Add now a tbsp of paprika, And we are going to add a tablespoon of oil that will give it a fatty touch A pinch of salt and... freshly ground black pepper Now we are going to put the pot over a high heat, and give it a shake, so that the ingredients are integrated wtih water While it is heating, we are going to prepare some tomatoes Now I will teach you a very useful trick We are going to make a cross-shaped cut and a very superficial one at its base Making sure that this cut is facing the bottom of the pot, we introduce the tomatoes inside it, We wait for this water to boil And when it does we count 2 minutes After that time we will recover the tomatoes from the water We put them back on the kitchen table, and as soon as they are slightly tempered we will proceed to peel them Now it's time to defoliate the tomato as if it were a flower We cut the part that unites the fruit with the stem and it's done We already have the peeled tomato Now we cut it into quarters And so a tomato is peeled and cut in a matter of 20 seconds Useful trick for a large number of tomatoes We are going to put a little more water We give it another shake and cover We are going to let this cook over a medium heat for an hour and a half Maybe 2 hours, it depends on the variety of the bean. if you see that they are running dry during cooking, add more water You could also make them in an express pot, but it takes experience, Because they will be hard or dry But if you see it clearly, about 20 minutes is enough Although the old-fashioned way is much better In the end we will have something like this: Some beans with vegetables that are the real ambrosia of the Greek gods And very easy, you can even give it a personal touch Rectify to the taste of each one If you like it, please give it a like.
