we have one more day of the actual trial we will have at least a month i'm guessing i'm going to guess a month we'll probably have a lengthy decision that comes in so it will take a while it may be one of those uh you know one to three hundred page decisions that come in and yeah when it does this is all the background for the next case the next case i mean this case it matters granted it matters but the thing that really matters this is the build-up for the feds and we're going to have a title fight it's kind of like a it's kind of like a build up for a title fight that's going to happen in uh january 2021 it's going to be so good too oh but today was fascinating and the reason that it was fascinating is because we got two things here now i noticed something come up that i will probably this really really interests me okay so i'm going to show you i'm going to show you something that was in sky news's coverage and then in the closing that we picked up yeah it was just it was it was kind of amazing i just i have to show you this so give me one second i'll have it set up here oh man it's these people when they put together a trial i hope to god i hope to god that that judge goes through things which i'm not even talking about the the level that a lot of us go through it i hope he goes through it with with half of the like half the concern not even an entire concern half the concern that people have because if he does he will find things that just destroy this case i mean they absolutely do so so um you had sky news covering this today and again sky news is i mean they are who they are i mean let's be honest they're they're they're all we have right now i i wish i i tell you what if i would have if i would have thought about this ahead of time i would actually probably try to go to this damn trial because i did not think about it but too little too late um the next one though oh yeah i'm there so anyway they were talking about the australian thing again this is the uh this is closing today for the sun and the sun they accidentally what they did was they managed to do more damage i think in their closing than they really realize now you can see them talking about for example the um the idea of what happened in australia they discuss they discuss hear injuries for example they they bring them up like uh like herd had went to the doctor okay now i kept thinking see it says she has extensive medical notes also suggesting no self-harm i kept thinking she didn't go to the doctor what's up with that okay well we got we got two documents like i said today we got a transcript for today but we also got this the closing submission on behalf of the defendants this is amazing this is the most amazing thing i've ever seen because it includes [ __ ] like this now this may not seem like much but when you look through it what you find out in this is that the doctor she went to see she went to see a psychiatrist she didn't go to see a doctor she would i mean really think about that they're trying to say that oh she had wounds and therefore she went to see the psychiatrist wait wait a minute wait wait wait wait how does that work again so i hope to god like i said that either johnny depp's team tears this [ __ ] apart when they go in because if someone if some meandering fool like myself can go in there in his free time looking through a document find something like this then um yeah i'm hoping that they do that i'm sure they get paid or very very good per hour rate you know i'm sure they get a very handsome reward for their time if i can find this then i hope to god they tear it apart because when you look at again when you look at this stuff here which what you find in it you find that johnny depp is sitting in a hospital he's you know he's missing a finger he's wanting a drink he can't get a drink he can't get any of that stuff and meanwhile amber hurt is sitting around poor little amber heard has to meet with her shrink because oh my god everything that happens is so bad like what what what a mess what a damn mess i mean that's literally that is the reality of what it's done this is also the problem with places like sky news see if sky news had any integrity whatsoever and no you don't have any integrity let me just say that sky news uh you know if if anybody wants to point that out that they're being called out repeatedly you suck at what you do you're awful you are awful you are a gossip rag at best but you're probably not even that i mean honestly you know i wouldn't i wouldn't use sky news to wipe the drool off of nick wallace's face because he's he was propping himself up like a real journalist and they this is all they do they do transcribe notes where they basically again they don't give you anything they don't actually this stuff doesn't mean anything it's because they're in the bag for they're in the bag for amber herg being in the bag for somebody too is not journalism again bias i get i get bias i feel like the further i go into this the more bias i've become because i look at i look at documents again this document like i said is amazing because it doesn't just it lays out the claims let me let me show you how this sets up okay and again this is the one document out of anything i will drop a link in the description you can um you can download this puppy at your leisure okay figure we have a closing day and then we'll have a few days where we look through documentation because to to be fair like i want to show you what this this uh this trial looks like all right most people have not gone in and truly looked at the trial okay but when you think about it all right you have 15 days we'll have 16 days of transcripts right then that doesn't count the openings so you have openings for each team you have their skeletal arguments you have 15 days of transcripts and you have witness statements right these are all your witness statements plus you have three witness statements for johnny depp and you have for heard you have seven witness statements as well so going through that i mean you have a lot of documentation and there's a lot of stuff you know since this stuff has gone on every day there's a lot of pieces of this puzzle that i'm sure have been missed so we'll have a few days where we go through we talk about this again i figure it's going to