Mike the man tells me he and his 17 year old brother were driving to their mother's home in Antioch when they were pulled over by the police officer. He says his brother was the driver and he was the passenger. He questions why the officer demanded his driver's license when he was not the driver. Terry Robinson manages his family's retail clothing store in Oakland. He says he's grateful to be alive, but he vividly recalls what happened to him when a car he was riding in as a passenger was pulled over by an Antioch police officer.
