AMAZING TRANSFORMATION | 3 Years Without A Haircut | UPLIFTING

i know you say you want to take it low on top you want to do the blowout taper lower it all the way all the way like all the way short one thing is for certain we all got one life to live now what you do with your life is up to you we all fall short sometimes but it's not how you fall but how you get back up with the gift i was given i will make a difference on this earth i come in contact with all walks of life i love everyone no matter their situation i am grateful to have the ability to change someone's life with just a haircut this is a celebration of life so with that being said let's transform this beautiful soul and uplift him let's go what is going on youtube it's your boy matt get the hands back to you with another amazing transformation i hope that you you watch this video and you are not sorry for this gentleman right here but you are happy for him because god put me in the right place at the right time he hasn't had a haircut in over three years and we are going to transform this man right here right now i'm just removing all the knotted dreads and i'm using my cordless seniors to do so he asked for number one all the way around and knocked down the beard pretty short as well we're gonna do a taper his first haircut y'all in three years and the cleanup that the edge up the beard lineup the mustache i can only imagine how that feels after three years but after i went ahead and cut off all the dreads i want to make sure i free hand a little bit of the bulk before i take a guard to it so right now i have my one guard on there i'm going with the grain to remove a lot of the boat i don't want to just run my clipper through his hair because it's been you know knotted up and dreaded for so long i want to make sure there's no cuts or abrasions you know in his scalp and quite honestly he had an amazing scalp it was it was clean there was no cuts no nothing no flakes and he was surprised as well now i'm gonna go against the grain to cut it down real short after i already seen that his scalp was okay to go against the grain with i got three other barbers out there with me donating their time and donating free haircuts we're in ybor city tampa florida i'm a local barber out here in tampa florida as well if you're new to my channel i just started this journey of of taking my sundays and and going and donating free haircuts to the homeless along with hygiene bags and all kinds of stuff that they might might need you know their day-to-day stuff [Music] [Music] houston we have a problem [Music] [Music] [Music] and if you're just touched world [Music] so right here i'm going with the grain i already started cutting against the grain on the back taper but right here you're gonna see the step-by-step process i had my lever closed all the way now i have it opened up midway and i did not have a half guard with me so you're gonna see me going with the grain after i have the lever all the way all the way open like this so whenever you see me turn around my clipper that's me blending in that bulk into that taper you know the conversation was amazing um i don't want to put too much of a story out there but this gentleman had a lot you know he's actually my age and it hit me pretty hard because he's so young you know and regardless of what he's going through i just kept telling him you got something to live for you know don't give up let this haircut be an inspiration for you to get back on your feet you know a lot of us you know we don't know about people's backstories and history and past so all i can do right now with my time you know and the gift that god has given me is bless the less fortunate with these haircuts and in hopes that they can get back on her feet you know [Music] all right so once you start lining this up guys you just start seeing the haircut come to life already it's just it's so amazing what a haircut can do for someone's appearance i mean this this guy right here is a good looking dude man he can walk into a facility or any building right now and land a job maybe even a modeling job [Music] i asked him if you wanted to keep his his beard pretty high and line it up into his mustache he said yes so i'm using my babyliss cordless rose gold fx skeleton trimmers [Music] this is a nice combination with the with the seniors these clippers and trimmers hit and now watch this edge up come to life guys i wanted to make sure i was making it proportionate as possible i don't want to go past that eyebrow [Music] but watch when you put that that line up [Music] beautiful that taper that transition with no half guard make sure we blended that in we got a one guard with the lever all the way open we're going against the grain cleaning up his eyebrows we're not going to make them too crazy but you know just giving my men a makeover it's been so long since he's had a haircut i want to make sure this is the best haircut he would ever see on him look how crispy that lineup is houston we have a problem we have a problem we're gonna go ahead and line up this side of the neck taper [Music] and yes guys i don't want to make the cesaro video we all know that this gentleman has been through some crazy stuff you know and we all know that the the people that i'm coming into contact in these videos have a story you know but i want this i wanted this video to be uplifting i wanted it to be a happy video so hopefully it does that for you guys because i was amazed and i was so happy with the outcome and i know he loved it as well [Music] he sees all the hairy cut off three years of