take them a month to give us a decision and the decision it matters i do not want to dismiss it i feel like johnny depp's team is killing because amber amber hurts him i want to call them amber heard's lawyers because let's be real the son who are they representing they're representing the uh the needs for amber herb they're not representing uh the needs for the needs for their paper really i mean they they decided to go full in the bag for amber heard and when they did they made a mess let me lock my screen on this real quick and then we'll roll through it so let's i'm going to roll through this with you like i said it's it's very it's good stuff you know it's i i'm pretty excited to see them blow up their own case i mean it does it kind of makes my day to watch them do this and again when i say that there are there are talking points they have all their talking points in here this again is their document okay this is their closing submission plus they have their their transcript for the entire day now this is what i focused on today i could have focused on the transcript today but i had to pick i was i was wanting to know which one to go through but i noticed after you went through the talking points you had a very fascinating add-on let me just like i said i'm rolling down through here so you can see it let me roll it faster though i mean they have a lot of talking points right but they're going to bring up but after they get to them they have a timeline breakdown for all of their quote unquote evidence and their evidence see like i said they got a army of freaking talking points that's what but then they get to this stuff where you have everything that they submitted so if you're curious about all of the pictures and everything that you've been hearing about it's all right here everything every single freaking thing that they have brought up it's right oh god i mean i this this is where the case is this is where their defense is and this this is where they lose a case if the judge actually looks through it with with eyes that where he wants to see what's there he'll say butter that bread baby oh but i mean if you look at this i mean there are pictures in here we haven't seen for example i mean you know you can see them right off the bat when i saw this i thought wait a minute you know hey we have we have keith richards there there's there's pictures in here again we have all of these broken down see there was a fascinating thing that was brought up about whitney heard that nobody discussed whitney heard apparently had all of these pictures on her phone but did not well whitney whatever the hell her name is now i forget what her last name is but uh you know ah's sister um she had all of this stuff on her phone and she didn't disclose it she didn't disclose it because it looks really bad for her in fact if you look at the pictures and the way that they're set up some of these pictures they're even more damning than what we actually thought because we haven't seen everything we haven't even seen we haven't seen a sliver of what's here i mean if you go through and you look at this what you find you find every text message that they mention right i mean all of this we'll we'll go back through obviously we'll flip it over and look at it but you also have the police presence like there's there's very telling stuff in here like you can tell for example you know when you when you're going through if you look and when the police arrive you know you can see johnny depp leaving we actually have the time stamps of all of that you have the police actually arriving on scene as you get in here and what's funny is the police right off the bat look at this they didn't have like i found this to be very telling the police they didn't even get to step out of the elevator before people were doing damage control for amber heard like we would've never known this we've never seen any of this [ __ ] yet you can see that picture that's josh drew this is raquel pennington's husband you know um rocky pennington the best friend of amber heard yeah the best friend of amber heard meets the police just like dad doesn't even let them look how deep into the elevator he is so the way that they told this story does not match up with this picture the way that they told this story the police come in they knock on the door he answers the door and on but that see that's a bunch of [ __ ] because you can see the police are on the elevator the police get off the elevator you can see how that sets up you know again there's just there's a lot of interesting stuff in this that that again does not and the reason i i bring that up it may seem innocuous the way i bring up some of this but a lot of these items don't fit their description of what happened you can understand like when you're going through this you can understand that the inconsistencies again if if there are enough inconsistencies in a story it starts to unravel every single thing but again the the media you know we flagrantly ignored that i mean if you look like i said if you look at what was brought up today versus the coverage of it the coverage is so nasty too you know the also the media is already attacking people that ask for due process not not that they'll call you um you're all misogynist now right now did you realize that you're all freaking misogynist does that piss you off a little bit i'll do a video probably in a day or so talking about the guardian the guardian did an article um now i haven't brought that up yet but i'm not going to pull it up today but just to give you an idea of how you are perceived by these people they went in full thrust with a certain narrative so of course if anybody sways from that narrative you you can't be looking for truth you can't be your own person no no you're either a misogynist or if you're a female you suffer from internalized misogyny that's a a favorite of mine by the way you can't be a human being you can't be your own person there has to be a reason that you're doing this stuff and the reason it has to have some type of negative connotation that is the media now that is that is who these people are that's why you know i do videos on other things like comic books and other stuff and the reason that i do that it all links up to this the narrative is always the same if