reached out to me. I had never done
a reality TV show and I said,
"Yeah, sure. Why not?" and then I did it. And then now, I'm here. By the way, this concealer
is too light for me. Don't do it. Listen to this. Doesn't that sound good? Oh yeah. That's good. [snort-laughs] Sorry. Sshhh. Oh, let's try this one. Maybe the red one
sounds a little different. This one sounds a little moist, you know? Actually... Okay. Here we go. Look at that. You hear that? [sputtering]

You gotta shake it a little bit. There's some more in the bottom. Okay, here we go. Ah! Yup. That sounds right. [sighs] What can I say? I think I got all of it out. Okay. I started when
I was 4 years old in <i>Sábado Gigante</i>
as a child star. Then I passed on to
being a background dancer for really, really
big celebrities and artists. Then I decided to focus
on my music career and I got my first hit
in the Dominican Republic with this song called "Ayy". After that, I've done it all. I've worked as a TV host,
I've worked on radio, as a dancer,
as a model, I've done everything. So let me take my rings off so that I can really
get into this with you guys. But you know that people ask me all the time about my skin and my melanin
and what do I use. This is actually
one of my favorite products. I love coconut oil. It's really good for your skin and people ask me all the time, "How is your melanin
so beautiful?" It's just DNA. I'm just black.
What do you want me to say? But it just sucks
that I have to need to explain it to people
all the time that I am Afro-Latina,
which is not that complicated. It just means that I am black and I am of African descent, but my culture, I am Latina.
And apparently here, I never knew that there were
so many people around the world that didn't know
that Afro-Latinos existed. But I am grateful to have been able to start this conversation because I've been able to inspire and motivate a lot of people to embrace
their culture and who they are. But I must admit, this feels really good in my hands and I use this all the time. I love to rub coconut oil
all over my skin. It really moisturizes
really good. You see?
You just get some of this, you can just break it
with your nails, break it with your fingers, and then you get it
and then you rub it like this. I also have a clothing line called ALN Clothing Line. It's actually sportswear, bathing suits. It's very fun,
it's very chill. I do more than
just sing and model and do those things
and act as well. As a matter of fact, I just finished
filming my first movie. It's called <i>Fall Girls</i> and um, it's actually
a comedy movie. It's gonna be
really, really cool. I'm really excited about that. Um, I'm also working on
filming my second movie, which we're gonna start
filming in November or the beginning of 2019. That's gonna be
very interesting as well. Um... You should already know that I am also an activist
for the Afro-Latino community. So you see,
I take on a lot of roles. I do a lot of things, and then that's why I consider myself to be Team Naps. I don't actually sleep.
I just take naps 'cause there is always
something to do. Oh, no. Let me see if
I can open it on this side. There you go. Well, like I was saying,
I do a lot of things. As a matter of fact,
I might... ...get into filming. Or I mean taking pictures because it might be cool. You know, people don't really use this these days like that. This used to be the bomb

to say that I am Dominican. It feels amazing. I feel that being Latina
means flavor, it means sound, it means culture,
it means music, it means unity. It means coming together from all around the world as one. I am very proud of my Latinos.
I am proud my community. I love that my people
are so hardworking. It doesn't matter
where you put us, we always find a way to rise. So I am very proud
of being Latina. Arribaro Dominicano. Sorry. I would love to
collaborate with Major Lazer and do, like, a EDM song or something really cool like that. It's definitely
a different market. And I would love to
collaborate with Pitbull. I love Pitbull. You know,
we also come from Miami. We're both repping 305 so I would love
to collaborate with Pitbull. I mean, the list is so long
of artists that I would-- I love Kehlani. Rick Ross would be really cool. He's also from Miami. I don't know.
I'm very openminded. Nicky Jam, J. Balvin, Maluma, the list can go on and on. I'm really big
into uniting powers and I think it's important
that musically, you know, we come together. So there's many artists, but I would love
to collaborate with them. This goes out to
all the bitches I don't like. [laughs] This was really, really cool. I've never done this before, but I can kind of see
