[Music] hey good morning guys well it's breakfast time in Northern Canada and I'm just cooking up some big in here if I can get it apart I almost forgot to make me video today and I know you guys like watching me cook and bacon and eggs so here we go can't believe the amount of ba and eggs I eat my my son's a vegetarian let's turn this up a little bit get a cooking another couple of pieces on not too sure all the making bacon these days we just see to shrink down a lot if anybody can recommend a good brand of bacon let me know [Music] ch [Music] well good morning guys still cooking my Baker nice and slow here we are at what I affectionately Call Cass demois on my house by the mountains being in Canada we're very close for the Rockies such a beautiful beautiful place well that's most of my bacon cooked so I'm just going to put a bit of kitchen paper down because there is a lot of excess fat so the bits that I'm saying are cooked I'm going to put on here just to try and drain off some without excess these other bits I want to keep on cooking need to keep your eye on the kitchen PE but don't let it get too hot with the fat otherwise it may set on fire especi it's not so bad because this is an electric griddle but if it was a pan with a with a gas flame underneath then be very careful and now on to the second part we're going to do some scrambled egg with some peppers and some green onion T your spray a little bit of color on [Music] these red pepper and because was in we'll have some black pepper for seasoning no salt yet lovely smell Italian seasoning probably half a teaspoon they're looking good let's get our eggs in there now get our last little stare around [Music] that's looking good I've got the pan too hot and it's starting to burn so I'm getting the bit of butter in there now we have this one ready Dam it make sure you have all your ingredients ready I forgot to get me butter out let's get our onion in there let's get the greens in for for the look of it ripped it off the heat I say it's getting a lot of color on there now this is why I don't like cooking on electric if you have the option use gas but still it's going to be beautiful cuz we're making a nice breakfast wrap today so I'll move that off to one side or cool a bit right let's get ready nice bit of hot sauce we'll have a couple of well let's go for three three pieces of bacon and we'll put some egg in there no no point in being shy about it and we're going to pull that all in oh hopefully we are tuck and fold tuck that one fold and going roll that one up some to come open and we're going to pour it on our griddle we'll do another one sometimes B can gets a little bit sharp I guess just make sure we pull all these bits in so I said took it fold it let roll that one up and we'll throw that on there and there we have it got lots of bacon left for tomorrow that's two bacon an egg breakfast wrap just let them toast up and that's as good to go there we go guys one beautiful breakfast wrap I'm just going to cut that open you can have a quick look in there we got all of them eggs bacon let have a look at that beautiful eggs bacon peppers green onion and the Italian Urban spices mixture brings it all together with a little bit of sriracha wonderful breakfast thanks for watching guys Mike loves you all remember smash that like button let me know what you think give me some more ideas come on be people not many people been saiding lately give me the idea give me give me give me
