing lung is one of the least appealing like if I was going to eat organs would you rather eat lung or testicles though okay yeah I I I think I would choose L you don't want you a giant testicle on really slice that's Rocky out oyers is not what they're called here yeah those are those sheep no I think it is go I don't know I think it's goat probably cuz we don't have a ton of sheep here we got we have them though where I don't know I don't either never see there's some there're somewhere around here but I I don't know where which of these screen Legends was not born in the UK not born in the UK Charlie Chaplain lawence Olivia Marlon Brando Lawrence Olivier Marlon Brando really where was well I I'm not I'm not going to say I'm 100% but I think yeah not an actual law in the UK it's illegal to be drunk in a pub in charge of cattle or in a library wait I got to wrap my head around this which one of these is not not a natural law in the so some of these are it's illegal to be drunk in a pub it's illegal to be drunk in charge of cattle it's illegal to be drunk in a library okay so which one of these where can you be drunk I bet in a pub I'm going to go do you think it's a law it's not an actual which of one of these is not La do you think it's a law that's it's illegal to be drunk in charge of cattle I can maybe see that could be dangerous I guess but uh in a library you know you want to be is there a specific law though about being drunk in a library specifically I'm going to say no I'm going to say last one you're going to say in a library yeah I'm going to say in charge of C but I mean like I could I could go interchangeably really honestly I don't even know what answer to give honestly cuz I could see the question's confusing yeah it's this is a tough one in a library it's illegal to be so it's not illegal to be 73 mile wall built across the north of England to keep invading barbarians out Hadrian Wall wall how' you know that CU I've heard of it and that's where the Sycamore Gap tree was yeah you know that yeah Biz are five roundabouts in a larger roundabout magic roundabout swnd and England called the crazy roundabout the magic roundabout mag I've heard you talk about that before yeah I should we should we should look into that at some point I think you find it interesting all right I bet this is the last is this bridge called London Bridge Tower Bridge or Westminster bridge I want to say London but it's probably not Tower Bridge Tower Bridge yeah London Bridge was is actually in Arizona now that's what you said hey we just hit I feel like we did pretty good I feel like we honestly I'm going to say I got a passing grade now if we weren't working together it might have been a little different yeah could have been a little different there were some of these that were confusing some of these I've never heard of I I know that most of this I would have not known before this journey I would have known probably a few of them but but uh the majority of this I've learned since being on this journey like you know a lot of the things about