you don't anything but the day see there's two fights going on here as well it i want you to really really grasp on to this too because if no matter how how the court decision goes yes you have the court fight but you also have a fight for hearts and minds the hearts and minds fight i would say is more important than the fight in the courtroom because i would say millions of people have woke up to the fact that number one johnny depp isn't the monster that they said that means number two that the narrative that they utilize the hashtags that they utilize their lies cancel culture number three is a lie number four mainstream media is a lie and as you go down through that it doesn't just help him if you're not a fan of the god that's that's okay you know everyone deserves due process and most of us again as i've said many times we didn't have we don't have the money to fight these fights like the fight is important this is the most necessary fight that exists now because people are canceled every single day and most of us we don't have the money to do this kind of stuff if you end up in the crosshairs maybe you can fight maybe you can but you couldn't fight at this level i mean he to to get to where it's at now the estimates that i've seen are about 1.27 million dollars or about a million pounds and that's per participant so you know the the sun decides to take it forward and then now i don't know how much the uh the trial in virginia will end up costing but i do know that that trial it ends up it's it's cost plenty of money just to get your day in court yeah elon musk has been talking [ __ ] again too i'll have to cover that as well he's been like i want to [ __ ] you jenna dip johnny depp's he's almost 60 dude yeah you're you're a you're a badass aren't you you're a badass closing the reason that i believe that i need to present an argument for it they don't even bother they just say well you know why that this is happening because amber heard said this it's like really are you freaking kidding me dude so i mean when you look through this too as i said in the uh as i said in my my uh video the judge does not seem to be thrilled he doesn't seem to be thrilled in what i read through day 15. now i'm not finished i will not completely comment on the day until i finish day 15. and there's like i said there's 190 something pages of one document plus 70 more there there's 260 plus pages of material from today so i just haven't had time to go through it but like i said this is sky news giving you this and you know what they really make me think they made me and to make johnny depp a monster she not only turned johnny depp into a monster but that man that we saw at her table for thanksgiving that man sitting there playing with johnny depp's kids and defending her and doing all of this she threw him under the bus because she's that kind of piece of [ __ ] like that that's horrible that's horrible anyone else planning on attending the virginia case like i said i'm i'm i'm thinking about trying to go i i we're trying to find out again you know with that i am not legitimized press you know because well you see what it takes to be mainstream press now right so i've got um the the site critical blast if you've never heard of them check them out i've done some work with them they're they're good people but also they can check into stuff like that for me about getting me a press credential and all of that so that's what they're working on because they can make much better headway than i normally could they have a contact they're also finding out what happens with court overflow because when the press goes in you don't get to just set now if you get to set in the main area that'd be awesome oh man that'd be cool but if you can't get in there what are they going to do with overflow are they going to provide another room are they going to just say that's it yeah you know first come first serve you're screwed you know because if that's as we build up toward it but i i do want to get in there and i want to cover this because a lot of the stuff that has had when i see sky news again covering this stuff i want to know i'm not press i cases our rape kit tests just just that they were burning them they were they were literally burning them but when we find out people have lied to this level and destroy people there has to be a consequence they just don't need to be told oh well you know maybe they're telling the truth [ __ ] you know i mean this is wrong this is wrong i don't know how you fix things that are going wrong but uh you know if you go through and you you look at you look at the way that they did it a year ago they would say alleged you know johnny depp is allegedly abuser they don't even bother to throw that in now the thing that got this paper sued in fact wasn't putting in the alleged remember they put in be happy to cast wifebeater there was no alleged in there they made the claim without any type of fruit whatsoever they just decided to attach it to him you know again that's because that's who they are so looking at this like i said we have we go all the way back to 2013 and what's fascinating about looking through it it are the meetings who is involved and again remember this is every sliver of evidence associated with amber heard so we have every single sliver of meetings again they this stuff like i said if you have not looked through it watch um watch the video that i did sunday where i talk about the pictures because in the very end of it there is a statement that was brought up again with whitney with whitney heard and she was saying the the johnny depp's lawyer was bringing up the fact that she didn't turn this stuff over like these pictures existed and they didn't turn them over why because they proved that the days that there were supposed to be abuse there were pictures out there on those days or the day after this is this has been the problem with all of these these things they will associate dates they actually change the dates um you know the uh the the the two events they call the disco bloodbath and there's the other one the painting incident they actually changed the dates of that stuff because they did not fit the narrative they found that there was contradictory evidence to it and they all just suddenly had an epiphany they were