Every time I watch this guy I always start out thinking he's such a tool. Then after watching for a bit I kind of like him. It's like a charming arrogance that he has.
Awesome.
The clams at Le Servan are f'ing insane... I love that place.
susucaru - I have been to and tried most wines from cornelissen (randazzo and the winery) . they are 3 things: sometimes interesting, overpriced, and vinegary. red or white, they have the same trademark smell, you open any of his bottles and you know it is him - and I am a subtaster. anyway, so my experience with natural wines, especially when the term is used as a selling point, has mostly been less interesting than that, and I wonder if it is a fad. I share some of the hate for the mass produced, fruity, oaky, commercial stuff, but the opposite of that is NOT necessarily "natural wine". At the end of the day the questions are, does your stuff age, does it get complex, is it in balance ...
This guy is so entertaining to watch. He's such a baller, doing his own thing. I've watched a few Munchies-videos with him earlier but just after this one realised the entertainment value he brings to the show. And all that wine and food looks so good.
is that stuff actually any good?
"...Intoxicatin' aroma, drugs rolled a diploma Beautiful wine, we in Sonoma yo..."
Hooray for natural wine!
I need him to sit down with the Selection Massale and Kermit Lynch.
If anything the food looks very tasty, especially the fried rabbit and brains!
