what's up guys my name is miles and my name is fez and this is the commodity and today we're reacting to jakarta city indonesia driving walking flying through downtown y'all fly through downtown i don't know but this has been one of our most widely requested videos since we reacted to jakarta indonesia so we're super excited to take a look at this you guys said that it had obviously if it's huge city a bunch of people yeah like 10 point something million yeah like 10.8 i think [Music] he's like no you're not passing me [Music] i'm guessing they're on a scooter the way that they're cutting light line look at that dude yeah see that's the problem they don't pay attention yeah the drivers not the not the motorcycle scooter riders it looks like a super clean city it does all honesty like the the highways and stuff it reminds me of dallas yeah i think it looks a little cleaner than dallas yeah it's a little bit tighter roads though yeah that's a cool structure yeah and that building is cool as well i like the the different colors of the building that was over here i like that that's cool that's the one i just said was cool oh okay just different perspective a different angle i just want to know how this guy's doing this while he's driving yeah there's so many like skyscrapers here yeah like we've got a few but not that many no no nowhere near to be fair in dallas it's like we're talking about eight million people in the whole metroplex which is multiple cities combined yeah where this is one city like if you crammed it down to one city yeah then it would probably be much more like this [Music] yeah it's just so beautiful and this was a beautiful day to film too yeah they picked a right time i'm guessing we're walking now i think so [Music] so huge yeah i think after malaysia jakarta will probably be our one of our next stops [Music] i agree i like the design of that building yeah that's really cool it's like fish scales almost is that the that's not the turnabout thing roundabout yeah rotundo in spanish you know i've never been on a train not even in dallas i've been on uh monorail at disney world monorail monorail and those trains that they have that go around six flags oh yeah yeah i've never been to the six flags here in dallas really yeah san antonio all like multiple times but not here [Music] the original six flags too i used to go every other weekend [Music] it's a good race yeah now you to jump the tracks yeah but first you got to pop a wheelie in your car it wasn't in my view those are cool buildings yeah they are they're like sculpted yeah like the flowers are blooming yeah this was definitely a fantastic time to film this it was like springtime [Music] of course i don't know if they have spring they're in equator countries i think they said all they have is rainy season and dry season so humidity and no humidity yeah yeah no i'd like to ride on a train i'm never flown either so trains are fun to a certain extent yeah it's better than walking probably this is a camera no good to know thought it was a picture who are you i couldn't imagine having to keep all those windows clean but they obviously do because those buildings look immaculate it's funny because you never think about that part of the business it's like somebody's making millions yeah that's the stuff i think about like when i look at a structure like that i think how does somebody keep that thing clean oh yeah and they do like i'm just curious what kind of bill it looks like if you were to just pay for the whole thing to get cleaned yeah windows interior the whole night that'll be forty thousand dollars for the month the top half of the window on the top half of the building there's those buildings again yeah i really like those a lot [Music] every time i see a train now though i think of like grand theft auto i think we're still walking no i don't think we're walking anymore i think he's on a train i'm just kidding he would have been walking really fast yeah but more like a fast sprint and now i think we're flying drone style whoa why are those windows different yeah what what is what is this is this like a secret secret floor oh that's cool i do have a question do you all have floor 13s in yale's buildings 13 in the us is considered like a a bad number i guess a unlucky number so not every building but a lot of buildings don't have 13 uh they skip 413. like do they have a floor 13 though well i mean obviously there's 13 if it's a 20-story building then they still have 13 they just name that one 14. they just get 13 go from 12 to 14. like do you actually skip the 13th floor though yeah they they go no the floor is still there and it's used but it's not number 13 it's number 14. stupid well you're still on the 13th floor yeah but they got a lot of places yes and no so what kind of sporting field is this looks like baseball actually yeah is it basically or it could be cricket let us know yeah [Music] but it looks like baseball i'm probably going to change the music yeah i don't want copyright issues yeah that's why i didn't even bring it up because i knew we were gonna have to change it yeah man's got some tricks a lot of smokers in southeast asia it's been trending downwards in the u.s yeah however vaping vaping has trended upwards yeah vaping is a huge thing in the us now smoking is is starting to go down a lot yeah i used to smoke i smoked for like six years and i quit it's what a woman will do to you i had an ultimatum make you smoke yeah it's quite the opposite actually look at that look at that oh wow that's phenomenal and what's cool is it's not necessarily like if you go to new york or chicago it's super condensed big buildings yeah whereas this is kind of spread out big building and then you have little buildings in between and i think that makes it more beautiful yeah exactly it makes it more diverse looking yeah it's not just one cluster of sky rises now that's what makes new york and chicago really cool as it gets so dense yeah like there are only like seven and eight million people or something like that i don't even know uh but it's in such a small area see i i don't know what subway stations and stuff look like so i couldn't compare it to anything i've never been in a subway i've i've been in i've been in a subway sandwich shop you're stupid i've been in a few i've been in the underground i've been in the one in madrid i've been to the one in chicago i think the one in london is the oldest uh subway system in the world really it's either that or madrid oh no i'm just you know for them to have so many people though it doesn't seem like it no and i guess that goes to it being such a spread out area yeah because you could drive down downtown dallas or in dallas and it's cramped yeah yeah but just the people walking and everything it doesn't seem like there's too many people to be fair it's pouring down rain yeah i'd hate to ride in the rain goodness yeah jakarta warehouse project [Music] he's not southeast asian he is making some people cry though [Music] i have no idea who that is i don't either guys let us know in the comments who this guy is he sounds european yeah [Music] they all seem like they love him yeah i guess they wouldn't be there yeah that'd be a weird concert like we just showed up that's beautiful indo food endome yeah i don't know who this guy is but he's now became a big part of jakarta yeah it's big enough to be on this video yeah about jakarta he's kind of like a main character yeah those are cool effects i like that it's got dirty language yeah so i'm curious because i know every country is different do you all have issues with cussing is there a time of place or is this is it pretty normal yeah the setting the the stage setup is amazing yeah we're gonna have to cut out uh the music just because we don't want to get in trouble with any copyright or anything but uh we will also cut out his uh cussing yeah we try and keep it family friendly on the channel you know what i'm saying but it cuts a little bit but yeah but yeah is that is that common uh you know cussing in the united states it's it's common uh unless you're um usually not around parents or family type stuff like that or children um but in a lot of other situations outside of church obviously uh a lot of places people just cuss yeah ah no that was super awesome though it definitely gave us a a much different perspective than the just overhead drawn video we watched it uh it's a beautiful beautiful city it's huge it's gigantic and i like the fact that it's not all just crunched in together just all these tall buildings together i like that it's all spread out it makes it look much bigger than it probably is i mean it's already big yeah off the bat but the fact that it's more spread out with all these tall buildings just makes it look like it goes on forever yeah you know how depressing it would be that you're in one of the small buildings working right next to the gigantic building and you're just like i bet it's a lot nicer looking out those windows than my window it's like yeah but i've never worked in a gigantic building have you no no well with that being said my name is miles and my name is fez thanks for watching guys peace out