all wrong about the dates they all simultaneously come to a conclusion that um that's supposedly met individually so how does that work you know how how does that work i've heard of like mass hypnosis and [ __ ] but how do you how do you come to the same conclusion like how would that work but like you see these pictures here these were not turned over when they were supposed to be you know and you like i said when you look at when you look at the earliest claims that are made you'll notice the dates change they modify and these people say well you know maybe i was a little off on my date he seemed very very sure of it before you can tell me every smell and color going on you can tell me every freaking sensation but you can't get it right on your calendar because you have conflicting evidence oh yeah i see i see how that works but what's like i said what's interesting about this document is it will put everything in chronological order for you so you can see how the claims go now you also um today had something it was brought up in passing but remember there was a heinous event that that had been brought up there was one of the 14 incidents is brand new the incident in hicksville i believe now that incident we don't have the detailing to it was it was um the testimony behind closed doors but there was a discussion about it in closing i've not read about that yet i'm curious how much of that gets detailed to us because you know i would i would really really like to know what she tried to say happened then you know like i said we have not just screenshots of this but we have text messages there are tens of thousands of text messages that these people guys have to pick through and it's amazing when you when you go through this you know they they one of the things that they've tried to hammer home through a lot of this stuff is the idea that substance abuse equals spousal abuse you know that's the that's the main point that you find you know like dealing with johnny's spiral you know it's terrible mom i don't know what to do you know he's spiraling here he's having problems you know it's just like really you know the guy's he's a he's a freaking he's a drug addict you know he is a drug addict we know that it's not a surprise you know saying somebody saying somebody is a drug addict in hollywood that's just like telling me you know uh the sky is blue i'm not really i'm not really shocked by any of that what i am shocked by again you even have like you have the well one of the things that we lose in a lot of the evidence is we lose the backgrounding to it as well we'll have one text message but we won't have the background to it but here like i say you can you can see all of this as well and i think that this it really gives you an idea of how a lot of this stuff comes together too but what they try to do in this is they try to number one they paint johnny depp as a substance abuser which equals domestic abuse but they also number two try to paint amber heard as this doting loving wife that's that's the other part she has to be this person that is cleaning up after this they even they even note this in um in the uh in the uh sky news stuff they would talk about things like a clash of generations a clash of cultures they would talk about you know this being uh him being an old drunken loser basically i mean they use words like that like he like he's just a you know some some old washed up piece of crap and you know treating him like this that was okay like it's just it's it's amazing to bring up you know they also they brought up the uh um 115 uh pound thing today you know the miss was here was this sky news thing that they said on it i pulled this up actually sky miss wass refers to the court to a photo stuff in just a second again too all right so this is my comic book now i'm sure you've heard about it before but there is a point to it see we had a we had an interesting thing happen in comics the other day i haven't talked about it much but i'm going to give you just a brief synopsis of it the other day a guy representing batman the biggest comic book out there decided he would cancel another person jaylee for working on a cover with a person that he called quote unquote comics gate he said it was because comic skate is a hate group right now comic skaters that would include a person like me what gets you labeled comic skate you talk about industry problems you tell people you're not a racist bigot nazi all of that [ __ ] and people want to cancel you and ruin your life for it literally that's all it takes so it's just like this johnny depp stuff you support johnny depp people want to cancel you for it well that's the same thing these industry professionals that want to do that so they decided they wanted to cancel one of the biggest names in comic books he gets contacted he's basically threatened in this stuff and you find out that the guy is mourning the passing of his beloved pet during all of this stuff and he's being threatened by this this nut job who has many other nut jobs in the comic book industry the biggest comic book people out there attacking him because he's done a cover for someone associated with quote unquote comic skate now when i tell you that we are blackballed by the mainstream media uh comic media and mainstream pros that's what i mean when someone says that you're a nazi or part of a hate group that that gets you uh that has a connotation and what they're trying to do is ruin you we make a comic book it's in all ages love crafty and comic book it does not have agenda in it or anything it's just supposed to be fun now this comic book uh it's our second we've had a lot of success with both of them i appreciate the heck out of you hopefully we'll have more success you know if you haven't checked it out definitely do that's the way we support our channel we keep everything going but it's also the way we challenge these idiots because ultimately at the end of the day they're ruining our escapism all of them whether it's the nut jobs that are out there that are trying to uh burn people down and cancel them for a hashtag or this or that i mean it's all associated the same now for our live streams we have a sketch card thing too i turn on this is a sketch card with the you know again i do a i do a thing with my that's wrong