Adult Twins, Separated at Birth, Have Emotional Reunion

so today is August 10th 2018 and I feel like it's my birthday because I'm meeting my sister for the first time and she's my twin sister and I'm just really excited to meet her Andrea you gotta grab those bagels right honey about two three weeks ago I was on my phone in the morning on my way to go to work and up pops a movie called your movie called three of identical strangers about these boys have found each other and they were triplets and my heart start beating really fast because I was adopted in 1964 about the same time from the same agency Louise wife services and something drove me at that point to take the DNA test that really pushed me over so this past weekend I was with my parents and then on my phone almost like those matches or something as like big I see your results are in and it says I match immediate family member match and the initials of the person was a K i'ma great I had to get the one person without a name but underneath it said Kyle canter so I immediately start stalking Facebook get to this Kyle and just was drawn to him I see friends and there I see Allison Rodman can turn and I see myself in her face and then I see my birthday in May of 1964 and then I lose my footing and I fall to the floor it's crazy I knew she was adopted I assumed she had some family members around but the word twin hearing that word was just a whole nother thing it doesn't make you a different person a little bit it's a different backstory or life and it's something that's definitely like big enough to rattle you you know I'm a little guarded maybe I'm afraid that maybe she won't like me or if it doesn't work out I'll feel rejected in some way she is a stranger to me but she's so much part of me I mean we shared a womb together this is great this is great this is perfect Wow alright so I got here first and I hope she's coming soon because I don't want to prolong this anymore and I can't wait to see her oh yeah long as upstairs is getting my brothers Oh [Laughter] [Music] in here hi [Music] okay really really high shoes so okay have my arms I see that yeah yeah yeah yeah you said holy cow yeah but it's a good thing it's a good it's a good thing all right so what else do you like that you think we're like I know I talk really fast I talk fast I talk a lot I like creative things the writing and okay art and things like that yeah I like art but I can't do it I can't oh my god you look so cute I love you too we have the same you know I didn't think we were gonna look this much alike you know I wonder if we were together in the beginning that's we're gonna have to figure that out well and I think we had spoken about how old we were when we were adopted yeah and I know I was five months so as I'm I was October 14th I just looked at that letter again I was October 16 yeah two days Oh two days later oh it's really nice yeah that's really messed up and you think to like what would have happened it's like my mom got one in one mom got the other I mean it's crazy you know it's really crazy I think how could they do those two people oh I mean I can't it's just playing with baby I don't know I don't understand you know it it's funny like not that I need you to look like me but because of you do it's like more real and more hurtful and yeah we totally got screwed at a twin popularity I mean think about it oh they're good twins right I know right horrible hair you know it would have been the twins that's right I don't know the crazy feeling right feeling really good I am just I'm kind of relieved that the meeting first meeting part is done and now I could just be me and hang out in the city and be with with Alison and talk to her um it was really cool to see how much we were like physically and um emotionally and so forth but I just I want I I mean to take the time to get to know her and I'm really excited I feel great I think it's probably when besides the birth of my children probably one of the best days of my life it just still seems unreal you know I wake up every day since I found out wake up and up that oh yeah I have a twin I mean that's just how can you accept that right away how can you think that's really happening but after today it's it's true [Music]
