we're just going to bring the stone and the wood so that'll get me started off with building materials there should be enough food there to uh keep me going that was a giveaway uh to get the beautiful town named after you as the vice R of [Music] course could also bring more clay um I brought the stone cuz stone is sometimes used to open up chests and such which you can't do with clay and this is all assuming nothing has changed since I played like last year [Music] so or nothing dramatic rather what is this impatience grows slower yeah that's not an issue what do we got oh okay so this one we have to respect wood cutters cut faster but they destroy everything they collect so it's just for moving trees resources you sacrifice but only you sacrifice not total and building so this is another annoying one recipes produ and build materials yield less and then this one is actually not that big a deal but so none of them are critical somewhat annoying zero concept how the game is you build a settlement you do it in enough time before the queen gets annoyed um if you fail or if your settlement looks like it's failing the queen gets more impatient the Red Bar down there if you complete orders and generally have a successful settlement you get the blue bar every little tick there is another blueprint which unlocks some more uh Tech that could help out um you got to manage the hostility of the forest because the forest doesn't like you showing up chopping down trees and being a general nuisance so the hostility of the Forest goes down though when the queen becomes more impatient because it hates the queen because she's chopping down the forest so well the forest is you know so and then there are three seasons there's drizzle season there's clearance season and then there's storm season storm season everybody gets uh unhappy and all these dangerous things happen drizzle SE season usually good things happen you plant crops etc etc um and then clearance is when you harvest the crops before the storm every year storm gets worse sacrifice and bl we know about so we start with a wild card and we actually have a field right there which I think means we got to just yeah it's going to have to be small farm do I have enough planks I have no planks to start I'm pretty sure small farm takes planks to build yeah so we're not going to get it this year but there's guaranteed grain right there so yeah it's going to be a small farm I'm going to hold off picking it just in case there's a Cornerstone I really want but I like having the paths makes the villagers a little bit faster and it only takes a bit of work time and it looks better technically you don't need paths but I think it looks super dumb if you don't get paths so let's see where are we going to expand to probably here or here [Music] don't want it too close to the warehouse cuz they're going to need to uh move in and out of that and a park this one you can move around for free so [Music] will chop the nearest trees but not open up Glades unless I manually tell them to so which is what I'm looking for I actually want to make sure we chop out this area so that way I see if there's any corner that gives a uh resolve bump and anti-corruption bump but it shouldn't be too big of an issue planks prioritize that we going to make bricks as well is there leather in these trees yeah small chance but so trees aren't just wood but they have a chance of other materials like mushrooms or uh leather in this case each biome has different uh sets there's no reason not to open stuff if yeah opening Glades doesn't increase hostility so especially the small [Music] ones the large ones might have a timer on the Glade events is the only reason not to open them yet so we're going to major production facilities Can't Be Moved at all um the farm costs planks but all the buildings they have wheels on them is the idea so there is some mid maxing to be done but generally it's just putting it close but yeah some buildings you can demolish them for full cost but then you have to go bring the resources and rebuild them like for example the provisioner that I'm probably going to build soon um cannot be moved so I think I need to disable consumption of the meats so that way they don't keep eating them here I got to think about what we're actually looking for at the moment yeah we'll get the permission okay I'm now realizing I have no way to make flour right wait no the provisioner makes FL I'm done [Music] what's new stun also some general updates like new content and stuff no is it the marshin I don't know either way housing is a resource innc that doesn't give a huge resolve bonus definitely doesn't hurt but like and this is where we can like the villies can find a job here at the clan Hall I can make some mushroom wine humans like Brewing of [Music] course some pickled eggs and then jerky's up there as well but we're not going to have an easy way to make it let's your order rewards it depends like sometimes like if I'm in the middle of a storm and it's tenuous you don't want to finish an order that will one reduce impatience increasing hostility and two maybe bring more villagers or something which you already are struggling to support so but it depends open that up pack of Provisions yeah we can use oh yeah meat I don't even have trade goods yet but you know I should just first we look at this and then this is going to take way too long six Glades by the time we get to that you know though it can be done relatively easily but first things [Music] basic material is usually around 50 I don't think you can even produce Wildfire but [Music] whatever and then you could set them for each building individually but like I find that to be a bit tedious 24 Tools in Parts 12 covers most orders is why I usually put that as a default and then you can up it if you want to mass produce it but I'd rather have it too low would then have enough resources left over then too high and then they just spend it all which has definitely happened before I don't think they can produce Amber but [Music] [Music] sure and this isn't just for this run it's for until I change it for the uh entire profile that's why I think it's worth doing wait does it make barrels better no that sounded dramatic what the hell is that alter of Decay perform ritual kills one random villager wait but reduces hostility by 20 points every time a villager dies or leaves necrotic curse hostility is increased by 270 and if I I wait estimated time is 5 minutes but I have to wait till the end of the storm yeah I don't even have enough to do that uhoh if I wait too long well actually it's not too bad it's light Rod sis which I don't have cuz I don't even have the rain Punk and then one impatience you know what I could just ignore it I think for quite a bit cuz impatient points aren't even necessarily a bad thing that could be a buff because it lowers hostility so what I'm going to do is just leave it kind of for at least a little while the penalty keeps repeating yeah every 5 minutes a season a year right now until we start Prestige is 10 minutes so I have it goes up to 14 impatience points so so that means only two impatient points a year and if I'm here for more than three more years like something has probably gone wrong [Music] H I'm going to prioritize year tilts over when you're like halfway through the storm and then it counts as one more year in the cycle which is not relevant at all right now but at the higher prestiges it like a year or two
