- [Anastasiia] Hi, Adam. Long time, no see. I would like to challenge
you to a table tennis match. Will we challenge him? He says yes. So get ready because
you're about to get beaten. - [Narrator] Anastasiia born and raised in Ukraine. When she was a junior, she won all four Junior
National gold medals, which includes singles,
doubles, mixed doubles and teams at ONE tournament. This made her the Junior National Champion in every possible event. She decided to visit the
U.S. to enjoy her summer and ended up getting a
table tennis scholarship from Texas Wesleyan University
for her master's degree. So, she decided to stay. Now, she lives in L.A.
where she enjoys her life and works as a full-time
table tennis coach. Perhaps you know one of her students, Justin Bieber? Oof, not bad, J.B. She would be a very tough opponent. - [Adam] Okay, challenge accepted. - [Narrator] Also, only a small percentage of people who watch my videos
are actually subscribed. So if you like my videos, subscribe. It's free and you'll
be happy that you did. So, time for some action. - [Anastasiia] So while he's
gone I'll tell you a story. I'm about to win 3-0 and
he gonna cry later, okay? - [Adam] Oh! - [Adam] Oh, good. - [Narrator] Dayyyyuumn! - [Anastasiia] I don't
even know what I'm playing. No...do too high. - [Adam] Shoot, man! - [Anastasiia] Ah, stupid. - [Adam] Oh no, why? But why though, but why? - [Adam] Oof. - [Anastasiia] It's killing me . - [Adam] Oh, good. - [Narrator] Game point. Game point. Deuce - [Adam] Oof. - [Narrator] Game point. - [Anastasiia] How do I
miss all the time like this? I just had a headache first game. - [Adam] She's trash-talkin'
to that camera, so I'm gonna come trash-talk to this one. - [Adam] This is tough, this is tough. She's got killer power. Space-wise, I don't think
there's ever enough for me, but not against her, not here. All right, jiayou. (Chinese) "Let's go!" - [Adam] I mean "sorry." Oh, good rally. Good. - [Anastasiia] I'm super slow I can't... - [Adam] Oh so good. - [Narrator] Game point. - [Adam] Nice. - [Anastasiia] No. - [Adam] Nice. - [Narrator] Game point. - [Anastasiia] Stupid. Anastasiia. - [Narrator] Game point. - [Adam] A lot of power,
her receive is too strong, both wings, flat forehand kill, spinny opening backhand, good aggression. - [Anastasiia] He's
lying, whatever he says. - [Adam] She says so. She said I'm lying, I
thought it was a compliment you don't trust me. I'm
saying nice things about you. - [Adam] Good. - [Adam] This is good. - [Adam] Sorry. - [Narrator] Enough is enough. Game point. - [Adam] Please, Adam! - [Narrator] Match point. - [Adam] No. - [Anastasiia] So when you play with Adam you always assuming something unusual going to come your way. So you're already
worried before it happens and it might not even happen, but your hands become like this, so yeah. He's special. - [Adam] My mom always
used to tell me that. Thanks. - [Narrator] When she
first came to the U.S, I was one of the first people
to welcome her because one of my table tennis friends asked me to. It's really impressive that
while she lives a normal life, loves to travel, spend
time with her friends, do karaoke, et cetera. When it comes to table tennis
and she's on the table, It is not easy being on the other side. So now she's a full-time coach
and I wish her all the best on her new adventure. And if you're around LA and
you want to learn table tennis, try reaching out to her on Instagram. If this video gets 3000
likes in its first week, I'll re-challange her in a
bigger space where I can lob. Will it change the outcome? Tough to say, but only time will tell, until then... keep on pongin'.