they can't shut us down there because again we have platforms that are big enough that we can get the word out so screw them you know again i enjoy the fact that we can go around them and we can have success because they want us not to and i want it like anyone telling me i can't have something i want to take it from them and anyone telling me as a consumer that i'm a bigot or a nazi will screw them i'll take my money elsewhere you know i'll take it where it's wanted so anyway so you have to samantha mcmillan you see the messages going in then you text from ah to raquel pennington can you come over you see text from ah to i o till it call me please raquel pennington now now this like i said johnny depp says already in the house already setting him up there you know like now want me to spring the trap now you know which very much so you never know what's going on with that stuff so you have i go till it write you have the conversation go in the first call lasts you can see how much time is in these second call starts at last three minutes at 28 seconds so you have iotilla asked about poop gate and all of this other stuff that's being brought up you know now here you have io till it right oh my god john is attacking amber she told me to call 911. i'm doing it yeah so you don't have any you don't have any proof this happens but of course you see these three people going nuts in that now kevin murphy in this takes back looks first of all i did not even go directly to jay about our conversation he didn't he talked to the bodyguard and sent it so he was told by someone else all of this is happening at the same time as their relationship dies this is this isn't the death of their relationship it died a month before but this this pretty much is this death rose you know he was told by someone else and then he questioned me days later i had no knowledge of any of yours and jay's conversation about the incident so it doesn't even make sense for me to just make something up further at the time i didn't even think it was a big deal that it was being described as a prank if i was going to fabricate something it would certainly be better than that i merely answered his question without any malice now here's the thing all right so here's something that i i would say that is worth marking in here if you look at the texts that are going through all right the times on them and everything else you see these texts are going through and that she is answering this stuff all right so if she's being beaten to [ __ ] in this how the hell is she sitting down and texting back and forth with kevin murphy no johnny don't hit me don't grab me by the hair let me uh she's got her she's got her phone in her hand i mean how does this work like like how is that working like could somebody explain it to me you know could you give us a link to the yeah i dropped it in um another thing this is something that i'll note so i will sometimes put the i'll look in the comments of videos for documents but i also all the documents though if you use twitter look up nick wallace he has every document that you would want in here there's a couple of documents free floating that are from the earlier stages but he has most of this stuff including this so just look up n-i-c-k w-a-l-l-i-s he is still putting up documentation all right so just to know with that um but how in this again how is she responding to him while all of this insanity is going on it means that's the way that it's supposed to be going now we have our picture here that the metadata there have been arguments over metadata it will be very interesting i've not seen the metadata argument brought back up again i do know with certainty with absolute certainty that the photographs that we saw attached to some of these documents have been manipulated now the problem with that statement of manipulation is that the defense for johnny depp is treated that like photo shopping you don't have to photoshop to manipulate something you manipulate with angles you manipulate with the lighting you manipulate with flair or without it you know like you don't use a flash you do use a flash you can tell for example there was a one of the pictures that that i added today uh with a video it has darkening spots around in the background the shadowing effect that creates that is not using your flash on probably what they have they probably have um at best i would say from the quality of the their pictures it's hard to say because we don't have an original but they may have an intro dslr a dslr camera you know but with a lot of these people it's probably a cell phone i mean let's be honest they're probably using a cell phone they probably don't utilize a dslr or anything big but if they were utilizing it they don't understand a lot about um exposure or anything else i mean you could do a lot though with the manipulation of just angles so like if i come at your face a certain way and i have you stick out your lip i can make your lip look like it's huge you know because again i'm giving you um i'm playing with distancing plus light and they do that throughout there's a string of there's a string of about 12 pictures in josh drew's um in josh drew's documentation it's under um exhibit 13. in exhibit 13 like i said it is chocked full of examples like that you know it's just it's a it's a mess it's an absolute mess so you have um now in here too what's fascinating is they have this this weird thing that goes on with who they how they report the crime iotill it see there's a 45 minute delay in the reporting of the crime and the way that they've explained that away is that they say they use an intermediary to report the crime which is the weirdest thing ever see iotillotright said that the um the conversation they tried to call in they couldn't get through to the 911 call they called somebody else and that intermediary calls 9-1-1 which doesn't make sense you can call a 9-1-1 in any area and get it patched through anywhere i call 9-1-1 here and say i need to report a emergency in new york or something i could i could get through you know what i mean like they would they would patch me through or they could take my information themselves but they have this they also have weird little things in here like this too i o till it write receives telephone call from