when was your last haircut like a year ago yeah probably last year it was for a special occasion I don't remember what it was for yeah but here we are once again another special occasion make it look good I got a wedding wedding guy to go to tomorrow what do you got going from here brother I don't know what to tell you it's not winter no more so I don't need no longer chop it down maybe a little shorter than three okay we can do we can start with the two at the bottom and then work our way up and then the beard I like my link but everything else man just make it look nice Definitely you know slimming it out you see the inside of my hand so we get like that kind of shape and then just it'll slightly taper in just kind of clean this up just I mean I'm talking about just a bare minimum yeah this then just roll onto the floor just roll onto the path roll around oh this is what we call it the classic Casio um this is around 15 pounds yes I have modified the strap slightly with a hairband with a hair band you've got an emergency beard tie should things get out of hand as well yeah which is good or say for example you get bored of your no I'm not going to go there it's fine no if I have uh an erection and I need it you're still having those and I need to sustain it obviously I tie that around the base of my don't forget because it will go black and fall off because that's the thing you can't forget [Music] not had a beard since I was 17. so I think the last time I trimmed it down was maybe a year ago I've been coming to Jesse for two three years now grew my hair out he would cut it shave my head got a mullet and then he's been there for all of it so Ken what we doing today man we're uh strawberries are the head and uh what about the beard uh kind of want to keep uh the length maybe like come off like a half inch or something okay just kind of clean everything yeah clean it up just like usual yeah yes sir let's do it yeah very relatable journey man with with my my hair kind of receding as well me doing Buzz Cuts going from like textured stuff and mullets to like it's hard man it's hard to pinpoint it's hard to find out what works for you so I think that's a lot of people can relate to that as well man I'm losing it so I might as well just steer into it yeah I'm gonna throw some oil on right now and I'm gonna use some lather as well it's a lot harder to do at home than I thought it was going to be but yeah I've sliced my head up so many times this isn't the longest I've had it but I've grown it out I usually grow it out for a year I haven't seen my skin since I was 17. you've had it for that long man jeez e one good thing we're shaving it off today I'm just kidding oh man yeah going with the green I mean usually when I shave I would never even go against cigarette on the face definitely not on the scalp you can make yourself bleed at home don't I'm not doing that here I've cut myself pretty bad a few times yeah yeah it gets closer but it's really it irritates the skin you know how was your shaving at home man what's that process like it takes me like two hours to do the whole thing which is annoying if I had to shave I can't even cut my own hair a little and shave my my head you know those angles yeah unimaginable feeling trying not to slice your scalp open yeah if I would cut off some beard yeah I wouldn't look I wouldn't look my age I look like a little baby that's probably why I don't cut the beard no more it's good it's dense everything I don't know who I got it from God [Applause] what type of podcast I'm not gonna work here a lot longer no we're just gonna marry the sides with the tub but I'd like this length which you know a little bit longer something to play with all right let's check out this beard no I do plan on see how long I can really get it look honesty bro that's what that's that's the next place y'all gonna see me that's super high so that's amazing sometimes you can grow that almost connected to your eyebrows foreign this is not just a haircut Carlos what are you talking about this is a piece of art isn't it yes this is this is what we're creating today we're creating a piece of art that grows back so quick right that's the only thing about having a really really short haircut now I think it stays looking good though and benefit I've gone now is my hair's so gray that it's not like when I had darker hair where it would grow back and it was really evident I've got this like red coat on and I came to a set of traffic lights and these two youngsters in a car stopped and sort of Watching Me ride across the road and then went round down the window and they went oh oh great I'm getting called Santa now right let's go back to this quickly to what I'm doing to the actual purpose of of me being here which is cutting hair and luckily Joe wears glasses so you can't see what I'm doing at the end I'm like oh what oh there you go you often hide my glasses don't you so I can't until I've paid I do yeah yeah right I'm just blending the top to the side now so you can see like I've not used any other Clippers not you and not use any other guards the color of the hair leads itself to be able to do this it wouldn't work if I was cutting other types of hair if I was cutting curly hair or because of your type of hair I can do this technique and it works so there's a lot of things you can do yourself at home Carlos that other people don't bother doing it's true it's what makes me laugh when people leave a perfectly good house to go off and get a coffee and come back to their house or give yourself a love yeah give yourself a lap dance I've got a cushion let's do that to it [Music] I want to get my head tattooed and just keep shaving it and that's it but that's the answer right there I think actually that's the the most slept on solution shave the head get a nasty tattoo I got one of y'all's all the utility bomb it's really good it's probably my favorite product y'all have mine gets like really knotted so I'll put the the oil in first I'm just trying to like get all those knots out and then I'll put the bomb in man you gotta keep the ladder on it I've been shaved by this dude didn't re-up on the ladder just shaving my dry skin I got the worst razor burn I ever had in my life this utility bomb is just gonna bring an Intense Moisture back to the scalp the razor is tough on your skin even if it doesn't feel like it is so you want to counteract that when you're done with a good post shave routine surprise I definitely want to leave the most beard possible utility Bone Tree Ranger scoop it up using all four fingers the second time my life I've been asked that anyway so um elementary schools anyway I'm definitely working in that our styling balm the tree Ranger smells medium hold matte finish so there's nothing super shiny in it oh yeah that looks this side sucks over here but yeah what do you think brother hey it looks hella good dude a little bit of sea salt on it just to give it a little hold [Applause] oh I think for a 73 year old I'm doing all right yeah if you if he was 73 you would be if I was 73 people would be like do you know what that's good for his age yeah I'm not going to say anything don't say we were talking earlier about still cutting your hair yeah exactly anything you can live with an ear missing that could be bad I wanted to lose weight but not not that not in that way take off that line you don't need to lose lots of length from here sometimes you just need to redefine the shape gently go across or use utility oil I'm gonna put a little bit in now there we go that does smell good doesn't it yeah that's the old money old money I think nothing like what you asked for yeah it's ridiculous we didn't even have a beard when you came in no I know you swept this stuff off the floor and glued it to my face I'm actually 14. but now look how old I look [Music] I think I saw this anchor over here that's crazy I want to do the whole head like like you know the hairline all the way down the back I'm getting up working on a bodysuit so I don't like tattoos because they hurt man that's what I'm saying I like that stupid joke every time I go in here can you can you make it that hurt today man keep them connected but just slim them down I like it better coming here than versus doing it myself you know you look like a new man ah I feel much better yeah haircut went great good people I definitely recommend this to anybody I love it here I'm definitely coming back bro I thought he's an awesome haircutter yeah he'll
