this is the most clutch late night food of all time and is done in the time it takes to cook some pasta appropriately season your pasta water then toss your pasta in and then let it cook while that's going put a generous amount of oil in a pan and then finally slice some garlic and toss that in with the oil cook it over medium heat to let it toast with some red chili flakes once your noodles are done toss that in with a little bit of pasta water mix it together to emulsify and then cut off the heat finely chop some parsley and toss that in there season to taste once that's stirred together there's no need to grab a plate because i do the extra dishes