blocked number call last two minutes who the hell is iotella wright talking to during those times we don't we don't know now in this too you know while a lot of stuff is going on you can see the uh the vehicle you know there's a there's a time discrepancy between some of this you know where you're moving around you can see like johnny depp leaving his uh security team taking him out that you can see the uh la here's the lapd stuff you know you have a discussion about are they coming you know who's coming and on um it's it's hilarious to see this and to know that they don't josh drew starts to receive telephone calls from jerry judge as johnny has left his phone so josh drew he puts in a description about you know um got a call from his deposition so he says got a call on the cell phone from uh from jerry judge saying something like the boss left his cell phone do you have it yeah you know can i get it i'll meet you outside but you know what's amazing like i said they they give a conversation that supposedly happens but you have to believe josh drew now the the thing that kills me about josh drew in here is the assertion of you know he acts like he's in control of this situation like he's uh he's bossing johnny depp around and all kinds of it's just weird you're not gonna come back in the building it's like you're a freeloading piece of [ __ ] who are you to tell anybody that but even in his statement he's like are you kidding me he beat the [ __ ] out of her again and you guys stood by and watch and he says that jerry judge told him it's not my business it's husband and wife he barely touched her so they they do their best to make things look [ __ ] up in these situations you know you have though what's amazing is that you have evidence that the police they actually do arrive we have two sets of officers now here they're telling us that they took pictures and these pictures you can see with wine on the floor and all that you have the cops come in so you can see the police they show up here the police they go in they look around you also have um i think there's a second set of officers that come in so you can see the the police they're going to leave they're going to leave you know you have a the police business card everything left there as well so the police they go in and they're telling us that the police supposedly looked at amber heard she's been beaten up and this female and male police who don't know who johnny depp is they don't know who she is they decide that it's none of their freaking business they're not going to have anything to do with it all right they're just going to ignore the fact that she has been beaten to high hell and they're going to ignore property damage see the thing is if you look at the metadata for their pictures the pictures come up after the police are gone and johnny depp i think very correctly says that the pictures and the demonstration of what supposedly transpired with the property damage and on it wasn't for the police it was for the lawyers because later on you want to say oh she had the [ __ ] beat out of her oh he he destroyed all of this stuff and of course that's how you do it all she has to do is sit there and slap herself in the face a few times and or pinch herself there was a there was somebody on on twitter put up a very profound post not too long ago and they showed themselves pinching their own face and they did it about three or four times and they compared their photos with amber heard photos and what was amazing about it is they looked worse than amber heard's photos it looked like she had been beaten to hell and the the thing is you can't judge any of this like if she's had been supposedly abused to the level that she's talking about none of these times make sense a little bruise on the arm you have a person attack you repeatedly and the only time when you're documenting everything the only time i ever get a picture of it is this one facial thing and an arm picture i'm sorry two arm pictures because we saw another one with little scratches that's all we get now here's the property damage again that's supposed to be the cops said didn't exist you could see all of these that the cops said they weren't there when they were there now i'm sure if johnny depp was running through breaking photos and stuff i'm sure that not only would the police have walked through but they had somebody walking them through so josh drew if he's wanting to make the point that you know abuser this an abuser that if that damage was there they would have pointed it out to the cops specifically because the cops they weren't taking tours they were being shown so that i mean that's the thing in it too you know the cops the police are not just going to walk away and pretend that nothing happened especially not like the female officer in this was a responder that is trained for domestic violence situations she would not have just walked away through that but they act like that's what would have happened now you see like i said other people coming and going through here you also have interestingly enough a second set of officers you know they go through the lift they end up you know so you can see them go in now i thought that was interesting because we never we don't know what happened with the second set of officers here we don't know who they are oh but the second set of officers they arrive on the scene too so we not only have one set of officers like i said we don't know who the second set of officers are we have pictures of them though but we we've never heard from them so we not only have one set of officers come in but we have two sets of officers in and neither set of police officers including a police officer a female that is trained with domestic violence response finds there to be a problem so four police officers go up there not knowing who the hell johnny depp is none of them know who the guy is at all they just they're going to respond and they're going to ignore all of this violence that they're telling me that took place see there's something in that that just does not set with me right you can see all the text messages and exchanges that come with this again all of these pictures you know what's what's fascinating too is she's sending pictures and texts to matrimonial lawyers in this as well it's