investigation, Henry Alex and Heather Loss prevention officer Blake Mose was well known at the store and buy pleasant and police. He's the guy that usually would call officers about shoplifters, and sadly, it was an alleged thief who shot and killed him just months before his wedding. He was a son. Unfortunately Blake's life was cut short by this senseless act of violence that started with a theft and turned into a robbery and ended in his murder. At about 2 15 Tuesday afternoon, Mose try to stop this woman Benita naps after police say she stopped in electrical item and ran to the loading dock area in the back of the store. Suspect pulled out a handgun and fired a shot at Blake. Most died at a hospital. He was 26 years old records show Naps is a licensed security guard with priors for theft. Police say she ran to a Nissan Pathfinder with her two year old child inside, authorities say the driver, her boyfriend, David Guillory, took off at high speed. The SUV was spotted by Alameda County Sheriff's deputies and sheriffs plane on 5 80. They were arrested or east Oakland apartment. I would do anything for anybody, and he was just trying to do his job for the store. We lost a valuable valuable member of our community , a person who served to protect his fellow co workers and customers and was a valuable partner with law enforcement. Pleasant and police say they have recovered a gun. As for the alleged shooters, he's being treated for injuries sustained during the incident. Her boyfriend's being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
