American Chopper - Fixing Jason's Mess

all right gentlemen all right we're gonna we're gonna clean up the frame here quick okay get this in realign everything get everything back to straight since since all this happened this morning we just wanted to check out everything made realign the motor in case anything happened with it you know what let's just go in there and tell them that you meant the frame that the whole back section of the frame actually tweaked a little bit it's out mm-hmm prob about 150,000 so it's over an eighth inch you know almost six 3/16 of an inch so it's it's out pretty much a lot more than it's acceptable I think we need to work off it itself right here they will be done I don't really think it's gonna be that critical I think I know we can do it we're the rear wheel bolts to it twisted a little bit now we have to do is figure out a way to straighten that out now what are you gonna put a vertical plate in here and do a vertical this way I will put a little gusset behind us as well - okay we're gonna jack off of that right okay we're gonna try and do is use a pipe going through where the axle is and try and push on that with the piston and see if we can get a tweak back to where we want it um I'll turn out what's up pal that is my bad we're just coming up a little jig here to uh straighten her out I almost can't believe it bent but then I wasn't here for you know what you know what really upsets me the most you won't notice a thing about spell I've been thinking to doing that for over a year yeah and now I'm glad I never did uh yeah there's there's parts weren't when I work here at work and I get frustrated and I would love to just grab hold of the fight go grab all the Weller and fling it a lot of times to catch myself now before you just destroy things I don't think I'd ever actually take up a bike though when it was to that point and throw it on the floor because you basically start all over again from scratch and that's a lot of man-hours that me and Rick have involved in it um I love to do it if I would get rid of a ton of frustration but any other hand you got a backup sometimes I really think about it a little bit more but not much I mean we're all the way out here we're on the edge of that and usually rivers starting so ok suit again just that little bit yes we're back to zero not even there yet actually we're still negative so we already spend two or three days on it so we'll probably waste the rest of the day getting everything all straightened out and if we get it back to where we were so you know we're gonna lose just probably three days even 40 is really of lost time and we're right at the center are we yep sweet