not just to friends when you're looking through it she has other players that are introduced we know that she met with a matrimonial lawyer and a publicist during all of this so it's not just text again when you can piece together a lot of how this works through texting you can see the chatter back and forth you can see that amber heard is very much about talking to specific people to talk about you know how terrible people are and you also you see the the discussion of of restraining order after she's talked to her uh to her um her publicist and on so after they they get their stories straight they talk to their what what was interesting that we found out in this trial isn't just that they sat down all of this stuff happened and they called the police they had their incident they sat down they got together in a group they talked to a lawyer and a publicist they talked for over half an hour then they called the police that's what happened so you have all the people that are together in this they all get together and communally get their stories straight and then they do this now here's rocket man getting involved too you know so we don't have all of the the texts that are in there but here late at night now this tells you that something's been going on with oh rocket man as well because right after this stuff happens this isn't days after this is right after all of this happens amber heard text rocket man for such a smart man i would think you wouldn't need to investigate any further than your last text to me before such radio silence commenced for such a smart you can see you know all this going on so during that you have ah enters a lift you know travels down to reception talks to cornelius harris now cornelius harris tells us about this meeting with ah actually gives us uh you know an idea of what happened with it so she's still texting with her rocket man all of that's irrelevant to why i stopped talking to you so she's still talking to her rocket man as she's going down the steps so like i said you actually get all of this put into frame and it gives you an idea too when they say that they have all of these videos of her traveling around where is my video proof that she had marks on her because we have video where we can see her in this but they do not provide video they never showed video saying look at this you can clearly see that she has some kind of a mark on her you can clearly see this or that and they have pretty damn good video i mean if you notice that they have pretty damn good video so she's still talking to old rocket man through this i know offer would stand even if you uh never wanted to see me again again sorry for acting such such an idiot this rock the uh radio silent hurts a lot it only matters because i really like you so she's talking to different people while this is going on too you know she's talking about getting her xanax and everything while this is going on she's talking to aaron b who uh you know is the nurse that she called a liar and all kinds of other [ __ ] ah you know because they're they're friends a picture of ah with raquel pennington at the bead fair so we actually got the the bead fair pictures too we've actually seen those they turned in but of course you know what's what's strange about all of these um these weird pictures is that oh here's the picture okay so time unknown now they bring up pictures like this all right so i have this website pulled up because they're bringing in pictures that we know are from those areas and again this is why i like to site because it catalogs all these things you know leaves them up and letting this load for a while now you can see where let me let me put this over here so this is that picture all right now this is right after all of this stuff happened so you have during this time frame you have amber heard here now this is this is right after she has produced those pictures with her supposedly having swelling and bruising on the sides of her face her nose all of that you saw those pictures that she put in that she had her boy take for i mean you you saw those this is right after that but this is days before the restraining order when you look at those again i mean there's there's no [ __ ] way see all of this stuff you know why these things ended up in here it's because they actually thought you know what's funny about this is amber heard's ex-lawyer team thought that incredibly average was being fed information by johnny depp's lawyers they were so scared of incredibly average that they thought that he was being fed information i mean really think about that they were so afraid of what he had to say because he was on with it he knew what was going on he figured it out he was telling them about how all these pictures and stuff they don't make sense they literally thought that he was getting fed this stuff from the uh from the trial here now here's the uh bead picture you know you can see these uh these are the pictures that they were talking about from the fair and you know they're all having fun [ __ ] off having a good old time but you know again she's just recuperated from she's recuperating from this these pictures are right together and i think that that is probably one of the more telling parts of it this is supposed to be right after her with the the busted up face let me pull up the busted up face one i want to put them side by side and i want you like i said if you're if you if you think that one is the other if somehow that is is is obfuscated by my makeup in these pictures i mean she must have some amazing makeup that's all i'm saying because she's come up with she's come up with some uh some amazing pictures that are supposed to again showcase just profound abuse and yet and yet we don't have any pictures of her when she's out showing any of these injuries okay so i'm going to pull up this picture i'm going to pull it up side by side well not side by side but i'm gonna pull it up with with that up as well because i again so this is this is that picture but she's texting around you see like like i said we've seen this picture a bunch of times but what's very telling about it again is not just her face stuff like this you see the the shadowing you see the distortion and the shadowing because of the way that lighting is utilized because i mean you notice how these the damage to her changes from picture to picture so this is supposed to be the same time as this it's supposed to she's supposedly hiding injury somehow now i mean look at that nose wise period if she had injury enough to to do something to her nose that doesn't show at all you know you don't have it there but it it's added like it's part of the narrative she's yeah i mean there's she has manipulated the [ __ ] out of those because you can't one and the other they don't fit together you know get a drink here what's funny is you can see the move leaving with um with a good god what is that oh email from josh drew okay that's the i was like good god is that a text holy crap so here's on the 27th this is when she pops up like look at her expression too see this is the most telling stuff i don't know how well you can see her expression in that i wonder if we can pull up her may 27 2016. let me see if i can pull that up real quick 27 her in that setting there in that with her her supposed abuse okay there we go so we have i want to put two pictures side by side because i want to i want to emphasize something from the 27th to the 28th because of her magic injuries okay so we were talking about her healing powers and i also want to show like the way that she dresses and everything else she's sending a message her mannerisms she's trying to send the message that she's been abused like that it's all like i said it's in her mannerisms it's in everything if you look back to the tape of her that day it is is very evident what she's doing the game that she's playing and the game it only lasts one day you know i mean they're comparison shots of her and we're gonna pull those up too so just give me one second it's taking me one second i'm we go the pictures of her on the 27th this is her um going to the get her restraining order now look at the way she carries herself in the way she dresses she carries her arms like she's meek she's dressing just like she has for the trial she is playing the victim it is all about the portrayal of the victim this is her mark okay this is her abuse mark right now remember too this is her the next day look at me i'm not injured at all that's her the very next day pictures of her side by side comparison the very next day she played the game that she has played is a game that a lot of people have we can't see enough there but yeah i believe we can we can see quite a bit of her face there's no mark on her face that i can see we can see her face here now i don't think you can make out very much of her face in that but i think with these two i think you get a good feel for how she looks with that you know i mean what a mess in that you see her positioning though you see her face like she looks like she wants to cry she is a classic manipulating psycho like she fits the bill of a classic manipulator you can see her with other pictures here too you know waiting along she also you know she uh she showcases her legs during that as well i didn't even realize that she had showcased her legs for that myself let me see if that see if you can see that in the video or in the pictures i talking to jody g you know talking about how she has some issue here she has a black eye or two same with my nose all of that you know telling the day before but she has all of these injuries and stuff because she's not going to be able to make it to the late late show you know let me drink here she's talking to connell conway too this is her doctor johnny did a number on me tonight i'm safe with my support tonight but need some real help can i come tomorrow i called earlier because i thought i had a concussion and didn't know if i should have called the police i have a nurse close to me what's fascinating about this if you were to text me as a provider and to tell me i've been attacked i need stronger xanax i would think that would be drug seeking behavior you know but she's like no but i was just asking you for some some xanax okay uh these text messages like i said it's strange it's strange to see the reality that they're supposed to be creating now here's the stuff that we've seen most of from the the night of the 15th you know we don't have like i said this is a person that documents every the documents scrolling on the walls but doesn't show us her with two black eyes a broken nose again remember her description of it he kneels on her back he breaks a bed by kneeling on her back he gives her two black eyes and a broken nose and a busted lip now none of that's made manifest in any picture but i do see her chasing a lot of xanax in these pictures here it must be really nice having a doctor on call and a nurse on call that will feel that [ __ ] for you now you can see these pictures you're probably familiar with in that you notice these you notice a million what you'll notice in these is watch the lighting change just as i go forward wash out you know here this is a bad picture lots of lots of noise in it to give you uh more effect then you have that have this other push shadowing and on then you have this this is the most insulting of the pinterest because she's trying to tell you here that she is bruised all the way through this because you see them manipulating the light halo that's out here whatever external light they have they're utilizing natural shadow to create a blackening effect on their face and they're trying to tell you that that's bruising and that that is all lighting effect i could do this myself you know very easily because i [ __ ] up and made pictures like that on accident and i also uh i'll use light shop i like to play with light shop you know when i when i take photos i won't say that my pictures are the best or the worst actually i i take decent photos i i do know a little of what i'm talking about you know again i'm not going to say i'm the best photographer in the world or anything like that by any means but i've um said i take a decent photo and in taking a decent photo i know how to manipulate lights and darks i mean that's just that's just basic basic stuff and these people again if the person that's doing this stuff they aren't good at it they probably think they're good at it hence if she would have gotten somebody around her she made a lot of mistakes in this if she would have gotten somebody around
